Transmission & brake flush, clean mass air flow sensor, and a new cabin air filter. As always, service was completed very timely and all other findings/recommendations were discussed as well so we can plan for future maintenance that works within our budget. Great staff and a well run repair shop.

Found this place online and read the reviews. Called and scheduled an oil change and check up. Very nice welcoming, professional, friendly. When I came to pick up my car we had a fun 10 minute talk about sports, reviewed my inspection report and what condition the car was in (with pictures included, not scamming you) and sent a text and email to follow up with contact to do next service reminder. First time I was there, but definitely servicing our cars for the future. Cole Harrison was the Service Advisor, Armando Flores was the tech. I’m very happy with the cleanliness they returned my car in, got everything done timely, and I felt like a customer they valued. #Dodgers! Ha ha ha

We broke down early in the morning on our way to Oregon. AAA towing recommended Addison Care Care to where we decided to tow our van for repairs. As soon as we arrived, the owner was able to inspect our van to find out what broke down and what needed repaired. We like the way they were able to inspect and take pictures of problems and issues. The owner showed us specifically what needed to be repaired and why our engine overheated. We appreciate the way he took care of us keeping us informed as we waited for the parts and repairs. While we were waiting he recommended Norms Cafe, an easy few blocks away walk. This made for a better afternoon with five children wanting to get back on the road.

After checking in and leaving my truck over night, Cole wasted no time starting on my repairs. I had my truck back the next day, (Door cable and wiring dont take long) and noticed they even changed my wiper blades with the ones I had in my truck before getting it back to me! My car broke down outside of twin falls and I was told they were the best in town so I had my car towed there and they were amazing. Very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. The only reason I didn’t keep my car there to get fixed was because it was under warranty still at my dealership so I had it moved to a dealership to get a new engine put in. But I couldn’t have been happier with their service

We got in an accident on our way home from ID to WA got towed back to them, and the next day they preformed the inspection, and the next day the parts arrived from a state away, and by the end of that day our car was driveable home, which we were so thankful for after spending two extra days.They were thorough even changing a tail light after finding it was out in the test drive.

Brought my car in because I was having over heating issues. Agreed to the diagnostic which led to them telling me it was the thermostat. I agreed to the repair and was then told that it was still over heating and was actually the water pump and quoted me at $1200. When I said I’d just have to do it myself I was still charged $300 for the thermostat and went home with the same problem I started with.

I was told Addison Car Care would run a diagnostic on my car then give me a call. They ran the diagnostic and continued to dig into the engine without permission or a phone call. I was told they would look at it first thing in the morning. I called Addison Car Care three times before I got an answer about the car at 4:45, 15 minutes before they close. When I found out they had dug into the car engine I was upset. I asked why they had gone further and could not get a valid answer. When I was given an answer I got the run around as to why. I was told Addison Car Care would run a diagnostic on my car then give me a call. They told me the diagnostic would be $98; however, I ended up paying over $300, I was ok with paying the $98 but feel I was taken advantage of for the $200. I will not return nor recommend this company.

Great place to take ur car or truck they fix the problem

Addison did what was asked, and did not try to sell me repairs that were unnecessary. They showed me a video they made of my faulty fuel pump losing pressure, which was responsible for hard starting. The video showed the pump maintaining fuel pressure after the repair was completed. They also had photos of my brake linings, which were fine. The vehicle was a 04 Jeep CJ, and I took it to Addison because they claimed certified jeep mechanics. I left Addison with the confidence that my jeep will not leave me stranded.

We went for a very minor repair of the car and it was clear what need to be replaced. However they carried out all kind of diagnostics unrelated to the requested repair and charged us a phenomenal price. They didnt even tell us beforehand that they are going to charge us such a high amount.

Addison Car Care and staff are very accommodating, quick, friendly, respectful, knowledgable and reasonable! I really like the updated technology and how they showed pics of problematic areas and recommendations.

These guys are great. They owned up to a mistake that they made, and fixed it. Oh, did I mention they did it for free!!!??? They are always polite. Only issue I had with impoliteness, and the only reason their not getting five stars besides price, is one of their mechanics was rude this last time I went in and when I was leaving, the same guy said anyways smuggly like I interrupted his conversation. But as for Chris Mikesell and Liz at the front desk. AWESOME customer service. Chris himself texts and calls to make sure I am satisfied with their work. What owner do you know that does that.Anyways I am always satisfied with work that has been done, and the one time i wasn’t they went out of their way to fix it, without blaming me. I will stay a loyal customer to them. Only issue I have is price, but any place is going to charge high.

I broke down with my family and 2 dogs the night before thanksgiving traveling from Boise to Utah. These guys were the only mechanic we could find in town that would work with us. Although they couldnt get it fixed that day, they stayed late the day after thanksgiving to make sure we could return our rental car on time and make it home on time. Id recommend these guys after our experience!

It took 3 hours for an oil change on my small dodge Dakota. I called and made an appointment so that the waiting time would be around 45 minutes.

Very hard working mechanics no doubt but 130$ for them to install a muffler is astonishing considering Ive never paid more than 70$ for a muffler install on any of my vehicles, as well a whole hour and a half to weld a new muffler is way too long. definitely will not be coming back for any exhaust work.

What a SCAM. I had a minor issue with a clicking sound on the dashboard. I came to Addison for repairing this particular issue. They did a full inspection of the car without informing me and then charged me $111 for the inspection. Interestingly, their inspection report didnt have anything on the issue/repair I asked for! I was not in a mood to argue or waste my time since I was midway in my travel.

BEWARE OF THERE HUSSLE. They pulled the free inspection game. Told me need tons of extra stuff when just asked for water pump which was leaking changed. They wanted 699 for parts and labor. Took to another local long standing shop got work done for 220 fit parts and labor. They did do my oil change at Addison car care. Didnt wash windshield or vacuum front floor boards or anything else it said in reciepts. Lady was rude when confronted her about prices. I have worked st mechanic shop before retiring and already diagnosed problem they tried hussling me as traveler.

I went to Addison Car Care because my window fell off the track.. I have put them on many times in the past but I didnt have time to do it this time so I thought I would just have these guys do it and be in and out... Yeah right. I was charged $73 dollars to do a 15 to 30 minute job that after I waited the recommended 48 hours for the mystery epoxy they used to dry, it fell off the track the VERY FIRST time I tried to put my window down!!!? This happened early in the morning on the way to work so I froze the whole way to work and then had to tape a garbage bag in the window to keep out the elements... Ok, so I went back and they said that my track was probably bent and I needed a new one and a new window... My window is just fine, not sure why they would recommend a new window... Again, Ive put them on the track many times before, the tracks were always just fine and NEVER, ever, ever, ever had to replace an entire window... Since I use my care to drive to work and they wanted me to leave it over night I couldnt get it into the shop for awhile and I cant just drive around with an open window for my stuff to get stolen so over the weekend I took the door panel off and put it back on the track.The mystery epoxy that I asked to know what it was and they denied telling me and kept calling it epoxy just crumbled away like dried Elmers Glue! There was a bead of silicon in the bottom of the track that I just pulled out and then the rest of the orange possibly mystery epoxy just crumbled off! NO WONDER the window just came off the track the first time I tried to put it down... And I was charged $73 dollars for a job that required me to unscrew about 4 phillips head screws and to unplug the electrical component from the door and then lift it off the track to access the window... Easy enough job that takes about 30 minutes if you know what you are doing. Needless to say I put the window back on the track so that I could at least drive to work without having to worry about my stuff being stolen and then took it back in when I could so they could re-glue it... I told them about the mystery epoxy and how it crumbled away and that I thought it might have been old or something but they just blew me off...I left it there over the weekend and I came back to get it on Monday thinking it would be re-glued with some better epoxy... Instead I receive an estimate on a Window Regulator for $80 a new window for $81 a shop fee for $20 and an $85 dollars fee for installation and $5 for disposal! All I wanted was for the WINDOW to be glued back on the track with some REAL epoxy! The window was not re-glued like I was expecting, instead nothing had been done and when my girlfriend asked about the service they said it wasnt guaranteed bust since it fell after I had already paid for it to be fixed by them they had reduced the estimated labor fee for the track and window to be put on to $85... So folks, I will let you make your own decisions about taking your vehicle here, but after this rigmarole and what I view as shiesty service to bleed more money out of a 30 minutes job, I will never again take one of my vehicles here...

Car broke down and just happened to get dropped here. They were able to get us in first thing in the morning and figure out our problem. Our car was leaking oil, probably due to us not tightening the oil filter enough. $65 for diagnostics and oil top off in under 2 hours. They were very friendly and even let us wait with our two dogs inside.

This place is a joke . Staff are very rude we have been in there 3 times and they still have not got it right. Stay clear from here

I have dealt with them for many years. They are honest, very competent and fair prices.

Theyll change your oil, but if your car has a transmission without a dipstick, they cant check your transmission fluid.

The appointments are arranged very poorly!
