After the run around from another local towing company I called A1 Towing. They said to expect someone in 30 mins however they arrived in 15 mins. Both the dispatcher and driver were prompt and friendly. Highly recommend using this company if you need a tow!

Arrived sooner than anticipated and spent as much time as he needed to get my daughters car un-stuck without damage. It was an unusual situation and he cleverly figured it out. My insurance company would cover the locksmith as I locked myself outta my company truck but they connected me to A1 Towing who had a guy to my location in 10 minutes. Blew a tire on the way home this morning, and needed someone to come put my spare on. I have free roadside assistance with my insurance so they sent these guys out. The first person to show up was a lady (I didnt catch her name), and she told me I didnt have a spare. I had to call my insurance back to get a new service order for a tow instead. In the meantime she took off because she had another job. They sent Linc out next. This guy was amazing. I was a little concerned when he pulled up because he didnt have a flatbed tow truck, and my rear tire was blown. Before making me call yet again for another service order he checked under my car for a spare, and wouldnt you know there was one. No one likes to be broken down on the side of the road..but I must say the driver of A1 Towing, Michael T. Jenkins, not only came to my rescue but it was all his qualities that I was highly impressed with. Mr. Jenkins was very proficient and knowledgeable of the technical duties and completed them in a timely matter.However, it was his customer service qualities that impressed me. He was extremely polite and made me feel everything was going to be ok...I had questions regarding the whole ordeal and his patience was outstanding and not once did he speak in a condescending manner. If Michael Jenkins depicts the character of A1 Towing employees I would recommend A1 Towing the only company to call !

Great service and fast response. They helped me get my nissan leaf to Boise when I ran out of power, due to an unexpected broken charger. I dont remember the name of the guy who helped me, just that he had the oldest truck there that was yellow on the outside. The company itself seems to need to give its excellent drivers better equip, but the tow was professional, fast and the driver was great. They went out of their way to make my day better and I would recommend them.

TJ Came very fast. It was a really stupid thing for me to have my battery dead leaving something on in the car. Even though TJ was here promptly and on time he still apologized for taking too long and having to go the other direction. He was funny, certeous, professional, efficient, very thorough and knowledgeable. The service was quick, simple, easy and painless. A-1 for the Win! TJ was the hero of the day for me! A1 Towing was great! I bought a commercial truck but couldnt plan in advance because I wasnt certain I would get it. They were available the same day I bought it (I had to leave town the next day). Great people to call when you need a tow. On our trip through Twin Falls our car broke down and had to find someone quick. Google listed them so we called and within 15 minutes someone was there to help. An older gentleman named Mickey was polite and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road quickly. I highly recommend these guys.

First of great job 👍🏻. Second I have a pretty low bmw e90 and they took the extra time to use wood blocks to get up the truck and it wasn’t the warmest out.

Involved in a not at fault accident in a semi, cops called these guys because they were the only ones available. They not only charged an arm and a leg, but they stole half the fuel out of the truck on the way to Idaho Falls. Approximately 135 gallons or $405. on top of that, they charged $600 for a load transfer, which wasnt necessary. and charged the insurance for storage.These guys are dishonest, taking advantage of people when they are most vulnerable. Any owner-operator that needs a tow, dont use these guys, Use Golden State.

Brandon was great! Showed up in 5 minutes. Got my car up in no time. Super professional. Made sure the shop he took me to could take care of me before dropping me off. I didn’t have the tool i needed to take off my spare, he recognized that and took care of me. Definitely happy with the service.

Had two tires blow out south of Jackpot, Nevada and A-1 came to the rescue, even though it was past midnight when we called. Even though I couldn’t give accurate location due to poor reception, Tim found us quickly, and even helped us change the back tire. He was nice, and helped us feel calm in a stressful situation.

Very patient guy Derrick is who showed up to our rescue!!!! Very bad deal. So a guy cut a 3 car semi off in turn cut us off in our new 300 😭We hit a big rock thing at first I thought we were ok we almost made it to our hotel when I realized a tick🤬We pull in turn it off and oil everywhere we look and the oil pan is busted... I called my insurance and we needed someone (Derrick ) to get my beautiful car from twin back to Emmett 😒.Derrick was there in 30 min that’s quicker then most I’ve felt with and for outta town so great!I don’t know my way around so it took me a little bit to get there he was so patient with me and really nice! I need to learn that my friend was able to meet him there and get the keys from him and everything he did amazing it took him no time to get there and he was very professional I would definitely use these people again thank you so much I really appreciate you I hope you get tipped very well considering you’ve just took a very long trip for me♥️♥️♥️
