Great garage with great service. Bearing went out in our rear differential on our way home to North Dakota. Ever other place we tried told us they were at least a week out, they got the pickup in that afternoon. Took the time to drop us off at our hotel that was miles away. Promised to have us on the road before checkout time. They were true to their word. Picked us back up at the hotel the next morning and we were back on the road the next day. Thank you! I liked Twin Falls but I wasnt looking forward to spending a week there.

When the axle on my boat trailer snapped while I was going down the road, these guys came and winched the boat up onto their flatbed with zero damage to the boat. They then dropped it into the river for me when I got a new trailer to put under the boat. Dan is great to work with, both gals in the office are super friendly and helpful, and Kris did a great job getting the boat floated again. Will definitely be recommending then to my friends and family.

If you need a towing company that will go where no man will go definitely call this company they will go to the extreme to make sure that youre safe that in my opinion is a great

I would bot auggest using them for anything more then a tow i broke down in jackpot nv had them come get the truck and tow it back to their shop they messed with it for 3 days replaced a bunch of parts and didnt fix the truck . Tried to say it was the transmission and toook it to transmission ahop just to be told no its the motor issue . Charged us 1500 dollars and then passed me off to another shop who found that when they replaced the valve cover gaskets they butchered the wiring harnes i finally had to have an auto transport haul the truck back to las vegas and now have to have the wiring harness replaced they couldnt even use wire crimps correctly and broke through the insulation on almost all of the ones they put on (pictures to show )shotty tweaker like work done by hwy 30 gatage mechanic

I was stranded with a split radiator hose n the driver came n picked me up. Helped me find lodging. Took me to garage to wait for parts n repairs. Very pleasant n professional.

I was on my way from Utah County to Boise when my transfer case (F250 Super Duty) went out on I-84 just west of Jerome. Highway 30 Garage responded quickly to get me off the Freeway and get started on repairs to my truck. These guys did a great job and were super helpful to a stranded traveler. And no sticker shock when I got the bill, it was very reasonable. I spent about an hour in their lobby waiting for a ride from Boise, what I observed was good people doing good work, I definitely recommend this shop!

Had our vehicle break down outside of a small town called jackpot Nevada. After going through nothing but issues with the insurance agency, the towing company came and picked us up, took us to their shop, let us know it would be rough to find someone who could work on our car, then helped us secure a free tow almost 200 miles away to Idaho falls. Everyone was awesome, the driver, the owner, the office workers. Great experience and helped us make the most out of a bad situation. Would recommend to anyone!

Called em up because I was having unknown problems with the wiring in my car. They pretty much said one thing and did another since the very get go.(small things like well call you) and never calling me.. I had to call five times throughout the process. The fee was pretty fair to get towed, and even affordable for the fix. The car worked at first. But now it’s a few weeks later and I’m having the same problem. I wouldn’t return. Or even recommend it to anyone. Their response to me was “sorry about that”, well me too. Sorry for wasting my money.

They picked us up quickly 40 miles away (pick-up and camper broke down in Jackpot, Nevada). They immediately unloaded our camp trailer and began to diagnose our Diesel pickup for repair.They were very nice and informative regarding all our needs. I would highly recommend to anyone having vehicle issues!

Would not recommend. Had my truck for 3 days and charged $320 to fix my exhaust and did a poor job. Took it back and had it another 3 days and didnt fix anything the problem is worse!

I was stuck I was stranded. These folks took me in without an appointment, they fixed the truck its better than its ever been the price was appropriate. They treat you like family. I would recommend them over any other shop in the area.

Couple that with being far from any major city you know in the middle of the night, and on a three day weekend with most shops already closed and you will understand the difficulty and terror one faces when the worst imaginable happens. Highway 30 garage and towing came to the rescue. They offer professionalism, competitive pricing, and superior customer service. I broke down and brought my vehicle to their garage. By the morning time when I woke up they had diagnosed my vehicle and assured me they would try and fix my car before I even had to check out of my hotel. They kept their word, fixed my truck, and even came and picked me up at my hotel when it was all finished. Their price for the speedy and excellent service was standard and fair. All I can say is they turned an awful situation into a bearable one and Im extremely grateful to have stumbled across their garage. They have earned their 5 star reviews and should be considered as the only option in twin falls Idaho. They went above and beyond my expectations. If your in need give them a call.

Posting this review for my father, Fred. He needed a water pump replaced ASAP as he was on a short vacation and on a tight schedule. They were very busy but worked him in, didn’t waste any time fixing it and charged a reasonable price. My Dad is 82 years old and has lots of experience and had really been places so when he is impressed it means something.He was definitely impressed with the quick response, pleasant customer service, quality of the repair and reasonable price. He wishes he could give more than 5 stars!

On a long road trip and had some issues with my vehicle during the evening. Thankfully I found these folks online and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. They were very friendly and the service was fast with very reasonable rates. If I was from around here they would be my go to shop! ****UPDATE*** * On 1/1/18 the Alternator that was replaced started going out. I emailed Highway 30 for assistance as I was unable to locate my receipt. I received a phone call shortly after my email was sent. Audrey was extremely helpful. She located and faxed the receipts so that I could get the part replaced under warranty. Almost 2 years later and the outstanding service from Highway 30 Garage and Towing continues!

These guys here went above and beyond any expectation that I had, this company is the best mechanic service at a affordable cost that I have ever been to. We broke down outside of twin falls on the freeway, once we got there I was met with unprecedented customer service, the owner helped us find a motel for the night, and got us up and running by 10 am the next morning. Not enough can be said about these awesome people. And thank you again for the outstanding service. Cant recommend them enough!

So Highway 30 garage ended up fixing the original part that needed to be fixed and worked with us and has helped us figure out the rest of our problems with our vehicle. I appreciate them calling us back in and helping us out since money has been tight but we have been wanting to get my husbands vehicle fixed and running better! The reason for my visit here was unfortunate (my car broke down), but this shop was able to check it out with little notice. Very helpful with repair options and quick to return phone calls. Right off the highway, easy to find. Highly recommend.

Towing service are as good as anyone elses, they struggle to keep good techs in the shop, so repair quality can vary

They were very quick to tow me when I was stranded on the side of the road.They then repaired my car in 24 hours & were completely honest about how minor the repair really was & charged me an extremely reasonable rate. I will definitely use them again for towing and/or repair.

These guys are phenomenal! We broke down in Twin Falls Sunday evening. Dan came out picked up our van and put our trailer in a slip at the hotel. When the part couldnt be found in a reasonable time, they came up with a solution to get us back on the road. Towing was very reasonable, and they worked with us on the price of repairs. I just wanted to say that my experience with Highway 30 Garage towing company was excellent. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and when I called, a live person answered! (The other towing companies I called I either got voicemail but never got a call back or the guy that answered was really rude and kept asking me to repeat myself and then hung up on me). The dispatcher from Highway 30 Garage was really helpful and genuinely wanted to help me. I gave him all my details for the tow and he gave me a price that they honored when they picked me up too. The tow truck driver got to us in a timely manner and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected, especially how far I needed to have my car towed. The tow technician was extremely nice and took great care of my vehicle during the flatbed tow. He even helped me figure out what was wrong with it. They were very professional and if I ever need roadside assistance with my car again, I wont hesitate to call Highway 30.

I have used Highway 30 Garage several times and rate this Magic Valley towing company with the highest ratings possible for customer service, professionalism, price and a genuine caring attitude. My most recent encounter was in the early morning hours in the empty parking lot of a grocery store and the Twin Falls tow driver was at my location in less than 20 minutes. I needed a tire change after I blew my tire swerving into the curb to avoid an oncoming vehicle driving in the wrong direction. I dont know much about car maintenance or auto diagnostics but these mechanics take care of everything for me. I will certainly continue to call Highway 30 whenever I need emergency towing service or car repairs.

They do great work and super fast

I will never go to any other mechanic or towing company. Dan and his entire staff are amazing people. I have used them over the past 2 years on multiple vehicles. They dont try to overcharge you or tell you something needs to be fixed when it doesnt. They are 100% honest and respectful and can make a bad situation a pretty good situation. I have been to alot of mechanics in Twinfalls ever since I found highway 30 I refuse to go anywhere else. I break down I immediately know who Im calling and they get me back in my car fast.

A+ job. My wife broke down in Twin Falls from Nampa. They picked her up and towed her to the shop. Even though they were closing/closed. They took time to check it out and give us a quick idea. Real polite the whole way, very helpful.

My car started having some serious issues right outside of twin falls. I was able to make it to a gas station where I learned that my car wasnt even capable of starting up or shifting out of park. I called Highway 30 Garage and they ended up being extremely helpful. They towed my car to their garage and had it diagnosed within a very short amount of time. They give top priority to those who are in unusual circumstances. Unfortunately my car had this incident very close to their closing time, but they were pertinent in my finding a hotel and getting a ride there. They had my cars belt, tensioner, pulley, and oil cap replaced first thing in the morning and made sure that my car didnt have any other problems. Extremely hardworking, friendly staff, and they wont make you feel stupid if you know nothing about your car. Also, free cliff bars in their shop.

Today Im writing a review for an auto repair place because I just had an oil, lube and filter change on my truck and was thinking about what a great car maintenance company this is. The work they do is always done to my satisfaction for a very fair price. They do all of my truck repairs and all of my wifes car repairs from auto diagnostics to scheduled service and any auto repairs we need like my wifes car auto air conditioning when it stopped running in the middle of summer last year. The office staff are always friendly and the mechanics explain everything clearly, in laymans terms that even my wife can understand. They stock a plethora of auto parts and offer remanufactured engines and transmissions. I would rather keep our vehicles running with a used engine or transmission that to have to buy a new one. A new truck is somewhere around 30 grand right? Well if this place keeps my truck running for 10 years, I figure that saves me 3 grand a year to spend on other things!

Friday night breakdown and Dan and his team saved us before checkout time at the hotel on saturday. Price was very fair, service was amazing and people friendly.

I called Highway 30 for emergency towing and roadside assistance after my car broke down off the interstate on my way to Burley late at night. Apparently not all tow truck companies offer 24 hour towing so Im glad this company did! I didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle and my husband wasnt much help over the phone. The check engine light wasnt on and I had an auto tune up recently so I thought I might just need a jumpstart or car battery replacement or some kind of fluid delivery but my husband thought it might be a more serious auto repair problem maybe with the auto electrical system? The driver from Highway 30 was helpful and very polite especially when he diagnosed the problem. It turned out all I needed was a fuel delivery as my fuel gauge was broken so I didnt realize I had run out of gas! The tow driver said he had the auto parts back at the shop and my car was ready the next day. The next time I have any kind of car or road service problem, day or night, (particularly the next time I need an auto lockout which happens to me more than I would care to admit), I know who to call!
