This place does a good job the few times I have called them. They not only fixed my problems and had extensive knowledge but they made sure I was aware of other problems that could become an issue in the near future.

I took my older vehicle to get a tuneup and oil change. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery but was at work so they got a replacement and installed it for me. Their prices are reasonable and their staff are great. My car purrs now.

A mechanic at Bills Automotive called to say he had found the problem with my vehicle. When I asked if he was confident in his findings, his exact words were Im certain. He quoted $310. To save a few dollars, I asked if I could supply my own part as I could get them at cost through a family member. Yes, but he couldnt guarantee his work. For the guarantee, I agreed to pay the $310. His repair did not fix the issue so I took the vehicle back and was charged another $70 to replace a different part. Explaining the situation to the receptionist, she thought they should refund part of the original $310 since the mechanic misdiagnosed when he said Im certain and guaranteed his work. The mechanic came in to talk to me with the owner standing over his shoulder. He refused to guarantee his work. That was off putting enough but more so that he was condescending in the process. Even more distasteful was the owner not saying a word. Mistakes are understandable. However, to so blatantly refuse to correct them when it cost others money shows a lack of integrity. In hindsight, I should have paid heed to the other bad reviews elsewhere on the Net.

At Bills Automotive, Tom was awesome and thorough in checking out my truck, testing all parts to pinpoint the cause, and explained everything to my understanding. I believe Bills Automotive employees, (especially Tom) are a perfect example of knowledge, experience, expedience and most importantly, honesty. I will recommend them to all.

Honda Odyssey had a random misfire even after had changed the coils and spark plugs myself. I suspected it might need a valve adjustment. I took it into Bill’s Automotive. He diagnosed that it was giving me the random misfire code because of needing a valve adjustment and he quoted me $578. When I picked up the van the next day, the bill came just under $500. I’m pleased.

Got my van done in a timley manner and called me multiple times to let me know how the process was going. clayton had great customer service.

I dont recommend this place at all a friend of mine took his car here to fix his cut exhaust up and the guy refused to do the back portion because it didnt have cats on so he asked him just to do the muffler delete which is perfectly legal but the guy refused to do it because it was off the car he didnt want to put the exhuast on or help us out in any way, i belive his name was bryan, he slammed the cars hood really hard and took the car off the lift fast and hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and helped us out in any wat possible.
