My wife set up an appointment with the service department to have the volume button on the steering wheel fixed and have an oil change done. The appointment was for 9:00 am. When she got there they didnt even know what her appointment was for. Said that the people that make appointments dont give them that information. Around noon they called me (not her as requested) to say they would have to order the part. Said they would put things back together and call when it was ready to be picked up. By 2:30 my wife finally called and was told to wait another 1/2 hour. She returned a little after 3:00 to pick it up. They then tried to charge her for the oil change not just the new air filter. When she questioned it they told her they dont have time to check accounts to see if they have free oil changes. When everything was figured out and she left it was 4:00 pm. It took the entire day to do an oil change and figure out a part needed ordered. Why on earth does it take so long for that? Especially when an appointment was made? It appears that things are not done in order of appointment. If she didnt have someone to come pick her up she would have had to wait there. Its completely ridiculous to have to give up an entire day for something like this. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. If we wouldnt have paid for the free oil changes we wouldnt bring our vehicle there.
Jorge and Eric were a pleasure to deal with at Chevrolet of Twin Falls. We had been scoping out the area for a Tahoe that met our needs and Jorge was very delightful to work with during the entire process. Always answered the phone and followed up without being prompted. Great service.
When we bought our Camaro our Salesman was the most kind and polite young man I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. When I had to take my Jeep in for work to be done after an accident to your body shop I was treated with kindness and respect from the Manager there. When we first went in to the service department to schedule our car, the young man who cut off his hair was amazing and what a beautiful smile, when we went back to have the work done he was not working, two of the three were very friendly one however is over worked or just having a bad day.
My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. so I dropped my car off the night before. It was just an oil change, but at 10:00 a.m. I still hadnt heard anything. I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang. I had to try multiple different extensions and had to call four different times before I finally got someone to answer the phone. I showed up to pick up my car, and the paperwork still wasnt done. I had to ask them how everything looked, and I was told well they didnt see anything. When I worked there a few years ago, we did inspections on every vehicle. Today I was told they dont do inspections for just an oil change. I paid nearly $83 and I feel like I got nothing out of it. Their slogan, legendary customer service means nothing. Im sorry that I went there. It wont happen again.

Emerson(Carlos) was an amazing salesman! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and all around good guy. He took great care of my wife and I the entire time we were there. He didn’t ever BS us and told us exactly what was going on. You can’t find a better salesman to deal with. Greg the finance manager was also amazing. GUYS!!! We had the best time buying vehicles with Emerson Martinez!! We went in to buy my husband a work truck and he and the financial team worked out the best deal for our budget! Lots of conversation and hospitality! During the waiting period, Emerson talked about getting me into a brand new 2021 Traverse. Not knowing it was my dream car, it was the first option he pulled up. After lots of thinking and a light push from Greg, we also brought home the Traverse!I have never had this kind of experience when purchasing vehicles. Went here for an oil change on a diesel equinox. Im from out of town and usually pay around 90 bucks at my local dealership for oil change and I get a free car wash. Lithia charged me 153 for an oil change only. No tire rotation or even a wash. They also took an hour and a half to complete the job. Im assuming they saw the out of town tags and decided to over charge me.
After calling for seven days and not having a single person pick up, it wasn’t until I showed up in person to demand I get an oil change that day because I was un able to schedule one over the phone.
They help you really good on getting a car, they make me trust on them, I had visit other dealerships and they don’t always told me no so I give up until Emerson call me and make trust o him and his team.
I just want to say how good Chevrolet has been to me. I had a transmission leak in 2020 that was caught during a routine oil change which is awesome. Now fast forward to 2021 my car decided it was going to leak in the same spot as last year. Frustrated I spoke to the manager about the fact the gasket had failed a second time in a year the manager being understanding said they would try to get to the bottom of why it was leaking again. I appreciated the time the manager took to listen to my frustration and the help he provided.
Took my vehicle in for aftermarket warranty work. My DVD player stopped working and a new one arrived faster than expected. After having the new stereo for a week I realized the new stereo was defective. I took my car back and they ordered another replacement stereo and was installed quickly by their technician. The technician took the time to make sure that the stereo worked perfectly before leaving the shop again. The new stereo works better than the original that came with my car and I couldn’t be happier. I only take my cars to Lithia, I trust their technicians and always feel welcomed by their staff.
Now I see all the reviews. I know I’m not the only one that’s had a problem with them paying off the vehicle after trading it in. I’m disappointed on how they handled it so far. Still waiting on Greg to get back to me. Seems to be dodging me. Definitely a shady way to do business.Update!! Waiting for you guys to contact me. I’ve left multiple voicemails. Oil changed. Hand written sticker for date of next oil change. Tires rotated. Gauges showing tire pressure flashing from one tire to another. 35. - 34. 34. Etc. now another trip to dealer for reset. Two valve stem caps missing from tires. Kind of shoddy service I would expect from “Big Al’s” but not from your dealership

I have always supplied my own oil for an oil change. I brought in 6 quarts of oil and the lube tech dumped all 6 quarts into my engine. Only problem is, my truck only takes 5 1/4 quarts. Apparently, the lube tech doesnt know how to check a dip stick so my truck has been overfilled by 3/4 of a quart. I am not a happy customer.
This is solely based upon your service advisors and not the price or work done. Pricing was acceptable, but service advisors did not explain the service adequately. Fortunately I understand the pricing and can read the invoice but when I came to pick up my vehicle it was here is the bill, run your card.... No explanation of the service your techs did, no review of what they checked.. Just pay and get out. In addition when a customer pays $847.00 dollars, for general service I would recommend that a quick wash or a little cleaning would be a way to say thanks for choosing us. Will most likely go to Wills on the next service based on a friends review of their service.

Traded my f150 for another truck, and they took forever to send in the check to pay for my f150. It took 12 days and an email to corporate to get the check for my old truck. They had my old truck on their lot and listed on their website and on Auto Trader within 3 days of the trade. They were real quick to list it online and put it on their lot, but they hadn’t paid for it yet. How is it legal for them to sell a truck they don’t own? Their finance guy kept running me around saying that it’ll be fine, everything has been accounted for, the check is in the mail, but something here seems shady. I should not have to wait 2 weeks to get my old truck paid for. The bank is wanting a payment today, and this dealership still hasn’t done their part. Very disappointed in this dealership, and I will likely never do business with them again.

I was quoted $1029 for the repair and when we picked up the car the bill was $1531. Thats almost a 50% increase in cost. I got absolutely no explanation as to why and no communication that it would be more.

Salesman was good. Title paperwork said we purchased a used car. Bought a 2021. No wiper fluid in car. Was NOT told navigation was only available through a paid subscription to on star. Well just got an email saying my car is overdue for service. My car only has 3200 miles and has 56% oil life. What do they think is overdue??????

I made an appointment to get my oil changed at 8:30 changed my entire day around to accommodate the appointment. They gave me a ride to another appointment and I walked all the way down blue Lakes to come back and get my car two hours later, and they hadn’t even brought it in yet for service. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. What is the point of making an appointment and changing your life around it if they’re not even going to honor the time frame??
Little to no communication, most of which was initiated by me. Every time I called for an update the service writer knew almost nothing about the progress of my vehicle. It took a week to reflash my PCM and guess at what is wrong with my fuel level gauge. This was the third and last time I will bring a vehicle to your shop. I should have learned after the first time when my battery was installed incorrectly. The customer service was terrible. The service writer barely looked at me because he was too busy doing paperwork. It was very unprofessional and rude. You also might consider offering a rental car when a 1 hour job becomes a 1 week job due to your technicians.

She not only special ordered items for me, But even contacted GM directly and called me back within an hour to confirm I could use the upgraded parts on my application that I needed specially ordered!I really appreciate the service provided especially when I’m not 100% positive of what I need.
We where on our way through and developed a vibration while pulling our trailer. We stopped in Twin Falls to get it repaired the next day. We called a few different places for a u joint replacement and no one would do it because it was an aluminum drive shaft. So I decided to call the dealership since it was 02 Chevrolet pick up and talked with Rick. He told me to bring it in and they would get right on it. We where their for maybe a hour and the truck was ready. Great Service and Price. Highly recommend!!!
The service department had my vehicle in the shop for 3 hrs and I was charged for 7 hrs based on book time Service manager was rude and arrogant when I asked for an explanation. Also the work they did on the bumper was done poorly and it was actually in worse shape when they completed it. Also, complete disregard for customers, no masks, no social distancing. This dealership is a joke.
I brought my truck in for service do to an engine light being on. After all repaired were made i left the dealership and headed to Burley Idaho about 40 min away. The following morning i headed back to the dealership because the exhaust fluid tank that was replaced was installed incorrectly causing my speed to be limited to 69 MPH. A day later I received a call from the service deny saying all repaired were done correctly this time however they also informed me one of their employees had hit my truck with another vehicle. I explained to them that i wanted the bed of the truck to be removed and repainted after the damage was corrected. This morning 18 March i received a call that the repairs were done. As i arrived i noticed they only painted a small section of the be. Because the truck was not washed it made it impossible to see if the paint even matched. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional group of employees i have even met, i would never return to this dealership for anything nor would I recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I needed work on my car done. As a teacher I am at work wjen the Service Center is open. They were able to get me in last minute, take me home, work on my car, and pick me back up. This significantly reduced my stress for my Saturday.

Took my vehicle in at 1:00 to have the 4WD checked. Had to call at 4:30 to check on it. Didn’t hear back until after 5:00. When I went to pick up my vehicle the radio station had been changed, volume was up and it had mud all over it! Caked mud up underneath. I understand needing to check the 4 WD, but the noise it makes, didn’t need to be in the mud to hear it. And then to not even rinse it off?? It was a mess!! Very unhappy!!

Went in because my car refused to start (checked everything and determined it was the fuel pump), and got their official diagnosis. They then wanted to charge almost $900 to replace it, they had marked up the part by $130. Ended up buying the part for half price from Napa and had them install it

We recently bought a 2021 chevy blazer. In the deal we worked out that Lithia Chevy would pay for floor mats and lifetime oil then we would buy the car that day. When we went to do the paper work we were getting charged for those things, and the salesman and the finance manager said that it was covered by the costco member promotion, which was already in the deal before we requested the floormats and oil. we did not agree that the promotion was going to pay for that, the deal was lithia would throw those in on top of the other promotions for us to buy the car. They stated that we misunderstood what they were talking about when we requested that deal, which my wife and I did not. They just wanted to make as much a possible for their own reasons. That is the reason for the poor review.

Despite the service personels great customer service a repair to my truck that was misdiagnosed a few months ago led to my engine needing to be replaced ($6,200+) and subsquent catelitic converter replacement (additional $1,800)
I had a pretty positive experience with both the salesman and sales manager. The problems, however, came after the sale. There were several conditions of the sale and extras that I paid for upfront. I purchased a leveling kit that included a realignment. When I picked up the truck the front was higher than the rear (not level). The truck had also not received an alignment. I had to take the truck to a specialty shop to correct the issues. Once up in the air we could clearly see that the truck had several spots of damage on the cross member as well as around the brackets for the control arms. The service department clearly saw this at the dealership when they put the leveling kit on and not only did nothing but didnt bother to tell me. The sales department gave me the disclaimer that there was a recall item that needed to be addressed and promised that it would be completed prior to me picking up the truck. When I arrived they said it wasnt a big deal and didnt get to it. They said I could schedule another appointment if I wanted it done (I live well over an hour away). The truck spray-in bed liner that I purchased from the dealer is of poor quality and scratches very easy compared to others I have owned. I purchased this truck the same day that I test drove it and it had a full tank of gas. After their service department was finished with the additional work and gave me the keys I noticed that the tank was empty. I will buy my next vehicle somewhere else.
Do not use lithia for service. Took my Chevy City express for warranty work. They they had me vehicle for over a week lost my key. Took them over a month and multiple calls and a trip to the dealer ship to get a new key. Then when they finally ordered the key. I was told they needed the second key to cut it. I ask how long and was told 15 min. I have been waiting for over an hour to get a key cut. We have all been to a key store it takes 30 seconds. If they are this disorganized do you really want to trust your vehicle with them!
I’ve had my car brought here to detail several times over the last few years. Every time one of your workers is always there helping not only customers but other employees. He’s helped me out a lot with recommendations for my vehicle and he is always straightforward which I really appreciate. Joey is absolutely amazing every time with his customer service and professionalism, he’s the reason I keep coming back.

If you dont they will not honor their promises!01/17/2020 So this is an update on how these people do business at Chevrolet of Twin Falls they had their service parts manager call and see how they could make things right after the horrible service we got on the purchase of our new truck we met with the salesman the service parts manager and the sales manager Gregory Taresh we discussed all our problems, issues and concerns on the truck we had agreed on purchasing and didnt get the sales manager Gregory Taresh agreed on getting us some running boards for the bad ordeal we experienced, well 2 months have gone by and my husband goes in to ask about the running boards and when they could install them and the sales manager Gregory Taresh wouldnt even come out to talk to him directly as a business man of his word !! AGAIN going back on the agreement he had made he had the salesman Braxton Reinke call my husband and tell him they were NOT going to get the running boards after all, they never bothered to call us just left us hanging... until we followed up with them.What kind of a dishonest unprofessional business are these people running??? How many more people have they done this too?? Well they havent heard the end of this. I dont think they realizes that an agreement doesnt have to be only in writing but that a verbal agreement is still binding and there were several people in the room when that agreement was made!! Take a tape recorder with you when discussing any business here because they wont honor their word.

This is the third time that I have brought my vehicles in for an oil change and have made an appointment ahead of time and two and half hours later they are done this is unacceptable for an oil change that should take 30 minutes to do, I know that on a big scale I am nothing, we have had an account with that Chevy dealership when it was Randy Hansen, if I had not bought the lifetime oil changes on my vehicles I would take my vehicle somewhere else.

Customer service was exceptional. We had trouble with our truck and called this service center which was the closest to our location at the time. Alex, took our call and after we explained the issue, told us to come on in. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and taken to the waiting lobby, there he explained the process and how long it would take. He checked in with us a couple of times during our wait and once our truck was ready. Everything went smoothly and we were back on track ready to go.

Best Experience! I came by a few weeks ago and looked at a car. I just came back today and bought it. Brian Castleberry was great sales person. No pressure at all. The whole team in there was great. They took the time to explain everything in detail. They had such patience when I didnt understand something. Really made the stress of car buying really relaxed. Husband and I went in on a whim to just “go look.” We wanted to trade in our current vehicle at some point but weren’t sure when. We pulled in and Mike introduced himself and showed us where the crossovers we were looking for were at. After looking, and test driving, Husband and I discussed what we wanted in terms of a monthly payment and how much we would spend on a car.
