Travis was thoughtful and took his time explaining the whole process. Usually you feel a little uncomfortable at first when you have a technician at your house because you don’t know that person at all, but Travis was very easygoing and answered every question I had and offered great advice.

I will say, the technicians are awesome. My previous experiences have been nothing but good.However, My last experience turned for the worst. Essentially we’ve been told we would have a replacement part last Friday, and it keeps getting pushed. Apparently now the soonest we’ll have hot water again will be tomorrow, a week and a half after it’s gone out. Normally I would understand, parts are parts, however we’ve been told multiple stories about when our heater is getting fixed. I’m at the point that I’m not sure if it’s better getting a new one. Will update once problem is resolved.

I felt very comfortable having Travis in my home to perform this inspection. He was courteous and professional. He appeared to have knowledge and confidence. He could talk about my heating and air conditioning systems in a way that I could easily understand, and it was easy to see that he was very familiar with this type of work.

We recently bought a house, and was expecting no problems. Well... That was not the case. When moving in our fireplace was bent and we were getting smoked out. We called Right Now, and they were able to fit us in within the next week and they installed ductless heating for us. They were quick, professional, and awesome to deal with. We really enjoyed working with them, and would definitely work with them again.

Caesey was our technician and did a great job. She was very professional and keep our house clean as she worked. She went above and beyond trying to clean out our AC without taking it all apart.when I asked what was happening She shared with me that she was trying to get it cleaned out without taking it all apart but that to service the air-conditioning properly and make our unit last it longest that we would be better to upgrade to a deep cleaning.there was no pressure but we went ahead and had her upgrade the service. We came home from vacation only to realize that our AC was out and it was 80 degrees. We called Right Now and they had someone out within an hour on a Sunday to fix our issue. Ali was our technician. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and explained to us in detail what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He also gave us some additional tips on how to run more efficiently including using the fan more. I woke up in the middle of the night with no heat in my home. As soon as our local businesses opened I made a phone call, they told me they were too busy to come out and help and that I should probably just call someone else. The person that answered the phone was rude and ignorant. My next call was to Right Now heating and air, the person who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful he said that they would work on getting someone to me as quickly as possible and they would call me before they arrived at my home. The technician that came to my home went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I had heat before she left and she also cleaned out my filter and coils! She explained everything thoroughly to me and was very kind and patient while I was in and out dealing with three small children. I got really lucky to have her come to my home and fix my heater.

Not only that, but he took the time to do a little extra work that was requested and then explained his findings thoroughly and in language that could be understood. We have been having trouble with our A/C unit for a few weeks and no one was able to diagnose the issue. Right Now sent out Ali and he was able to not only diagnose the issue but come up with a solution to get it fixed right away. The technician was knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and well-mannered. We called after getting a postcard in the mail saying if we didn’t recoup $49 of savings in three months after getting our AC cleaned and tuned up, they’d refund the money. That sounded like a good deal to me. I’m keeping the post card and the receipt and will report back in three months if we recoup the cost one way or the other!

He arrived on time and was friendly and polite from the outset.He did his diagnostic work explaining things as he went (Im actually new to American heating systems, so I learned a lot of valuable basics that will help me in the future) and was able to get our problem taken care of without the need for any parts (we couldnt get our pilot light to reignite).Travis was professional throughout and if all of Right Nows team are like this guy, theyre absolutely the company you should use in the unfortunate event you need work done!!!We also are interested in a water softener. A different company had told us this would be a tremendous pain in the butt and super expensive becuase out house is older and doesnt have the necessary hookups in place. Travis took a look and was able to show us how it could be done relatively simply and showed me Right Nows pricing which was substantially less than I had been quoted elsewhere.All in all a most excellent experience and I highly recommend!!

Alicia literally saved our house from catching on fire. During a regular tune up of our new house, we turned on the AC for the first time. A problem with the electrical wires ended up causing an electric fire; Alicias quick thinking meant that the fire was put out without any major damage to our house. She came back later and spent extra time finishing the tune up after the electricity problem was sorted. She is AMAZING! We had Right Now come out earlier in the year to service the heating system; I cant remember the gentlemans name, but he was awesome as well. They came out twice as our air conditioning sounded funny. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the unit either time and decided it was the Idaho power energy saving switch that wasn’t working. The workers are knowledgeable and efficient. The second time there was no charge which was nice!

Using this company has been a nightmare. Clearly they have bribed local inspectors to look the other way. It took them twelve visits to get one pump working properly and despite my repeated requests I have never got one phone call from a manager. Go some where else for your heating and air needs.

Ali R came out as the 4th technician after my AC was installed by Right Now earlier this summer. My AC was not maintaining the desired temperature and I was getting very irritated with the fact that a brand new AC didnt work as well as the 30+ year old unit it replaced. Ali was able to quickly find that there was a refrigerant leak in the line set that was installed with the new AC. He fixed the leak, added refrigerant and was on his way. Ali is a top notch technician, professional, 20+ years of experience, and was very personable while I vented my frustrations and. If I ever use this company again, Ali is the only technician I want at my house. He is amazing!! Thank you Ali for fixing and doing what those before you couldnt. You are a gem!

We had to have the heating/air conditioning system replaced in our home on 7/23. Since then 7 different technicians and a Service Manager have worked on the system and none of them got it right, or working properly - that is until late Saturday, 8/15. The air conditioning system was not working and was blowing warm air. The technician that came out to look into the problem listened to me explain what it was doing, voiced his opinion for the problem, verified his diagnosis and explained the issue and what he was going do to resolve it. It was explained to me that the entire problem we were having was due to how the air conditioner was installed 3 weeks ago. Saturday nights technian, Ali, was great and resolved the problem that no one else caught. The air conditioner is now working properly and Ali even called me on Sunday, at the time he said he would, to make sure our house was cool. I would give Ali 5+ stars and strongly suggest the company hire more men like him to work for them.Note: This review is for 1 very good technician, Ali, and not an endorsement for Right Now Heating and Air conditioning.
