Do not recommend this place at all. They say there gonna get it done by a certain time frame and they dont not to mention they fix things on it without permission or without even talking to us about. Then when we get there the bill is hire because they went in and fixed things without even talking to us about. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

We have been taking our vehicles there for over 15 yrs. They have always done a great job at very reasonable rates. They dont try to rip you off as some places do. No overpricing or charging you for things you dont need. They stand behind their work.

I was having some major electrical problems with my Santa Fe. I tested the alternator multiple times and the battery was new. The car was going haywire and functions were failing constantly until it completely shut down. I went to palmers who told me it was just a lose cable which was obviously not the problem. Then went to the dealership and told me it was the alternator and said it would be about $900.I was highly recommended Aarrow Automotive. I brought the car in and they repaired it within a day which came as a huge relief. They were professional and attentive throughout the process. It came out to a reasonable price. I give Aarrow Automotive my highest recommendation.

Took our truck into this shop to get some work done on it, after spending $800 at another shop and finding out a new part failed. The job was under warranty. When Arrow Automotive started taking the truck apart to get to the part they realized that the automotive repair company who did the original job did not hook back up the vacuume hoses and the wiring harness was a complete mess. Arrow Automotive repaired it all and did not charge us anything! We were in town on business and they came in on a day that they were closed to finish our truck. So thankful for good people! Thank you Arrow Automotive! Our truck is running great- NOW!
