We had Alex come give us a bid on installing a breaker box and outside outlet to run essential items in the house from a generator when the power goes out. He was very professional and was able to complete the work the day he came out to give us the bid, which we didn’t plan on but worked out great. Would definitely use Magic Valley Electric again for any electrical needs.

I had Sam and Magic Electric install 4 ceiling fans into a home I am remodeling. It was more work than we anticipated but they stayed professional. They also were willing to offer advice about lighting and such throughout the home. They also cleaned up the shop which had some scary electrical wiring from the previous owner of the home. Very pleased with thorough work on this two day job. They even vacuumed up the mess. Very impressive.

The plumbing technicians went above and beyond! Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Daniel listened to all my concerns and inspected everything thoroughly. They even crawled under the house to rule out any issues with leaking pipes or water damage.

We live in Boise, and my mother lives (alone) in a house that we own in Twin Falls. The AC went out, and we called the Magic Team. The scheduling was friendly and efficient. Coel arrived during the scheduled window of time that he was supposed to. My mom felt very comfortable with him being in the house with her — she said that he was very “sweet and kind”. He did a great job on the repairs, and we will DEFINITELY be using the Magic Team for all our future HVAC work in Twin Falls.

Ty (Electrician) and Josh( Plumber) have done a great job so far! I have been doing remodeling for 30 years and these guys know what they are doing!

My experience hasn’t been as positive as the others supposedly have had. They were fine while they assessed the upgrades and repairs needed. Unfortunately they only took the $70 you have to pay just to get a bid. They promised that bid would be sent to me same day for plumbing and 2 days for hvac. It’s been almost a week and haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve had to call other trades as I’m in a time crunch for renovations. I’m out $70 and received nothing.

We have had the best experience using Magic for our electrical work. They are very transparent with pricing, timely, thorough and most importantly I trust the work they do is done right and safely.

Luis did a fantastic job taking out and replacing our archaic air system!
