I love everything about this workout- Sam is awesome and knows how to push me to workout smarter. It’s not an easy workout, by any means, but it is the most efficient use of my time. I feel so much stronger in the 2 months I’ve been here and already down 12 pounds even with cheat days. If I wasn’t investing in myself, I’d be 12 pounds heavier wishing I could lose weight and feel better. This is the perfect workout for me!Angela Y., Tustin location

My trainers are knowledgeable, he listens to my needs n care about my well-being. Sam pays attention to my posture and always make sure my posture is correct so I don’t hurt myself. Sam explains very thoroughly so I understand what part of my body is being strengthened. I’m very happy with my trainer and the studio!

The name says it all... It’s the Perfect Workout!! 20 minutes twice a week is definitely perfect to me. Not to mention the trainers are very skilled and knowledgeable. i highly recommend

Since I have started this personal training work out with Angela I am feeling physically stronger. I can now walk my dogs about a few blocks every other day. My energy is so much better & my knee pain is so much better also. So, thank you very much Angela.You are the best, girl. Joanie

I started Perfect Workout about a month ago. Im really loving it. Im able to get in a workout early in the morning before work. Angela is a fantastic trainer, pushing me beyond what I would do on my own. The facility is extremely clean and safe. They are following strict covid-safe protocols with only one trainer and one client in the facility at any given time. The facility and equipment are kept extremely clean. They have a well developed automated text system for scheduling and confirming every appointment. I highly recommend this workout system, and in particular this facility and trainer.

Ive been working with my trainer Angela now since last fall. Small studio, one on one highly effective training. Im noticing the difference and I love that I get in and 20 minutes later Ive had a great workout, no hours and hours spent on the gym.

Ive been a PWO client for over 4 years. I started out skeptical. Could 20 minutes twice a week really make a difference? The answer is YES. Even a mammogram technician has commented on my upper body musculature! Early on, I also wondered if it was really worth the money. Again, the answer is YES. Angela, my trainer, does an excellent job of encouraging me but also pushing me past where I would go on my own. She also mixes things up and keeps my workout interesting and challenging. My husband recently started with PWO because his regular gym is still closed 10 months into the pandemic. He used to weight train on his own twice a week, 90 minutes per session. I turned 65 last summer and it was a wake up call. I wanted to make the most of life but I realized that I was overweight and not strong enough to do many things I loved. So, I found the Perfect Workout in Tustin and started working out with Madison. Shes great and really helps me stay motivated. Now my weight is down, my blood pressure is good and I have the strength and stamina and stability to hike and bike, swim and play harder than I have in many years! Thank you Madison!

I have been going to The Perfect Workout at Tustin for 3 years and loving it. The team at Tustin is extremely knowledgeable and so encouraging. Have increased strength and flexibility over time and feel much stronger. I work as a nurse and has seen a difference in how much better i handle my physical work load.... definitely recommend trying it out.

I joined Perfect Workout almost 3 months ago. I’ve always found it hard to make time for exercise in my life & it has always been something that typically I haven’t enjoyed. However, this has been different because anybody can do anything for 20 minutes, right?? I’ve surprised myself that I’m able to do these exercises & my body is responding. My trainer in Tustin is Angela & is very knowledgeable in the area of health & exercise. She’s motivating & “walks the talk”. It’s been a good experience.

I have been a client at the Perfect workout at the Tustin location, since 2013. I saw an advertisement in a local magazine and I thought this is too good to be true! I had never heard of a full workout in just 20 minutes! I was curious and I gave it a try. Since then Im hooked. My trainer Angela is friendly, enthusiastic and gives me expert guidance throughout my workout to achieve my best and even more. I feel so much stronger, my arms and my legs especially are defined and strong. Though the main achievement for me is that I reversed my osteoporosis according to my recent test. The longer I can maintain these results especially for my osteoporosis its a win for me. I definitely recommend the perfect workout.

I have been with Perfect Workout in Newport for over 5 years and love it. I enjoyed working out with my trainer, Niraj, so much, I followed him to the Tustin location. He is the best! He is very knowledgeable and adjusts my workouts for the different physical issues that may come up. His background as a chef provides us many talking points to keep my diet on track with new recipe ideas. The 20 minute workouts are hard but I can see the results and progress every week. I can see myself doing this the rest of my life!

I have never enjoyed exercising in the past, but I find myself looking forward to my workouts at the Perfect Workout each week. If you want to feel stronger and healthier, no matter how old you are or what shape you are in - this is the place to go! You get individual attention and guidance in a friendly and supportive setting. You will be surprised at how quickly you advance and how much better you feel after just a few months.

I will preface this that I am a full-time academic physician and busy mother of young boys. Not much fits in my schedule and I went through a decade of poor attention to exercise prior to The Perfect Workout. Niraj is an incredible trainer: fun, kind, empathic and encouraging. I have followed him to the Tustin location (because he is amazing) and I find Tustin very clean and comfortable. As a specialist in Physical Medicine, I can add that the ergonomics of the work-outs are excellent, with attention to working opposing muscle groups in positions that leverage good form and minimize injury. The aerobic/cardiac involvement is also substantial. Its the most comprehensive 20 minutes you can imagine. If you are going to invest any money in life, your health (and happiness - feel the endorphins flowing?) should rank as #1. So cut back on material goods (or whatever works for you) and make this your top-priority investment. The evidence behind exercise is too substantial to ignore. And 20 minutes twice a week can fit into anyones life :)

I workout with Aubree. She is a great coach; She fully understands this unique weightlifting technique here at the Perfect Workout. Aubrees skillset added with this type of weightlifting does yield out a Perfect Workout.Due to my weight loss and muscle gain. I can wear my new medium shirt and have to give away my large old shirts. :-)

Im 65 years old and I was really starting to feel my age when I decided to do something about it and joined The Perfect Workout. Four months later, Ive lost 12 pounds, lost two inches on my waist and Ive firmed up my body. I feel stronger and more alive then I have felt in over 10 years. As Ive aged, I have been getting weaker. The Perfect Workout changed me from a sluggish 56 year old into a dynamo 57 year old. I have gained not only muscle, I have lost 3% of body fat. I am more confident in all areas of my life. The best thing though is all the compliments I get! Best advice from me is Try it! Stick with it!

I found as years have gone by its much harder to stay slim and toned even though Ive always eaten healthy and worked out regularly. I joined The Perfect Workout in Tustin last March and love it! Within the first 6 weeks I lost 12 3/4 which was a shocker to me! Who would have guessed that could happen in just 2 - 20 minute sessions a week! The only thing I had changed was the amount of time I worked out due to the slow motion until muscle success training. Anyone can do anything for 20 mintues - it sure beats 1-2 hours of the mainstream workouts 3-5 times a week! Slow and steady = stronger muscles, bones and no injury. Im stronger than Ive ever been and feel great! My trainers, Nicole and Jody, are the best! Both are very encouraging & enthusiastic without being drill sargents, which works well for me! I give 5 Stars to The Perfect Workout.

I joined the Tustin Perfect Workout and I actually work out twice a week now! I was with Nicole and have been transfered to Sam, a different experience for me through my workout. I hope to continue to gain strenght, but I have not lost a pound the entire 6 months of my workouts. I wonder why?
