Like most the events of this year have brought me down in energy and spirit and up in weight.I knew it was up to me to make a change, enter Stride.Let me tell you right away I am not a runner, one of the things that appealed to me most was that I could do the workouts at a walking pace.My first week I was SORE! From walking! Each coach motivates you to give each class your all, they did an amazing job of encouraging me through the struggle of starting a new workout program.I just started 2nd week of going to Stride and I am 8 classes in, when I told myself I would commit to 3 days a week.The atmosphere that each coach brings to class with music and motivation makes you want to come back for more! Try a class you wont regret it.
LOVE this studio and the team that makes it so great! I normally hate working out and use every reason not to. From the first time I tried out Stride, I fell in love and come five days a week. I went from 0 to 5 a week in a snap.
