I am fairly new to yoga. The studio is clean, the instructors are all amazing and seem to be very mindful of the different levels of all students in the class. Highly recommend.

I do missed this place. I walked in and right away the instructor recognized me! My last class was March of 2020! It was the best Welcome 🙏. The room had been properly marked for distancing which made me feel comfortable. And she also seemed to time the heating of the room perfectly! The masks make it tough so that was great 👍 Happy to be back!

Environment, cleanliness, friendliness, and overall vibe. Everyone is extremely professional!

The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. Shout out to Kelsey Rae. I took her C2 class and she really got everyone focusing on their form, which is so important! She challenged us but also encouraged us to work at our own pace. Also her music was great

Good instructors and a variety of classes spread out well throughout the day. There are 2 rooms, so more classes can be offered. Apparel selection is great too!

I love all the classes you offer all kinds of levels I go usually on Saturday from nine till 10 and I absolutely love Wei she is amazing she gives the most challenging spiritual experience anyone could ever ask and she also has a great sense of humor anytime I check and she’s always smiling I also like seeing the Baird in the hallway of all the staf And what amazes me is you always see someone cleaning and they actually really care about their members which is amazing in this day and age

Really great classes. Love the teachers. Love the diversity of classes offered. Tried C1 C2 and YPF. GREAT! Studio manager Kelsey is very knowledgeable and really addresses your personal health concerns. 1 week free and now I need to find a way to monitarily add core power to my fitness budget. Thank you for a nice week!!!

I love that each of Corepowers instructors adds their own personal touch to their flows, while staying grounded in the practice of yoga and sharing that with their students. You are sure to get a good workout, great stretch, and leave feeling better. The staff is so personal and genuine, it really makes you feel like a part of the community.

Classes improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Im a big fan of their Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 classes.

Yoga Sculpt was amazing! The instructor was so warm and welcoming when I checked in. I wish I lived closer so I could visit this location more!

I like your versatile schedule and your helpful, friendly instructors. I also like that the classes are physically well guided and most of the spiritual aspect of yoga is left to the individual.

CorePower is by far my favorite yoga studio that Ive been to. Ive been to this location and the one in Irvine, off of Barranca (Woodbridge area). This location is very convenient - right off the freeway and the surrounding plazas have just about every other store you could possibly need to go to.This yoga studio is known for a) its heated classes (not quite as hot as bikram yoga) and b) its vinyasa/power yoga-style methodology. Classes range from 1 - 1.5 hours and there are a good mix of classes offered/available every day. I personally like the structure and style of CorePowers classes because they feel a bit more like workout compared to just being purely relaxed and meditative. The heated rooms combined with vinyasa makes for really enjoyable sessions. I like the C2 (intermediate) and yoga sculpt (uses light weights) classes the most.Now, as for pricing, this yoga studio IS expensive, for me at least. The quality of the instructors (knowledge, ability, professionalism) along with the cleanliness/tidiness of the studio are definitely worth it. Even the environment is very friendly and open, as Ive never had a negative experience with either the staff or other yogis (at either of the two studios Ive been to).I definitely recommend trying this studio out, and if youre into yoga, youll enjoy it as much as I have.
