After driving an hour and a half I was stuck in traffic so I was 20 minutes late they wanted to reschedule me for 3 Days later. I called apple and I now have an appointment again today. They lied about not having an appointment even after I explained how far I had come.
I called to see if they fixed tvs like it says online and the young lady telling me they dont less your covered by geek squad smh and thats a lie its says right here on this page they fix it no matter where you buy it at
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Purchased a 65” TV and sound bar and finally after close to a MONTH of back and forth ans cancelled appts from them it was finally delivered amd mounted. And when it was delivered they brought the wrong mount for the sound bar and charged extra for the issue to get it mounted though no fault of our own. I will NEVER use their services thru Best Buy again and highly discourage anyone who is considering doing so.
I had a great experience. My issue got resolved very quickly and effectively. I was also able to chat about my product and different products and services and converse on other tech topics. While talking with the agent I learned a couple new things as well. Great experience. I hope, if I need them again, the experience will be just as great. Definitely check them out as they know what theyre talking about.

Wow! If I could give geeksquad 6 stars for my car amp/subwoofer install I would! Destin did an amazing job on it: he walked me through what he would be doing beforehand, and when I picked up my car he walked me through exactly what he did. Cable management is spectacular and he even installed my bass remote in an unused slot on my dash next to the steering wheel. Seriously it was well worth the money, I will for sure be returning for all my future car audio needs
This is first complaint review I have ever written, however I hope I can deter someone from having the same experience. I made an appointment to have my phone looked at today. The person I spoke with didn’t even look at my phone and said the only service he could provide for me would be to charge me $325 dollars and return my phone in 10 days. Being a full time student paying my way through law school, I quickly declined. I went to the IPhone Clinic in downtown Tuscaloosa and they completely fixed my phone for free. Please do yourself a favor, save $325 dollars and don’t get swindled by uncaring and dismissive staff.

The things thats not satisfying about the Geek Squad is that if you have not purchased your products from them, they really arent any use because they be wanting you to have all kinds of ridiculous types of prices for service..
