Loved my massage with Lydia the atmosphere was calming and she used pressure points, aromatherapy, hot stones, she would have included cupping but i opted to forgo this option this time. She is very intuitive and knowledgeable with her craft. I have been utilizing her service to increase my overall wellness and eliminated my sciatica.
