I just wanted simple purple colored nails but I had to get my nails redone twice! And they still messed up, in the end it was a mistake to go there.

Walked right in no wait! Place was busy, but they took their time and did a great job. Henry did my nails and my 8 year old got her mani/pedi. We both felt takin care of and were very happy with the results!

I don’t recommend this nail salon to anybody, after I got home the cooler started peeling off and I’m so upset cuz I paid $30 Plus tip.

My mom and I have gone to this salon for three plus years with no issues. Today a different crew was in the shop and the quality of work was very poor. They rushed us and was not the experience we had on previous visits. Not fond of these new employees. Would not recommend.

The quality of these nails simply put are just not good my very good friend got her nails done here and they looked pretty shabby while she paid quite well for them. About a day after getting them one broke off. This was not because of clumsiness or here would be no problem the problem was that after further examination of the nail we realized that it was not good quality and that he nails that this establishment makes are very low quality. I would not recommend getting your nails done or letting your friends get your nails done here for the reasons listed above.

HORRIBLE MANICURE IN TOWN. That lady completed my manicure in just 5 mins, she did absolutely nothing Infact started arguing. I would have given 0 star if possible. GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible experience.my daughter and 3 grand daughters went in and had their nails done.my daughter just had her real nails painted nothing fancy just polish and a couple hearts on 2 fingers they paid $180.00. They were rough and the girls fingers were sore for days.lousy job polish on the sides of their fingers and nails were not even straight.im telling everyone i know not to get their nails done here.the guy was rude and rough.i have pics too.this was supposed to be a time for the girls to have fun together since their mom, my daughter,has stage 4 cancer and it turned out to be awful.thanks alot guys !!! Never again !!!

Horrible place I DO NOT recommend going here. They are very rude and rough. one of my nieces. Nails broke and we went back got it fixed next day 3 more came off he then decided he would not stand by his work that it was just to darn back it broke and if I wanted it fixed hed be charging 5 bucks a nail, we offered to pay 2 bucks a nail to get it done and not leave a bad review but then he told us he didnt care if we left a bad review he would not fix her nails period. He would not stand by the work he did nor did he care if we where happy with the job . If you decide to go here just be aware that they will not stand by there work and they are super rude and very unprofessional worse place to get your nails done in turlock hands down.

I told him what I wanted and that is not whT I received. My nails arent all the same length and they arent the shape I asked for.. he seemed rushed and thats not what I wanted. I had 60$ to spend and reluctantly spent 4t for short non matched length nails..... the polish is fading after e days even when I asked for gel coating. Dont recomen6thisplace blah

I had to give them a one star because they dont have an option for zero stars. I have been getting my nails done for a few years now and I have never had a problem with my nails breaking. But the day after I had my acrylics done they broke continually in on the same place on every finger nail. I went and had the three repaired but after that I was to pay $5 per broken nail when i havent even had the nails for a week and they still kept breaking the same place. When I asked for a compromise they said they have no time gor me and that it is my nails fault that the nail doesnt stay on. Awful costomer service, very rude manager.

I had a full set done by Thomas and although it took a while, he was very attentive, precise, and patient with me. This has been the best experience Ivehad with getting my nails done.

I have been doing shellac nails for years now on my fingers. Never I mean never I have had such a bad experience. Thomas did my nails I told him I was in a hurry because he had is co-worker stand next to us and talk so it made him work very slow. I was looking as he was painting my nails he was not painting the corners the color was right in the middle of my nail. I shows it to him he said second time when I paint it will cover. Then on my thumb finger he put so much polish that it was dripping I showed that to him and he just toke a paper towel and he wiped it off then he tried to color again at this point I was so upset that I said please let me go. For a cheap job they still charged me $16.00!!!Today I went and talked to the manager he said: that it was basically my fault I was in a hurry!!!! But really I was siting there if he had painted the right way and focused more on his customer he would of had done a better job.

Very horrible experience here today, me and my bridesmaids came here to get our toes done before my wedding. They did a horrible job on our pedicure French tip looked like they painted on a straight line and when we tried to complain they were very rude and aggressive while trying to fix the issue. We left with ugly toes we will have to go to another salon to get them fixed before the big day. When we asked to get them done by a more experienced person (I assume was the owner or manager) was very rude and said I hope to never see you again and he wont. I highly recommend never going here unless you want toes with smudges and one of my bridesmaids left with a bleeding toe from how rough they scrubbed her feet.

I went with my stepmom. The people there were upset because my stepmom and I changed our colors for our nails and they asked me if I was sure humorously. My pedicure hurt really bad. The girl seemed to be doing it ima rush too. It’s cheap but I don’t be going back.

Rude staff, expired nail polishes, no management available to response costumer. Hate that place with impolite workers.
