It was my first time getting my nails done, I really love the color and everything but up close you can see on the sides that theres not enough color, there was a few mistakes on the shape and stuff but easy enough to fix at home, one thing that confused me was that online it said I would have to pay 35$ along with the board inside but I ended up paying 50$ I dont know if something happened and the price went up but other than that I somewhat like them, their pretty, the place was clean tho, I did notice that they use the same nail filer on everyone but eh the guy was really nice tho, he talked to me and stuff and kept making sure I liked everything he was doing..!!!! 6 nails have fallen off already

Never fails, they over charge me every time. I literally paid $15 for them to just OUTLINE my nails with gel polish. I dont know how they come up with the prices but whatever. To be treated fairly and be charged the prices advertised seems to much to ask out here in The Valley. I pray yall get it together, maybe Ben can train a couple of the other techs on the issue of price inflation on certain customers I have been charged previously $108 for a medium length set with gel polish french tips but when I had a appt I got the same length nails with added details done by Ben and was charged $55? At this point Im over it.

Super disappointed in the quality of my acrylic set and customer service. Got a fill and the next day one of the nails was already lifting. Drove 30 minutes back out so they could repair it and 2 days later it was lifting again. They offered another free repair but I was not willing to drive 30 minutes again for a nail fix so I asked if I could get a partial refund or credit towards my next fill and was told no. He said my only option was to go in at 5:30 pm or nothing and ended the call. I would not recommend this place, especially considering the price they charge for a fill (almost as much as a full set) doesnt match the quality of the work. Ive been a regular customer there for the last 6 months and they treated me like they didnt even care if they lost my business.

This was my first and last time at this place. The tech was unable to do the saimple black ombre disign with some moons and stars. The tech John was trying to get me to do a pink and white ombre instead, I said no. I change my disign to a simple natural nail with black moon and stars. The tech John was still unable to do. At this point I was ready to go. My nail looked horrible. I went to pay the $65 to find out that this place ONLY TAKES CASH!!! nowhere was the displayed inside there business.

Very clean & very friendly. I go there mainly for pedicures. Though,, I have gotten a couple of full sets of acrylic nails as well. And as far as nails. They do a great job with basic sets but nothing too detailed or elaborate

Came in Monday Aug 30th to get simple acrylic nails this was my first time there I was over charged, nails are shaped horribly and acrylic is chipping off from my cuticles!

My mother had her nails done at this place and within two days, her nails began to fall off. We spoke to the business in hope they would rectify this situation for the poor quality service. They were treating my mother so unfairly and so rude. For a paying customer hoping to have a resolution done internally, she was told that if she doesn’t leave the premises, they will call the police. I called to ask why she was being treated so poorly for asking for them to rectify the situation. They said they don’t care if she was unsatisfied and would have to pay for another service.I personally spoke to the business to see if we can resolve the situation before posting this review. They were rude not just to my mother but to me. I gave this business an opportunity to resolve their problem and they refused and treated both of us with so much disrespect that I will surely tell every one not to go back there. I would go give your money to a business that cares for its customers.Final point, the business owner and the manager did not care about me posting this review and that tells me that if your unsatisfied by your service your out of luck. In this economic environment to be treated so poorly as a customer. I highly advise everyone not to go there. We will tell all family and friends to never return. We personally just wanted to resolve the situation for the principle of it, we didn’t care about the money aspect but I’m just furious by they way they treated us.Id like to edit my review to include a few things as a response from the salon. Went to get pedicures for my sons and I, as they were the only ones in Turlock with kids pedicure chairs. We get seated both the kids pedicure chairs are not working, okay thats fine theyll still enjoy the experience. The specialist ask what service I want for them and I told them just the kids pedicure, half way through the service they ask if I want the sea salt rub on there legs I said yeah its only 5$. I get the tag for them and instead of 25$ its 40$ each, they charged me for a manicure as well. Your asking did they do a manicure, yes they clipped there nails but I didnt order a manicure and I was getting my pedicure so I didnt notice. I talked to the cashier and told her I only asked for a pedicure and the sea salt, and she said well they cut there nails so we charge you for manicure. Knowing I had down in the reservation just 3 pedicures. My pedicure was horrible 62$ when I got home my feet were still rough and didnt even look like I had a pedicure. I dont do this review thing, but adding services that arent requested especially on kids who dont know, is absolutely shady and will not go there again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. The cashier very well could have said I apologize for that offered us the 25$ charge we were expecting or even just apologized in general, but to say they cut there nails this the charge is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The lady in the front yelled at me in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing. I had told her I wanted gel nails with gel polish on long acrylics and she “thought” I said gel nails with no acrylic. She said “when I asked you if you wanted gel nails with polish and you said yes” *raised her voice at me* FALSE. I SAID “I would like to get gel polish on long acrylics” Literally it’s common sense when I say “ I would like to get gel polish with long acrylics” you should know I mean a full set. She said “next time you have to be specific” *raised her voice at me in front all employees and customers* my nails were pretty tho I guess

This place is horrible I went about eight days ago for graduation nails because I thought this place was luxurious and my nails would last a long time but no I paid $80 for nails and they’re already lifting breaking off I don’t even do anything to make them fall off and I called to see if they could give me a discount a full or something and the guy just kept hanging up on me very rude saying after three days they don’t do anything and that I need to Google it and need to find out more information about why my nails are lifting like one that’s very rude whoever was talking to me needs to get fired second of all I should’ve went in and make a scene third of all I spent $80 for nails I didn’t even lost me more than two weeks. Very disappointed and disrespectful. I learned my lesson

I booked my appointment for 3:00, was not seated until 3:40. They have increased prices $10-$15+ due to the pandemic. Plus additional charge for “custom” nail shaping for anything other than square. I accepted the price as my current salon is closed. However the job done was not worth the price point. The gal took her time but unfortunately I’m not happy with my nails. They are thick and not smooth, they are lumpy. And the shape is not consistent or even. The dip they used to do, needed no UV light however she kept putting my nails under the lamp and used a clear gel top coat that is not shiny. $55 for this, $10 more compared to the website price. Definitely not worth it and I will not be returning.Organic nails needs to open back up!!!!!!!!

The salon is nice. They also got three of us in quickly but the pedicures are a joke. We got the regular pedicure which should last 20-25 minutes but hardly lasted 15 with the full service. The massage was lazy at best. She didnt use oil and the lotion dried quickly. So when she returned with the hot rocks they didnt even move on my legs. So instead of getting oil she grabbed more lotion. I gave them a 2 star review because painting my nails isnt hard the reason I go for a pedicure is a little massage. Waste of our time and money on quality of massage.

Though this salon is very new and modern the service is very subpar. They rush through your service, charge the same if it’s just polish or a manicure.I mentioned 4 times i was allergic to latex and the nail technician continued to use the gloves and said they were not latex, even thought the box he took it out from had LATEX GLOVES printed in the side.The gel polish job was extremely underwhelming, did not even reach the sides of my nails and the gel polish burned under the LED light.But it was front desk that had the worst service. The girl never wears a mask while all the nail techs do?? Her attitude is very snappy and rude.My pedicure was decent, the lady that did my feet was very sweet and I did enjoy her work.This was my second time at this salon and unfortunately my last.

Nice place but a very long wait. I took my daughters for a girls day out and we were there for 4 hours. I got a full set with a pedicure and the lady who took care of my services was very nice, but when I asked if she can do a design I liked off of their website she said no I dont know how...and we went through a few photos before she said she can do that. Now that was disappointing! And when I finally get into the pedicure chair the water was extremely hot, so I had to wait until the guy could put some cold water in which took another 20 minutes then 15 more minutes go by before another lady comes to do my feet. She did an ok job but was very rushed the massage that came with the service was mediocre and non relaxing. The entire service for me and my daughters cost 300 and wasnt worth the money I paid!!

The customer is not important here after they get your first money. My daughter and her mom were treated very rudely and extremely poorly. I hope your experience is better but just see for yourself how they treat you as a return customer.

I never leave reviews anywhere. but i decided i should let people know to not go here. i’ve gone here twice and both times my nails broke right away. they file them down so thin it’s like a coat of polish. i got my nails done here yesterday and the guy left just one nail very long and not shaped like the rest and one of the nails broke two hours after because it was so thin there’s almost no acrylic it just looks like my nail polish chipped. they’re expensive for bad quality nails. just don’t go here if you want your nails to last.

I came as a guest. My daughters treat. And I was cut with a nail file. She dug into my skin. Her response was sorry it happens. I was here after they first opened. And the tech cut three fingers. He put a green liquid that he said was to stop the bleeding. I only came today because I was treated. No more for me.

Absolutely awful. Youll be greeted by cash only signs everywhere so be prepared to make a trip to an ATM.I was rushed through a brutal pedicure like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.The woman who did mine behaved like she would have rather been anywhere doing anything else but my pedicure.I left feeling like Id been beat-up and with a huge scratch on my ankle. Never again.

I found this place due to a Facebook ad for them. I was excited to try it As it was new & all the reviews were very promising. Initially I went in for just a pedicure, & asked if they could also fit it a set of acrylic nails. The pedicure went well, very comfortable atmosphere, they even brought me a drink, which was nice. Upon starting my aryclic set I provided a reference photo for the nail tech. She said she could do it, so I sat back & relaxed, everything was going great, then at one point she paints over my matte black nails with a chrome topper, I at no point requested this, & my reference photo didnt include it either (as shown below). I was very confused, so I requested if we could remove it, or change it, as it was not something I asked for. It was already a bit past closing time & I understand making a change like that is a hassle, but it wouldnt have even been necessary had she stuck to what I requested. I honestly should have been assertive with her, or potentially even walked out at that point because she was just telling me things like, people will want to hold your hand, these chrome are so pretty, & I should have known at that point I was being forced an additional service I did not request. She tried to fix it by putting a matte layer over the chrome, which created a nice colour, but made the nails look chunky as a result, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt for trying, but I didnt want to pay for all the additional hassle. So, I then asked about the Facebook discount, which was valid through 03/23 - 04/11 (also included a photo) she proceeded to tell me its no longer available. I ended up just asking about it at the counter when paying, & they said it was still valid. Upon checking out she charged me for chrome nail servcing (again didnt request this service at all) I was overall really disappointed in my experience. Everything was great upon arrival, & I wish I felt comfortable in recommending this place because they do good work, but I dont after today. I just felt taken advantage of, & I wish I could have just walked out once things started going south. I paid $80 for my visit, & this was after the 15% Facebook discount. If you go, mind your technician.

This place is big a nice I went back consistently every two weeks to get a fill for about 2 weeks. But my nails started getting yellow and discolored. Nails started popping off within a week. When I googled the discoloration it says it possible nail fungus. Never in my 10 years of getting my nails done had this happend to my finger nails. I am taking a break at the moment hoping my nails heal up. Dont get wrong staff is super friendly and nice. And since all nailshops being closed because of state mandates I was glad to have found this place open. My nails always looked amazing just not sure why my natural nails ended up like this.

I asked for long stilleto ombré nails and instead I ended up with medium length stilleto nails that over half of are crooked or oddly shaped and my rhinestones look messy.

Had to go to this place because my usual place is still closed. The guy who did my pedicure was in rush and did not do a good job. he finished my pedicure In less than 15 minutes. They looked awful. On top of not doing their job right They also are pricey and rude. Will never EVER go back there. People please Do NOT waste your money by going to them.

Im not going to expose the guys name who did my nails, you know who you are. I went there for the first time, I was expecting to get what I wanted on my nails, so I didnt get at all what I was asking for. First of all he didnt have the colors that I wanted. So I had to choose different colors and not even that he wasnt able to get right due to his numerated colors being mixed up not organized. I asked him if one of his colors that I liked if he can make it lighter, but he said no. He didnt even try to get creative to accommodate my expectations. It was like take what I have only impression. He started with my nails with out even cleaning up the nail first, cutting out the cuticles. I asked for matte nails but he gave me shiny instead. He didnt asked me to wash my hands to remove all the powder and access acrylic around my fingers he just went ahead and worked over all that mess. I wanted to tell the girl next to me that was waiting for him not to waist her money . The only good thing he did was his ombre technique. The facility over all is nice and clean and they do take covid-19 very serious thats a good thing they are following all CDC regulations. Hopefully the other nail techs do better job.

Went here because my regular nail place is closed, looked this place up before going.. seemed very nice. The girl (Tina) doing my pedicure was rushed, .. I don’t why?... The place had only just opened. When I asked for a toe nail design, she said no. I was willing to pay the extra, but again she said no. Worst pedicure experience ever. And I was basically charged $40 for really nothing.. the basic. Nothing special.

My original review was on yelp and i was going to leave it to just posting on there BUT after the owner has rudely responded to me telling me that i need to be grateful for my less then average service i decided to post on google as well. Here is my experience at this nail salon:Went in for a 11am Appointment and didnt get seen until about 12:05pm. And the ONLY reason why I was seen at that time is because they tried to take another client who arrived wayyy after me and I was not having it and I spoke up for what was right.......Why even have appointments if you cannot meet even remotely close to those appointment times??!I was told by the receptionist, who might I add was EXTREMELY rude with the WORST attitude for someone that is the front and center of the business, that it was their last day open before they close again so they are seeing walk-in clients too. So your going to completely disregard clients with appointments just so you can get in as many clients as possible in the middle of a PANDEMIC!?!?!?Not to mention their social distancing or a lack their of, considering all chairs next to us were filled. Out of the respect for the clients next to us I did not take a picture but I really wish I would have. They also DID NOT wipe down to sanitize the chairs before seating another client in the chair (THAT IS STATE BOARD STANDARD FOR THIS TIME) i literally had to ask them to do so before sitting us down!I typically do not let these things bother me. BUT being that I am in the beauty service industry myself, I am completely appalled by how this establishment has conducted itself, how to owner has responded to the MANY client reviews that are just informing them of their short comings and how they can improve, how they treat their clients (Especially your receptionist) and the lack of respect for their clients time!!!Do yourself the favor and find another nail salon that is grateful for the support and appreciates your business!!!!

The salon itself is quite lovely. Everything is pretty new and clean looking. The pedicure was okay.

Grateful that they are open during this time but my pedi was unfortunately not relaxing or luxurious. My friend and I both had scheduled appointments. Both girls rushed through our $40 pedis which were to include a 20 min massage. From the time we walked in the door to check in to the time we were walking out the door after paying was less than 30mins. I left with cut up cuticles from the nail files and discomfort under my toes from how far she jammed the tool. Plus in the process of helping to put my shoes back on she wiped off some of the nail polish, noticed it, and proceeded to tell me to walk to the dryers anyway. My experience was awful and I will not be returning.

My original lady has been closed and I needed a pedicure badly. This place is totally overpriced for the sloppy job they do. I had a manicure after..no acrylics get you not...charged me 35 bucks..ridiculous..😡As far as another comment I read about a child being in a mask..under 2 do not need one.

The receptionist is completely rude, not only over the phone but as well in person. Does not listen to questions asked or responses. I was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait for 2 pedicures as a walk in and sat for over an hour. She asked after 45 minutes passed if we could start at two different times and was told no because we came together and needed to leave at the same time. She continued to take clients back so I asked her how long we were going to have to wait and she replied I asked if you wanted to be sat together and it would be a longer wait with attitude of course. She took it as we needed to be sat near each other when that was never stated. Needless to say it was a complete waste of my time! This was my first time at this place and will be my last! Please don’t waste your time, by the way they aren’t honoring their appointment times either. COVID 19 or not this is no way to operate a business. I’d rate them with zero stars if that was an option!

Easy appt scheduling online. Booked my 11am appt online at 9am, they were quick and got me in my chair within a few min of arriving for my pedi. Hot stone massage is the best and is included.

Do not make an appointment. It doesnt matter. I made an appointment online and then I was called to confirm the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to a room filled with customers. I log in on the ipad and then sat, and sat, and sat. One employee came out and was talking with a very upset customer. The customer said she had made an appointment and had been waiting for over an hour. The employee said that they were busy and even though people have made appointments they are still taking everyone in order that they arrive. I asked the other customers sitting there if this was the case and they said it was. After 45 minutes I left.

I messages them on insta with a picture of what I wanted and told me it would be 85$ keep in mind I wanted a ombré design with a couple nails with crystals. I leave with my nails thick, bumpy, and not straight AND the crystals on my nails were so un even and cricked it was so disappointing. Their Instagram page was filled with beautiful pictures but I came and was so disappointed and this was my birthday set!! I am currently looking to get them removed and re done somewhere else after having them for no longer then 2 days. Do not recommend

Have been going here for awhile, I started out with an excellent pedicure, great treat. I have been having my nails done and very pleased with the results. They are very easy to work with very accommodating. Then to top off they have a great girl at the front desk, Julie, very helpful. You also can top it off with a glass of wine, champagne, beer etc.

I never do bad reviews (ever), in fact I barely post reviews, however, I am shocked how the receptionist (or business owner as he says he was) just talked to me. He told me because I was 5 minutes late that it was quote “my problem that I am now a walk in.” There was literally no one in the waiting area and I am pretty sure they would have made me wait to be helped anyway. I told him that I would not be giving business to a person that talked to me the way that he did and he said “i don’t care.” I understand now why they have so many bad reviews. In fact, I hesitated to make the appointment when I saw others have said they’ve been talked to badly. This is not ok! Think twice, about giving business to someone that cannot even respect others (especially if he’s the owner).

Awful experience all around! I got both a pedicure and a full set all within an hour and 1 hour and 17 minutes ( this included him ripping off my old nails). My toes are all different shapes and lengths and the nails are also different shapes, lengths and widths. When trying to correct them during and after the services they weren’t fixed. I finally got frustrated and said nevermind. When I went to pay I asked if someone else could fix these mistakes I was 1st told they looked good and then told I wouldn’t have to come back. I was kind, polite and ultimately very disappointed! I will never go back and suggest this establishment to NOBODY!

Came in with my daughter for a fill. $45 total. Price chart stated $35 for shelac or gel. Tech claimed he had to charge additional $5 because her nails where long, which makes no sense, since thats the reason for a fill. Anyways, and additional $5 because prices went up. Shady sales guys doing shady business and just blame the owner.

I came here an hour before closing and asked if anyone was available to do a gel manicure. After waiting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes I was escorted to a chair where a woman sat down a bowl with acetone and instructed me to put my fingers in it, and then walked away. My nails and fingertips soaked in acetone for 10 minutes while a different woman finished up a pedicure and then came to help me. She was nice but she was very rough and as you can see did a poor job.This is a bummer because its a very nice clean and modern place, and as I said the staff are all nice enough, but the quality of service just isnt there especially considering they charge top dollar for their services.With so many quality salons in town I highly suggest you go somewhere else to get anything done.

Will not be going back. First she cuts my finger and doesn’t even ask to wash the dust off she continues to add gel polish. I asked for shiny diamonds and she gave me different color ones. I asked for chrome and said what I showed her was not chrome and then stated I should of should her earlier before she even started.

If I could give less, I would. With appt. was still said there was a 20 min. wait. Very crowded in the lobby. Hand written note...CASH ONLY! Somebody happened to be in the front and most likely why I was actually acknowledged. Was not clean...I decided to leave and not get the service. If their business practices give light to their work, it was not worth the risk.

Typical rushed! Work. Did not get my request. Henry decided to do his chosen colors. The pedicure was rushed. To pay $44 for pedi gel color was not worth how upset I left. I complaint didn’t do any good. Such a nice place but is all about the money not customer service. Won’t be back!

Wanted to give more stars but unfortunately 4 of my nails are chipped with gel polish & felt rushed on my pedicure. Ill take some of the blame since I was there late but Id rather be turned away for the service then be rushed & only get a service that felt like the express pedicure (paid 42 for the deluxe), they are really friendly & the place is super nice & clean though!

Absolutely loved my pedicure! The prices are a little bit more than others but it’s totally worth it, plus you get a complimentary glass of champagne/beer. The guy who did my pedicure did a great job on my toes as well as the lady who did my husband’s pedicure and manicure. I’d also like to add that even though there was a small line of people waiting, they never rushed with our pedicures. I will be going back again and hopefully can make this my regular salon******EDIT*****.I needed a pedicure ASAP so I figured I’d go here again, I’m not sure if the girl in front was new or family but she should not be working At the front. She needs to learn how to politely tell people to “take a seat” not “sit down there.” It took either 2 or 3 people for someone to finally start on my pedicure. The lady who eventually did do my pedicure burned me with SUPER hot water. She also cut my big toe nails so that ingrowns would form (with the side not fully cut to the bottom.) i also wasn’t asked/offered water and i never really had an opportunity to do so like the first time I went. I would not go here again, main reason being the lady burned me and thought that was okay.

Do not attempt as only about 2 people in the salon know how to do nails. They are over priced and if you are LUCKY you may get someone that knows nails. If not you are doomed!!!

I came in to get a gel manicure after having SNS nails from another salon on for three weeks. It is extremely nice inside, but the technician who removed my prior manicure decided it would be a better idea to slip a tool between the acrylic and the real nail instead of buffing and soaking it off. It was extremely painful and reduced my option of keeping my nails a healthy length.The technician coated my nail four times, filed it, sprayed alcohol on it and that was my manicure. I’m confused about what the definition of manicures are here in Turlock, no one really moisturizes or takes their time to oil the cuticles. It was essentially, pop off my nails and harm them, paint them and leave- which I could’ve done myself If I wanted too.Not sure if I’ll go back, but I might be inclined to give them one more chance.

I was pretty impressed with their work at first but I went there recently and I was actually really disappointed with the outcome of my nails and toes. One of my nails already broke off a day later and after leaving the place, I realized the studs on my toes were not even placed in the same pattern as the other side. I was charged $73.00 for a very simple pedicure job that I feel atleast she could’ve done better with the stud design which was pretty simple! 😕 I guess I’ve learned. Sad thing is, for the $133.00 total I paid I could’ve gotten way more elsewhere!!!! Never again!!

This place is terrible just because it’s a nice building they think they can charge a lot of money. I was charged $80 for a mani pedi and they still expect a tip. They hardly have any colors and the girl who helped me was super rude. I hate how they speak in another language it makes me super uncomfortable. Don’t go here it’s a waste of money.

So disappointing today on our first and last visit. I asked 3 times for my daughters water to be warm, and nobody did anything. We were only offered water to drink, yet when a group of 5 sat next to us as we were finished they were offered mimosas, beer, wine, juice, and water. Then we also were subjected to watch indy racing and golf. Im sorry but what women leave for me time to have to watch the same stuff as she left on the TV at home. when I voiced my concerns upon checking out, I got Im sorry, they dont speak English well enough to offer us drinks, but obviously I heard them offer the group next to us. I also got Im sorry they dont pay attention to whats on the TV. I work hard for my money. this place is more than I have paid at other places in town with a lot better service.

Today I went to get me nails done. It was the worst service ever.My nails came out so ugly. The guy did them to short I told him I wanted them long. I wanted glitter so he just put the glitter everywhere my nails look horrible. Very over priced on what he did will never do my nails here again.
