It was my first time going to this place, scheduled a appointment with a lady named Olga at 10:30. I got to my appointment on time (10:25) she was still filing a girlss nails with no color yet. I walked in said hi to her I sat down. 10 mins passed and she was still filing her nails so I asked her if she wanted me to come back. ( a little walk in downtown does not hurt) she said 5 more mins. The girl got up to wash her hands and the nail lady Olga asked me if I was in a hurry, I work in customer service so I know being on time with clients is very important. She said if I wanted to come back later I can but she was booked for the day. Very rude the way she said it I just told her I would come back said thank you and walked out. I was really excited in getting my nails done.

Before going to Taylor at Allure Salon, I had hair the color of a copper penny...trust me, it was not cute! Within in 3 hours, she completely transformed my look. My daughters cant stop saying how pretty my hair looks! She is a very talented stylist with a vast knowledge of the latest trends and techniques.
