Ive never written a review, but in this case it was necessary for my mental health and to prevent future clients from going through my experience. Also, Google reviews didn’t let me post the whole thing, if you’d like to read a detailed review is on Yelp.Long story short, I was a new client to the Lux Lounge and a new client of Christianna. Im extremely disappointed & discouraged, I literally cried. I left the Lux lounge with green, ash toned, wet and damaged hair. My hair is literally falling out in pieces. Christianna is a great person, shes friendly and easy to talk to. However, her lack communication and confidently saying she can do something and not accomplish it, it was very deceiving for such an expensive service (Quoted @ $350). Christianna mentioned she had hair insurance for cases like these. Therefore, I did file a complaint to the board for negligence and false claims. Personally, with my experience, I do not recommend her as a hairstylist. I have not tried any of their other services. I really wish things would have gone differently.

Edit -- I am unsure why you assumed I didnt use your service, because as we all know everyone makes mistakes. I have a screenshot of our convo that Id be happy to send you. I had an airbrush spray tan less than a week ago, and it was definitely not great. Unfortunately, the airbrush artist went over some areas of my body multiple times and some areas just once, or so it seems based on the color of mybodyy. My legs were slightly tan for one day..my stomach area was dark brown. Overall not the best and wouldnt recommend to a friend.

Had an amazing facial by the amazing Brittany! Super relaxing and my skin felt great right after the facial and for days after! Katie has done an amazing job putting together a very awesome and unique salon! Very cool and modern atmosphere and great products (tanning lotions are definitely some of the best!) This is definitely your one stop pit stop for a tune up in pretty much anything pampered :) I will definitely be back! Thanks for the awesome service!

I went in to get a spray tan by Katie and was very satisfied with the results!! Katie was very accommodating after all I showed up 30 minutes early and was very cool about it. I totally loved the shop. I have had many spray tans but I loved the products that they used because they were not smelly nor sticky. Katie made me feel very comfortable and her personality was what made me feel at the most comfortable.

I LOVE the atmosphere of the salon! I have had my teeth whitened by Katie 2 times now and they have turned out awesome both times, absolutely no sensitivity of the teeth and NO burnt gums, as a Registered Dental Hygienist myself I would strongly recommend the teeth whitening services as they are safe and allow you to achieve optimal results for a great price! I also had a month membership of tanning which was wonderful got a nice golden tan for my trip to Vegas, the beds also dont make you get hot at all. One last thing brow Brittney is the bomb, made my eyebrows look wonderful!! I would highly recommend the Salon for any services!

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the people in this salon! Katie has done an amazing job making her dreams become a reality. The tanning beds are the best Ive ever used! And the teeth whitening service she offers is absolutely amazing! My teeth are always super sparkly white now!!

Ive never tanned or had my teeth whitened before and Katie was the absolute best.I was comfortable and she was accommodating. The entire crew that works there takes their time to get to know you and it feels like a home always from home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would!!

Great tanning beds! Katie offers a good variety of services which is great cause you can one stop shop! As a women that makes life a whole lot easier! Also prices are very fare! Would highly recommend!

Ive had multiple servings at this gorgeous salon and ALL have been amazing. Also, the owner is my sister and in regards to the review by Miss Leslie Anderson kinda odd no one has ever heard of you and there is no contract for anyone by that name in the files. Pretty pathetic girl.

I have had my teeth whitened numerous times and every time iv had awesome service. No burning no nothing just amazing service. I wont go anywhere else but there. If you have any doubts just try it once and youll see how great it is.

Lux Lounge is such a gem in Turlock! Had a teeth whitening by Katie - very professional, excellent results! Had my hair done by Jordan Segna and make up by Brittany Smith for my nieces wedding - excellent, high end quality! Received a lot of compliments! Beautiful salon, professional staff. Highly recommend for any of your beauty needs.

The services I have had at Lux Lounge have been nothing short of amazing. I got a 2 weeks tanning membership and the beds are amazing!! I got my teeth whitened (for 15 minutes) and Katie did a professional job and my teeth look great; no burning of the gums or teeth what-so-ever (love the massage chair). And my boyfriend got a haircut and shave by Elbron -- holy molyyyy-- he did an AMAZING JOB!!!! His fade is perfection; and my boyfriend cant stop raving about the shave.

I have had my teeth whitened regularly at Lux lounge and also my hair cut by the barber elbroun. I have had nothing but good experiences and NEVER had my gums burnt by the teeth whitening.

Very cute cozy atmosphere but its so crowded she has way to much going on for that small tiny space. I personally wouldnt go back just because of the small space

I am very happy to have decided to make me microblading my eyebrows! Jessica Negrete is the best! He has a lot of patience, you look very gentle when doing his job, very professional and he makes you feel very comfortable, I loved my eyebrows! I totally recommend Jessica! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
