It was a great experience the people there work very hard to make sure you are having fun and getting a good work out in along with how to fight.

Love this gym the staff are very friendly and helpful and always pleasant. They keeps the gym very clean...there always cleaning and making sure everything is good and safe.

David and his wife are awesome people! Their energy is GREAT! The atmosphere is positive and very motivating! A fun way to get a great workout!

I’ve taken classes with both Lynne and Forester and they’re really great — tough but really fun. There seem to be lots of different skill levels in the class, and everyone gets a great workout. Really glad Turlock has this place!
