This has been the best cross training work out for my long distance running. It’s helped me get quite a bit faster than I ever thought I could go! The coaches are wonderful. I got from 3-4 times a week and it is worth every penny!
I like the community feeling of doing the same workout as the person next to you. It drives me to push harder each workout and at the same time it’s a reminder that we all are in different stages of our own fitness journeys, and okay to take things at your own pace. Plus the staff is always so welcoming and encouraging. They’ve got a great balance that keeps me coming back.
This place is a well-oiled machine! I get so much out of my workouts and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I look forward to workouts here so much!
Fun, friendly competitive atmosphere that pushes me to get the most out of every workout.
I am a ‘founding member’ which means that I’ve had the opportunity to use this place for the past week or so. They will open officially on October 6th.In the past week I’ve exercised three times; each time I call ahead to reserve a spot. I understand that you will be able to use their app to do this once they open.Several one hour classes per day are currently provided; each class is instructor lead and max of 24 people. You can buy a heart rate monitor, or rent one for [i think] $5/session. The goal of the class is to log as many minutes in heart rate zone 4 or 5 as you can during this session.You pick up a month to month style membership; you can sign up for 4, 8, or unlimited classes per month.The classes are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) styled, and I’ve been burning calories at a rate of about 1000/class.I personally don’t want to motivate myself on my own for this type of workout, so I am quite happy to have OrangeTheory nearby. I plan on exercising here 3 times a week, so you might see me!

Love the organized workouts (I need it). The workouts have a near perfect balance of maximizing strength and conditioning while still minimizing risk of injury. Coaches also strike a perfect balance of being energetic and encouraging without being over the top or annoying.
The coaches are absolutely incredible! I work out very frequently, but am ALWAYS challenged with these workouts and the personal attention you get during class is so motivating and enlightening! The entire staff is friendly and full of knowledge. It is an honor to have them on my team during my fitness journey!! 🧡🧡🧡

I have been a member since they opened! It’s a great place to workout because the coaches push you and if you can’t do a certain exercise they will show you a modification. You can also see your heart rate, calories and splat points as you are working out which allows you to push yourself more than you would. The staff and coaches are friendly and are there to answer any questions. Plus your first work out a free! So come try it! What do you have to lose?

The workouts are so awesome! I love tracking my progress with the heart rate monitor and seeing it on the screen during class. All the coaches I have experienced are excellent - great energy, very encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun!

I LOVE OTF! Before joining Orangetheory, I never went to the gym or worked out. But now, I can’t imagine my life without it! The workout was very challenging and I loved that I was able to view my progress which motivated me to try harder. Allison was an awesome instructor! She had very high energy and was very helpful! Orange Theory is probably the cleanest most well organized gyms I have ever visited. No detail is missed in the customer experience. I was highly impressed!
Came into town to visit family and still was able to workout. The staff is just as kind and helpful as my home studio. Love that I can have a workout away from home and still feel like I’m at my home studio. Definitely recommend this location as well as this challenging but fun workout.
Love the guided group fitness! Been going for a couple months now and love the knowledgeable coaches. Particularly, their ability to give different options for the exercises, and to help demonstrate the motion and correct my form. An example would be the other day when doing the deadlift (or some variety of it) Trey recommended that instead of going all the way down, but to stop when the hams get tight and then come back up. I Feel like this really made the move easier on my back.
This was such a fun workout. I loved it!! I’m competitive so the heart rate monitor will push me to do my best!! 😊
Orange Theory Fitness is a challenging but doable workout. I was lacking the cardio in my daily workouts. The staff doesn’t let you slack. And genuinely seem interested in helping you obtain your personal goals. For me, it is to lose some weight that I gained after a surgery.

It’s always new & always challenging me. The trainers are so smart and passionate. Makes the time go by so fast. The investment in my health is worth every penny. This place has changed me since I started. You NEED to try it out.
I dont have to think, just push myself. I never pushed myself this hard when working out alone. The music is great. The trainers certainly keep you motivated by calling out your name, letting the group know if they need to tweak what they are doing, etc. I like the instant feedback as well with the heart monitor. I also love the convenience of the app for setting up sessions. Kinda an OTF addict at this point.
Took my first class at this location and it was awesome! If you arent taking Nicoles class you are missing out! She has great energy and music that makes the time pass quickly! The staff here is so nice and patient! Wish they had staff like this in OKC ;)
This location is very well-run. Its always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and coaches are well trained and encouraging. After several months of membership, I have no complaints.
I love how the workout is different everyday. It’s already planned out so I don’t have to think about it, I just know I have to do it. I love that I can make it as challenging as I want to make it for myself. The trainers and staff are great! I always look forward to my OTF workouts and feel accomplished after.

I’m so happy to have found a workout regimen that’s different everyday and so much fun! I push myself without overwhelming myself and love knowing how many calories I burn and how efficient the hour long workout is. I would recommend it for any fitness level or type. The staff and other memebers are also so knowledgeable and friendly and motivating, it’s a great environment.
I love that it makes running on the treadmill something I dont hate- more like a spin class with combos, good music and coach inspiration! With the combination of weights and rowing for the best whole body workout I have ever done. I seriously can see results in places I havent in a decade. So glad a friend asked me to try it out with her. I highly recommend for anyone to try, I know I was intimated but since its off your own heart rate anyone can do it. Allison and Trey really motivate me. Thanks OTF.

My favorite part of OTF is that everyday the workouts are different. It’s nice to have variation so that a workout never seems repetitive or boring. I really love having an instructor leading the class to motivate you to keep pushing through a workout. It’s a challenging workout, but doable for every skill or physical level. I love being able to see my heart rate and the calorie count increase every minute is motivation to keep going. Plus, the people and staff are great!
It’s always challenging. The variety, the music, and the coaches are great. The workouts push me to do things I would never push myself to do. I’m stronger and so much faster than I was 6 months ago. I feel really fit and have loved seeing the changes in my body.

I love everything about OTF Midtown Tulsa! The coaches are awesome and always encouraging, the workouts are never boring and challenging. Even though its 60 min. the time goes so fast! I feel stronger everyday I go.
I love all the trainers. They are motivating and allow everyone to be successful and achieve goals.
Loved the class, but what I loved most was the wrist moniters and how it showed everything on the TV! It made me want to pass everyone so badly! But yeah sadly this gym is very pricey for a high school student but I will say go for it if money isnt an issue!

Working out side-by-side with people, the music, & the trainers’ energy is so motivating! It’s nice that not only do all the trainers know my name, but they also know my capabilities and limits and push me to do my best during workouts and not just take it easy.The germaphobe in me also appreciates the wiping down of equipment with each set shift as well as the deep clean the staff conducts once per month.

I love orange theory! An all around great work out that birns tons of calories in just an hr! The couches make sure your using correct form to prevent injuries.

Hard to know how to feel. The staff is usually great, but the OTF fine print forces you to pay for another month of membership if you are within 30 days of your next auto pay. So I went in today to cancel, November 25th 2019, and my bill day is the 17th, so I have to pay for my membership through Jan 17th. BE WARNED!Also, I feel the workouts are trying too hard to be different everyday. I understand they (OTF corporate) want to keep it fresh, but after awhile it feels like its too scattered, and not enough foundational strength focused. If you are looking for any easy no-brainer workout, do it. But if want to focus on any specific goals you are going to feel like it misses the mark.

I absolutely love OTF midtown. The staff is great and the coaches are extremely encouraging and helpful. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a consistent and good workout.
OTF workouts challenge me to do things I would not do on my own, vary the workouts, focus on different body parts and different types of workouts. The coaches are motivating, fun, and genuine. The other members are supportive. It has been transformative for me.
Great music, great coaches, never have to wait for a machine, and the many types of motivation - from booking the class on the app to positive and encouraging attitudes during classes.
Orange theory is high intensity, but they meet you at your level and encourage you to improve from there. The workouts are broken up into many activities, which, mentally, makes it easier to work harder!

Always enjoy sweating and feeling great. coaches are great too. tulsa midtown has alot of extra stuff going on, more than my home studio.
Extremely shady business practices. Ive been through this with large name gyms in the past (looking at you, LA Fitness). Short version is that its nearly impossible to cancel and even more impossible to recoup any unfair charges you accrued. I ran out of energy to continue fighting for my money after being drug through the grass over several weeks. As far as the workout - I went to one apparently $85 class and it was fine. Too much cardio for me but Im sure its up some peoples alleys.

Poor explanation of concepts, staff is more concerned with memberships than anything else, had to use YouTube to research and find info and answers to questions the staff was not adequately prepared to answer. Limited hours, and inconsistent frequently changing class schedules make it difficult to adhere to a routine.
