Amazing experience and results here! My knee injuries had worsened and running became too challenging and eventually I put on extra weight. After a yearly health assessment and looking back at where I had been, it was clear I was on a scary trajectory.I was nervous about getting this going because I had so many knee issues. But with every work out there was a lot of guidance on how to accommodate and protect my knees.After 6 short weeks I lost 21 lbs and 13 inches off my body and I feel great! Before I did the six week challenge, I was lethargic and also a horrible sleeper. I’ve always been more muscular and was getting tired of feeling tired, so when I saw an opportunity on Instagram to do a free six week challenge I was intrigued. I was nervous about reaching my goal, but I did the meal plan, went to the work outs, and it works. I’ve never seen such a transformation in myself! In no time I was doing higher level variations and adjust my meal plan accordingly. I have never gone so long without refined sugar! The program is designed for your body type and I absolutely loved it, the workouts are only 30 min and the location is so easy to get to. Go in, check in, clean your shoes, and go. There is not a more efficient way to work out with a real instructor guiding you and pushing you to your max. Thank you so much for changing my life!

I felt bloated, had low self esteem about the way my body looked, and had no energy before the six week weight loss challenge. I was about to turn 50, and had planned a trip to Jamaica. I wanted to look good going into 50, and to start feeling good in my own skin again!I was afraid that I wouldnt be able to stick with it, or that the diet would be too strict. I actually started feeling like I had more energy right away, and I started to actually crave exercise! At the end of the six weeks i ended up losing 21 lbs, and and 3 sizes on my clothes! The transformation was incredible. Everyone has noticed the difference, and my children were so inspired that they are beginning to work out too. I now try to work out every chance I get, and Ive learned how to eat much better and am maintaining my weight loss and am still losing.I would tell everyone to believe in yourself! Take the first step, and do this for you! It is great to feel wonderful in your own skin!

I did the 6 weeks detox challenge, it was truly a life changing experience for me. Before the challenge I was about 10 pounds overweight I had no energy and I used to sleep a lot, naturally that led me to high anxiety and depression, which motivated me to take action and get back in shape.At first, I was very nervous about not having any sugar on my diet for 6 weeks (specially because I work in a donut shop), this was honestly the hardest part for me but at the same time the most rewarding one as well, as I proved to myself that I was capable to have self-control.By week 6, I lost 15 pounds and I now have so much energy that people around me are having a hard to keeping up with me. This was by far one of the most positive and empowering experiences of my life.I would recommend this challenge to anyone who like myself feel like its time to get back in shape, to go for it. I was so frustrated with my many attempts at losing weight before coming to FBBC. As I have tried everything else I thought, why not try this too? I signed up for the challenge but then I was terrified. So much that I actually cried before working out the first time. I had absolutely no confidence in my work out abilities. The staff was really nice and encouraged me to give it a go. I’m so glad that I gave it a chance! I lost 27.5 lbs in the 6 weeks and also fell in love with the work outs! The rush of energy after the workouts is amazing! I became more confident in my abilities along the way with the help of the trainers who are all so nice and super helpful. The workouts are all broken down into different levels so even someone with no exercise experience can do them! If you want to do something that will really work to lose weight and feel better about yourself, this is it!

Before going to fbbc I had no energy and felt sluggish all the time. Working out made me feel better and I had energy.I was motivated to try to the challenge because I wanted to see if I could even workout at this point. I had 2 hip replacements in the last 2 years and my balance was so off. After just a few workouts I noticed my balance was better.I was nervous because I wasn’t even sure I could workout or that I would look ridiculous (which I’m sure I did but no one made me feel uncomfortable). It’s a great bunch of people!My balance was my first hurdle and I feel much better and my balance is great! I didn’t lose a lot of weight and that was my own fault. My work schedule became too grueling and I couldn’t get to the gym the last couple weeks. I did lose 10 inches and 10 pounds and with that I was very pleased.If you are nervous about starting, don’t be! This is a wonderful group of people. The staff is so helpful and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door.

Pretty awesome experience. I did the 6 week boot camp, and it was tough, but I definitely saw results. Great ladies to work with. The instructors are always watching to make sure you do exercises properly and don’t injure yourself. But they also push you past your limits. It’s a great place

FBBC was an amazing experience for me. The 6 week fitness challenge was straight forward and well planned out.I was nervous about being able to meal plan but after the first week it was so easy with the guidelines they give you to follow.I lost 6% body fat, 15 lbs, and 16 inches! I am also so happy that I have learned how to meal prep. I am saving so much money by making my own meals.If you are wanting to learn great and lasting habits give this challenge a try. It has been completely worth it. I was nervous for no reason at all.

Before FBBC I was feeling like I needed accountability to continue on my weight loss journey. I was motivated to do the challenge once I saw the pictures and heard all the weight loss stories. Getting started I was so nervous about the portion control and the list of food we could eat. But I pushed past all the fear and doubt and followed the plan. I have accomplished consistency and I and so proud that I was able to lose 26 pounds and 17.5 inches in 6 weeks. I would tell anyone thats nervous about getting started on their fitness goals to push past the nervousness because the outcome will be more than you would have ever expected. I read about this gym on Facebook and decided to try it out. I am so glad I did! My first 6 weeks I lost 26lbs! Every instructor is so good at motivating you and the workouts are great! I was in really bad shape and went from a negative fitness level to feeling so healthy and energetic. I did not know if I would like exercising but with the classes they offer I LOVE IT! You do so much work and it goes by so quickly. The best part is that they have been helping me eat right and I think making better food choices has also contributed to how great I feel and the amazing results Im getting! Check this place out, its worth it, you are worth it!

I LOVE FIT BODY BOOT CAMP!!! This boot camp is so motivational. The trainers do such a fantastic job of teaching the different work outs and motivating you to do the best at you can every session. I love Tulsa Fit Boday Boot Camp; I completed their 6 week fitness challenge last month and lost 6% body fat! Before the challenge I felt pretty hopeless about fitness and my health in general because it seemed like I was always chasing some way to feel better and look better without ever seeing or feeling results. Before starting at Tulsa FBBC I was nervous about my fitness level and being unable to perform the exercises (which to be honest, there were plenty of moments where I struggled to get an exercise down), but all of the trainers are welcoming and helpful to anyone no matter what your fitness level is. They not only give you a variety of options for each exercise, but will take the time to help you correct your form and make sure you are on the right track. Now that I have completed the challenge I not only have lost weight, but I reached one of my biggest goals, which was learning how to eat properly and healthy to feel good.If you are even considering joining this gym, I say go for it! Its a welcoming community no matter where you are on your fitness journey, and they really do help set you up for success.

Awesome place and incredibly supportive fitness program! I did the 6 week challenge and lost 6.1% body fat and 12 total inches. Before the program I was too intimidated to go to a gym and didnt know how exercise or plan a healthy diet, but wanted to start exercising for stress relief and overall wellness. I was nervous about not knowing how to do the exercises and the prospect of sticking to a healthier way of living. However this program gives you the coaching and resources to succeed- the trainers are incredibly supportive during each workout and provide you with a meal plan that gets you the results youre looking for. I really enjoyed the community atmosphere, and the environment was always welcoming and fun!More importantly than reaching my goal on the scale, for the first time I actually enjoyed exercising and nourishing my body. FBBC Tulsa helped me cross over a plateau I was stuck on for years, losing almost 20 lbs. and 7.5% body fat in only a few short weeks! With my busy life, having so many classes offered helped me to always get a workout in. The meal plan they provided was super simple to follow, made for easy meal prep, and included great recipes. All of the trainers were always excited and upbeat during the workouts; so much so that it didn’t feel like work, only fun. And their support continued after the workout with accountability check-ins and answering any questions I may have had. All together they made losing weight and getting fit easy and fun!

I just completed the 6 week challenge and I lost 23lbs, 15.5 inches and 4.7% body fat. This was a wonderful experience and the staff are extraordinary and incredibly supportive. My personal goal was to get out of maternity clothes and have more energy for my 16 month old child. I completed my goal and made new friends in the process. The staff are unparalleled to any other group and will be with you every step of the way. They will show you every level of each workout and if you are anything like me, (no coordination) they will build you up. Just completed the 6 week challenge today! I had an amazing experience and results. I love the workouts and the environment! The workout is intense only 35 mins and you can feel everything! It goes by fast!!! And best of all you got the great results. I really enjoyed and had fun. The instructors are amazing...they push you through the workout. Workouts are challenging and guaranteed to produce results if you do your part. Each workout can be tailored to your fitness level, so its okay if it has been a while since you have stepped in the gym. I love the fact it is only 30 minutes. I dont have to figure out what machines Im going to workout on, the workouts are already prepared....all I have to do show up and stay in the game for 30 minutes!!

Very disappointed that I fell for the 6 week FREE challenge scam. I am a college student who could not afford their prices. When I saw a free opportunity I decided to go for it. I know in the future I could afford this place but in my current financial situation “FREE” was the only thing I could afford.My coach was great and very supportive, however, the business is not looking for long term clients since this is the way they try to get people to come in. I would have been willing to do a membership if I were not scammed out of $500. I suffer from Crohns and IBS, but after seeing another ladies results who also suffered from the same disorder I thought I could get the same results. This company should be ashamed how they try to promote their gym. For a 6 week challenge I paid enough for an 11 week membership. I’m giving them 2 starts for the support they gave during my challenge but the company deserves none because of the scams they are pulling.

I would work out at Planet Fitness and I was meal prepping but something wasnt quite working. My birthday cruise is this Sunday for a week long and Ill be in Key West and the Bahamas. I didnt want to take this trip feeling fatigued and self conscious so when I saw the 6 week challenge ad, I wondered well, why not?!2. I will say I was very frustrated in the first week with the meal plan and it seemed too complicated, too restricted and overall I didnt understand the plan in itself. What are you most proud of (scale and non scale victories!)I have accomplished a total of 20 inches lost and 24.5 pounds GONE! I have dropped 5-6 pant sizes and I feel AMAZING. I have energy that allows me to make it through the day. I am more food conscious of what I put in my body. I started the FBBC challenge because I really wanted to lose weight. I felt really insecure and unhealthy. I was very nervous that I wouldnt be able to complete the challenge or reach my goal. But I lost 29 pounds in 6 weeks going to FBBC! I am proud of my progress so far, and I can tell that I am stronger and healthier. Boot camp has been very motivational! I used a Groupon, and have now signed up for a year. Its great to get an intense work out completed in 35 minutes, so really you can be home and back in an hour. Everyone encourages each other and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Give it a try!!

I had to stop going half way through because getting uber to and from the closest location was taking a toll on my account.I do wish they had a location even closer to where I lived that way it wouldnt be an issue. Being surrounded by people that gave you support during your workout was great motivation.

I recently completed a six week challenge at Tulsa Fit Body Bootcamp And I highly recommend them. I was able to reach my 6 week goal (6% body fat loss) by adhering to a provided meal plan and doing a Bootcamp workout three times a week. I am SO happy with my results. I’ve received compliments and can tell a major difference in my appearance and energy. The workouts are 30 minutes which makes them very convenient. Each workout comes with modifications for beginners, as well as expert level. So if you’re just starting out, it is totally doable! The instructors are very kind and experts in their field. I LOVE boot camp! I first tried it with a groupon and I immediately joined once it was over, I have been a member for over a year. I love the 35min interval workouts with both aerobics and weight training, I have gained so much strength as well as confidence in myself. The trainers are amazing!!!!

Before starting this challenge I felt tired, loss of motivation. I wasnt happy with the way I looked, got tired of getting asked if I was pregnant! When starting this challeng I was nervous about, the amount of food. It seemed like alot and the water intake was a lot, I wasnt sure if I could do it, or how it would even work. Ive been working out for 6 months with no results before starting this challenge. Not only did I meet my goal! Im just amazed what my body could do! I learned so much, our family loves eating out and you have tought me how to make healthier choices. Everyone there is so amazing, and are there to help motivate you in every way. I lost 18+ and >5% body fat in 6 weeks! I didnt think it was possible, but I was desperate enough to try. Through a strict diet and their magic workouts, I did it! Better still, two coaches, Anna and Charity, and lots of trainers (especially Samantha!) cheered me forward, answered questions, critiqued my food choices, and steered me to success. I went from Pillsbury Dough-girl to confident in my skinny jeans and short sleeves. I learned that I CAN drink 120 oz. of water a day. I learned how much protein I need per meal. I learned that I can drink spinach in a shake for breakfast, eat it in a salad at lunch, and cook it for dinner. From desk-potato (you know what I mean?) to continuing my workouts by climbing the 17-flight (according to my FitBit) stairwell at work twice a day, I remember how great it feels to feel great. Before I began the boot camp, I couldnt fit into any of my clothes. I felt hopeless, sluggish, and tired all the time. I needed an overhall on my diet and lack of exercise. When I heard about the dietary restrictions, I was nervous about giving up refined sugar, as I had stopped before and kept getting headaches. After the 6 weeks, I lost 25 pounds and a total of 26 inches! I didnt get headaches because of the food you are eating, and because youre drinking a gallon of water a day (which wasnt as hard as I imaged it to be). If you are hesistant, it is only 6 weeks which isnt very long, but if you do the work you will lose the weight, you definitely need to be motivated to do the work for results. It was the first time I heard elimination, then moderation, which is a philopshy Im taking with me!

This place is an absolute scam. FREE 6 WEEKS MY ASS! you get there only for them to pump you up then tell you at week 5 you have to pay them $500 and if you dont meet your goal your out the $500. Like what?! I know several people who did this and were legit like RIGHT there but didnt get their money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. sounds like the BBB should be called!

The 6 week challenge is LEGIT. I just finished my challenge and couldnt be happier with my results!! I lost 11.5 lbs and 4.1% body fat. My clothes fit better than they have in years.Heres how it works: A clear meal plan + an accountability coach + workouts that make the most of your 35 minutes = RESULTS!!! I started boot camp on a Groupon. I became a member after that expired. I love the fact that classes are only 35 minutes and are a different workout everyday. I prefer their workout to working through a circuit used by lots of gyms. Im starting my third year as an FBBC member. Tulsa FBBC is a well oiled machine that is producing HUGE results FAST and I am so happy I completed their 6 Week Challenge to loose 25+ lbs! FBBC has a full proof program that definitely works if you are serious about changing your body before you know it. You will have to work hard and be dedicated throughout the entire process but the payoff cant be matched. My weight lost totaled 28.5 lbs 20.5 and 5.4% body fat in less than 6 weeks. I was able to do it with my workouts with the personal trainers, the grocery list and meal plan, the accountability coach and Facebook group where we posted meals and groceries for clarification and inspiration. You also have group chats that are so helpful and The coaches there for you constantly. the workouts are exiting and no joke and the staff at midtown are the best people ever! Just reached my 2 year mark! At 54, Im stronger and healthier than I was in my 40s! HIIT is the way to go- fast paced, calorie burning and, at only 35 minutes, very doable with a busy schedule. Tulsa Fit Body Bootcamp is my cornerstone fitness routine out of which everything else flows- running, tennis, biking, climbing.
