This location has a lot of issues after being a member for some time, and seeing / experiencing so much, like most gyms in past in this part of Tulsa, its just a matter of time before this location closes. Growing up here, I can easily name 5 other gyms that have come and gone in East Tulsa.

This is my first gym membership because of some self confidence issues of not being big enough or good enough but this place has been great. Definitely seeing growth faster than just using the weights I have at home and the staff are wonderful.

Very clean and quiet place to work out. I go in the morning and both staff and other members are always cleaning and distancing. The location gets a bad rap, but this is a pretty cool gym, especially if your a little shy about working out like me

I drive from Sand Springs to workout 6 days a week. Awesome staff. Great management. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The place looks clean but the equipment is not consistently cleaned and it always smells like feet in the stretching area. The one on 71st is better maintained. There is almost never workers walking around cleaning.

This location had plenty of equipment. There was staff cleaning throughout the gym. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Planet Fitness and plan on returning to this location.

A very clean facility. Ive noticed that a big majority of the members clean thier machines both before and after.Staff is friendly an extremely helpful.

I always feel like my car is going to get broken into when I go to this Planet Fitness. Lots of homeless people wandering around this location. And also asking members for money as they enter and exit. Other than that the gym is tiptop.

Was told I couldnt have an account here because I bank with Chime. I used to be a member with PF but had some billing issues. I received an email that if I rejoined my old fees would be waived. I was reminded today what a pain in the @$$ this entire company is. They are not accommodating to their patrons and there are other gyms with equal or better pricing and facilities in the area to use. The ONLY upside I can recall to PF is being able to find one when I go out of town. Update: went to a different location and signed up just fine. There is nothing wrong with Chime, it is JUST this location.

The hydro massage beds were disgusting. They smelt like several peoples old sour sweat. People do not clean after themselves and you spray the bed down to clean it which makes it worse. Made me sick almost threw up.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic started.A lot of ppl had to put our workout routines on hold. Among so many other things.Course had an issue of payment, did miss the bill. Now, had to pay it in cash.It was reasonable & negotiable.But still have to fellow the safe guidelines, can wear a face mask, wash our hands & the equipment before & after using them.🙏🏻Stay Safe everyone & Stay Healthy 🙏🏻

Every employee was very helpful and nice. I cant remember the young lady and young man that really helped me but they were awesome. They all made me feel welcome. Thanks Planet Fitness

This is my gym. Im on a budget so I get so many amenities for such a low price.

Staff is friendly, equipment is clean and is kept in good working order. Ive yet to run into a problem coming here and Ive been here every day for the last month. Im often on the treadmills working on my cardio before I do some weight training. Its a good place to go and work out and better yourself.

I had never been to Planet Fitness before joining May 2020. I started my weight loss program in March 2020 and lost 18lbs before joining. I met trainer, Sergio Perez, whos been awesome helping me with my fitness goals. However, Im moving today (5.29) and told Sergio that Id be going to the PF Club @ 51st& Memorial starting June 1. PF rocks!!

Its a very good gym for the money. I am a black card member and I really enjoy their hydro massage and massage chairs. Their machines are clean and well maintained. The gym doesnt stink of sweat. Bathrooms are always clean and the staff is super nice and helpful.

No judgement easy to use full body work out tanning beds hydrobeds showers lockers i love it all the 5 members of staff we have met have been amazing when you sign up they will tour you they have classes open 24/7 cant beat it!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They have cleaning solution readily available to clean the equipment before/after each use. The facility is clean and the equipment is in great condition. They have varieties of tanning beds and massage chairs/hydromassage beds. I would recommend this gym.

I walked in and I am not from the area and I had forgotten my key tag at my home gym. The attendance went above and beyond to help me. They walked me through the whole process. Thank you to Balliee, I can’t spell but I’m sure her name is pronounced Bailey. Amazing customer service and the best attendant I have dealt with in any planet fitness.

Not a bad gym. Clean and nice. What I like the most is the fact that its not constantly busy and packed with people to where you are waiting on machines or some sort of equipment. Being out of prison and the staff being friendly and understanding helped me a lot.

Horrible customer service. Renewed a membership that we canceled. Then charged us several times in one month. Called several times no answer, never received a call back. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Do better.

The membership and annual fees are a bit high. I think they can come up with some better prices than they have.

Well Its not a very clean placeI dont think they ever clean the showers. Maybe they just pick up the debris out of the shower. They only have two toilets which constantly compete for the water supply from the showers. It prob. Take twice as long to shower at the gym as it would normally because the water supply is so poor. Its a pretty nice place. I wish it were cleaner and better maintained.

I love working out here. The staff is always friendly, and I always seem to see someone constantly cleaning, so if you’re worried about sanitizing, this is the place for you!

I love that no matter how busy the gym gets, there is always an elliptical for me to use. I also dont feel awkward having to wait for a machine while in the 30-minute circuit training area (though it doesnt always flow as intended during peak hours). I havent left discouraged yet, which I have done at other gyms.

The location is a little scary at nightI go around midnight now but used to go after workThe employees are always so nice at this locationA co -worker had scared me about the parking lot late night today so i was talking to the gentleman that was working tonight and is actually always the late night staffHe told me about the cameras every where and offered to walk me and my daughter out if I wantedI didnt want to bother him when but he saw We were leaving and watched as We got to our carI appreciate that so much!I have visited 3 other locationsThis is the best by far !2 of the locations wereOk but BA .... its just differentMy first visit in there the Kid at the desk seemed put out that he had to help meI feel more at home at the admiral locationIt may be a little further for me to drive but well worth it

This Planet Fitness is so spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. Of course Planet Fitness has changed the fitness world by providing affordable gyms for all types of people.

I would not recommend this gym, the area the gym is located in is bad. And since reopening planet fitness is really lacking. I really like that for $24.00 I could go to any planet fitness but the low quality is just not worth it. The new gym that I have chose does cost $20.00 more a month but the difference in quality is phenomenal.

I love the price and convenience of this location. The people are always friendly and welcoming. I have had a few issues in the parking lot with people begging for money but I have never felt unsafe.

This planet fitness is nice. I go to a lot of these all over. This ones layout is smaller than some but the layout is not bad. This location gets busy around 4 to 8 like normal peak time gyms. This location was clean and had nice staff.

I love the PF chain, but this location is large, sparse, mostly empty, not friendly, and always has music blasting. The worst part is the crows in the parking lot. I continue to go back, but I cant say I love this location. I suggest if you have a choice find a different PF location but this one will do fine.

Many great machines to work out on with weights, resistance, building muscle strength, tone, mass, for all areas of the entire body. Treadmills, stationery bikes, showers, lockers, toilets, & very clean and friendly atmosphere! Price is so very affordable!

Ive been a member of this gym for several years. Their Admiral location is close to work, so it makes lunch workouts easy. This location is always clean, and the staff are always very kind and professional.

Good place to get a good solid workout.I powerlift but I go there for accessory exercises, to work the muscles associated with my lifts, and the amount of cardio equipment is amazing.

Theyre really nice and clean place to work out I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to change their life for the better..

Best experience thus far. I would recommend this gym to all. Kind staff maybe one or two not so much. But wont hold against them as they might have had a bad day.

I like this location because its conveniently located. The layout is great. I love that its open 24 hours so I can go in as early or as late as I need to. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Coming back after the Pandemic, the gym was organized and clean. The staff were courteous and helped explain how everything was to work around the gym.

Jesus Ruiz, the manager, was very helpful and understanding of my situation! All the employees at this location is very polite and helpful when you need it! This location is very clean every time I come! Love that it is open 24/7 since I work 40-50 hours and have a daughter to take care of! So the late night is my best option!

Love this gym all the staff is super sweet and kind! Never had any bad experiences with the other people who work out there! Clean gym and restrooms. No squat rack (all planet fitness don’t have them) but would be nice to have one. Not as sketchy as it seems people are actually pretty nice. this is my favorite planet fitness location will always stay coming here
