Most of staff and members are very friendly!!! I have found that if I dont know how to use a machine another member will teach me how to use it without a problem. Most often they offer before I ask. I have made many friends this way. The spin class with Jen is a ton of fun!!! I have found it so easy to make friends in classes to!! I love this place and have been a member since a couple months after they opened.I will say there are a couple cons. The biggest one is currently there is no childcare available. I have many friends that cant take classes with me or come to the gym anymore because of it. Hopefully itll be back soon. The only other is some classes are really popular so make sure you get there early to ensure you get a spot in class.The prices for what you get for a gym is a major pro for me!! Ive looked around and this place has everything to satisfy the gym needs of mine and my husbands without breaking the bank like many other local gyms!

Very busy gym no matter what time i showed up. No cameras in the parking lot. Young gentleman at desk (i believe name is Blaze) is helpful. Feel pool could be bigger for such a busy gym. Alot of people.

Nice, clean gym. After being at Sky, this place is a breath of fresh air. I use it exclusively for the pool, but they have tons of cardio equipment, weights, 2 racket ball courts, basketball court and several additional fitness rooms.

The gym is nice but cancelling the membership is a total headache. They say if you cancel within 6 months of joining there is a fee, but I was a member for 3 years and now when I want to cancel I find out that it takes a month to process the cancellation and you have to pay the next months fee. Of course when I want to cancel the next months fee is the annual fee -- while it makes no sense to pay this whole annual fee as I am STOPPING MY MEMBERSHIP they said there is nothing they can do about that. After calling their help line multiple times, they reduced the cost from ~$73 to $53.10 which is still more than the monthly fee but I was willing to cut my losses. They said on Oct. 1st they would only charge the $53.10 to my account but instead, not only have they charged the MONTHLY fee of $23 but NOW they will also be charging my the $53.10 on Nov. 1st, WHEN I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP in the end of September. Ultimately, the gym is a nice gym but they have a SHADY contract and cancellation and will RIP you off no matter how diligent you are. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS GYM, go to planet fitness instead, less shadiness.

Great place with great equipment. only thing is at night it gets really crowded but still doable! wish the pool was a little bigger and deeper to the point where one can practice underwater flips and other activities such as drown proofing. other than that it’d be a 5/5

I really love this gym. The pool is maintained really well, the equipment is in good condition, and the staff seem great. I got a free training session for signing up, and the trainer actually was extremely helpful and chill. He didnt try to sell me on anything and listened to what I was looking for. His name was Harley, definitely would recommend.

Im coming to Vasa for muscle therapy-meaning: sauna, whirlpool, hydro massage chairs and the pool. Whirlpool tub has been broken since I started coming. Employees dont make eye contact and dont speak unless spoken to. I stood awkwardly at front desk in silence on several occasions waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I needed help using the massage chairs for the first time. After being ignored at the counter I was very unceremoniously passed to a non verbal stranger/employee(?) who showed me the basics of the chairs PS thanks anyway, but I dont need a free training session so please stop blowing up my phone and email. Thank you

Received facility tour (equipment orientation) by staff. A large variety of workout equipment and very reasonable monthly membership fees. Staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, I did not see enough staff on hand cleaning equipment. No security cameras in bathrooms or front parking lot. Old declining strip mall location.Did not feel safe/secure here!

Read the terms and conditions. In Tulsa for the summer, they were one of the closest gyms to where I was living, so I went in to sign up. I told them my situation and the lady mentioned thered be a $25 cancellation fee for canceling after 2 months, I said that was fine. She forgot to mention the $50 dollar yearly rate guarantee fee after 2 months, and the month they charge you after you cancel. I paid nearly $200 for two months. Ridiculous.

I just arrived in Tulsa and wanted to get a workout in before bed. Most guns were closed at 9:00. Not VASA. It was open until midnight on a Friday. Opens up at 5:00 am.The gym has it all. Fantastic cardio and weights, two racquetball courts, a basketball court, functional training sections with plenty of room, a 3 lap pool. Sauna, and steam room. I even saw a room for child care.What a killer gym. If I lived here I would join in a second. For now, I come here every time I’m in Tulsa. $15 daily rate (full 24 hours of use) is well worth the price.

I know not everyone is going to listen, but for those of you that do: DO NOT GO TO VASA FITNESS!!! They stole over $1600 from me, and more than likely they stole from a lot of other people. I canceled my membership 2 different times, and even had my bank put a hold on their payments because they wouldn’t stop charging me. Well they still managed to charge my account every month. I’m a disabled veteran and I chose this gym to use their pool to strengthen my back because of an injury. I didn’t know 4 years later I’d be drained of $1600! Beware of this place. They will rob you blind. Recently when I spoke to their customer service, I was told they have no record of my cancellations. I’m sure! This place is pathetic. I’m sure somewhere there’s a lawyer waiting to sue this place, and hopefully it’s soon.

Vasa is really good. Affordable, great instruments, friendly staff.Just giving 4 star because the gym is too much professionalIts really good for guys who wants intense work out or more features. But people like me who wants a homely atmoaphere like YMCA, this is not the place. Overall VASA is the best gym with all modern amenitiesyou can find in tulsa

Very clean and well thought out gym. Has EVERYTHING, including a pool and massage chairs. Really like the spin class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Love the staff & love the gym!!! Only thing I would change is the pool, wishing it was salt water. The chlorine turns my swimsuit yellow & burns my eyes. Other than that it is the best gym Ive been to hands down.

Good gym, good equipment, and most of the patrons are pretty chill. For the price of membership its hard to beat this place, but because of that it gets crowded a lot. Ive been going here to workout since they opened and the quality has stayed the same.

Has all the equipment you’d want in a gym. But it’s over crowded with kids playing on there phones holding up the machines and doesn’t feel very clean. Still not a bad gym if you can go in the mid day

Machines are really gross and I don’t think it’s appropriate that I have to pay the rate guarantee fee when I’m cancelling my membership. Only had the membership for less than three months and the overcrowded after 6pm times is the only time I can go and the cleanliness is subpar. Not impressed, other vasa locations are better wish this one was the same standards.

Today I had to walk to 4 different sanitation stations to find anything to wipe my equipment down with. Literally every time I’m here I have to walk to at least three. Their trash is always overflowing. Ans ive never seen so many people wearing flip flops on the machines.

Very reasonable prices. Nice facility with good perks like racketball courts, a pool, a hot tub and even massage chairs. You can also add guest privileges so for only $16 extra a month I bring two friends with me. I come here all the time.However I found out if you want to drop guest privileges, they never let you. You have to jump through hoops to cancel anything.

I don’t think overall it’s a bad gym. It can get extremely crowded which is great for VASA, but bad for the average gym goer because he has to spend a ton of time at the gym primarily waiting for a machine to open up to use.

I love this gym. Its very busy but has all the equipment I have been looking for.

The only thing I have to say negative is it is humid in there. The past 2 times weve been it feels like maybe the AC is off. Which I feel could get dangerous or be off putting.

Great gym, but SOOOOO crowded. If you can only make it during peak hours, and you arent interested in all the group classes they offer, youll spend as much time waiting on weights/machines as you will actually working out.I wish there was another Vasa location in Tulsa.

I love this gym but BE CAREFUL with signing up for Personal Training contracts. Loved the actual training but dealing with billing has been the BIGGEST PAIN! Very poor communication about the contract and ended up paying for so many sessions during COVID-19 closures that I didnt actually use because my trainer quit, and I wasnt able to redeem these because I didnt know there was a 60 day expiration. On top of that, no one told me I had to call to cancel the contract after 6 months (even though its just a six month contract) so Im in my second month of paying past this and after calling and cancelling, IM STILL GETTING CHARGED! This has been a miserable experience trying to get a hold of corporate. The people who work here are so so kind and patient but they arent able to help with these issues.

I wish vasa facilitys were open longer at least until 1am in the morning that would be really convient for a lot of people

VASA Is a rental property agency that rips people off lots of their buildings have been condemned and the year-long lease I signed with them they had 4 office managers I didn’t have running water for months avoid anything VASA! And they rip people off moving out of the properties regularly ask anyone that is rented or encountered those people

So far going to vasa has been mood changing, today was the second day and im headed to the gym everyday so far so i can just take over my life again! Personal trainers, classes, stairmills and everything inbetween is really making the difference!

Rude front desk women carded me for coming as my husband guest when we pay for a 15 dollar guest pass each month for me to come. Told me I had to have an ID in order to come in to prove I am over 18. There are children walking in and out of there but I need an ID for the member ship I pay for? So rude, absolutely will not be giving those people another dime.

I LOVE the group classes so much. I have always struggled to work out on my own as I tend to stay in my comfort zone and don’t budge from it— which in turn, does not give me the results nor the motivation that I need. I have been going to the group classes in the morning and it has been nothing short of AMAZING, Tracey Walker is the BEST instructor out there!!!! She pushes you, and motivates you and makes sure you know you are seen and that you are doing good, and she is the reason I keep coming back. She is also WONDERFUL with communicating and makes sure you understand everything which is extremely helpful. The team I workout with in these group classes are also AMAZING, they cheer you on and make you feel great. It feels amazing to be working out again and actually LOVING it rather then dreading it. VASA is now my very favorite gym, and I can’t wait to try out more of the classes, all of the instructors are great!

Came in on a day pass. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the front desk, especially Guy (yes that is his name), and the willingness to answer all my questions. I was able to meet one of the managers named Savanna who gave me faith that VASA was the gym for me. Highly recommend this gym. It’s clean. Members are nice. Equipment is up to date. Plus they have awesome promotions going on. Will be signing up.

Gym is awesome, pretty clean, 2 large stretching areas, basketball court, just wish there was more space for the dead lift area. Other than that it’s all good!

Tara, who teaches zumba, barre, and swim fantastic, Hannah teaches pump up and yoga. Hip hop all great. Loved the differest yoga classes.

Gym is nice, but staff told me they have my headphones put away safely after I left them at the front desk, next day they magically disappeared. Manager didn’t care at all told me nothing they can do.

Staff is very rude to guests and looked us up and down, seemed very stuck up. I get judge-mental vibes from everyone. But it is a really nice facility. They just need to hire better people.

I loved going to Vasa. I really did. But I froze my account with them around the end of February 2020 because I stopped going. Unbeknownst to me they kept racking up charges on my account even though it was supposed to be frozen. And when I entered chat support the lady was rather rude and offered no help. So basically they kept charging my frozen account and now sent it to collections. Such a shame. Guess I’ll have to find a different gym.

Nice facility and great price my only issue with it is crowding can be a problem during peak times (which can last up until 10pm).My biggest issue with VASA after being a member for over a year is the fact that they close at 10. This needs to be fixed most gyms nowadays are 24hrs especially during the week. And I cant even get in on Sundays. Edit: Im taking another star off just because its Sunday and I work until 4:30 on Sundays. Your hours are stupid.

Gym is decent, just gross, the cardio room hasn’t been vacuumed all weak there is dust bunny’s and dirt all over the floor. The bathrooms are always a mess or the water doesn’t work or the soap is out trash is always overflowing. Dust and dirt all around all the machines.

There are too many hidden fees and they always find a way to charge you even if you don’t use the gym. I froze my account and used the center less than 1 year, but they charged me $55 as an annual fee. At the cancellation time, I was charged an extra amount of $54 as well. Customer service is horrible, and I am disappointed in Vasa especially during this pandemic. The bathroom and pool area in the Tulsa center are so dirty and management and employees do not care about comments. I would not recommend this gym.

I’m moving, due to work, and cannot keep my membership. I’m being charged $100 to cancel my personal trainer (which is almost done anyway) and $25 to cancel my monthly plan.Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I cannot choose where my job sends me and they want to keep charging me? I’ve tried to cancel my base membership but there is an error every time I try.I would suggest going to another gym that doesn’t try to fee you in any way they are able.

Aquesha and the whole crew are amazing. A big shout out to all that they do during this tough time. I see them cleaning equipment all the time to keep us safe and I’m sure they get a lot of flack for making sure people wear masks inside so big thank you to them and much appreciated for all there work!

They can acknowledge they made a mistake but do nothing to make it right. I had automatic payments turned off, they continued to try to take payments costing me bank fees but since those are bank fees they will do nothing about it. Refuse to even adjust it out of my account. I have spoke to the phone customer service, the local location and even emailed all to get absolutely no customer service just that they are sorry it happened but nothing they can do. Horrible service. Will never recommend due to their nightmare billing process.

Absolutely love this gym! They make it so easy to come in and work out! Super clean, not to knock on other gyms, but this gym is way more clean than 10gym or planet fitness! When you walk in you are ALWAYS greeted by someone!The childcare is absolutely phenomenal! Victoria marsh and her crew are all amazing with all the kids! They are always doing activities to keep the kids happy and busy while you are working out worry free!This gym is by far the best!

This is the only place I have worn a mask through all this bs only to check in. The one time I misplace my mask and dont have it they turn me away even though there are countless people no more than 10 feet from us not wearing masks. I revoked my membership and they didnt even flinch which tells you how much your business means to them. They have also limited much of the gym without adjusting the membership prices

The best part about VASA is the great envirement and the amazing staff! Specifically Clark Driz my personal trainer. Always cheering me on and taking the time to show me proper workout form.

Me and my husband joined last month in September 2020 and started going to the gym. We both have health conditions and when we went to the gym it was very crowded, they were out of cleaning supplies and people were not wearing masks. My husband has Chrons disease and is immune compromised. I have health issues too. We both wanted to cancel our membership because of COVID. We had signed up online because when we went to the gym one of the employees almost hurried us into signing up for a membership in 24 hours as there was a deal. We were not told that we would have to pay a 50$ Annual fees even when we just used the gym for 3 days in the first month and want to quit due to health reasons. Also we were not told about the 25$ cancellation fees. Every person I called from VASA were very unhelpful and didn’t try to understand our health issues. It almost feels like we are being robbed. This is not expected from people during these times of the pandemic.I would not recommend this gym because of them being so Non empathetic towards people during these times.

Awesome place to go for a workout. They have a theater room so you can exercise while being entertained. The place is really clean and has good equipment. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they dont have very many weight choices non that were small enough for me.

DO NOT SIGN UP!! The gym is always overpacked. Extremely horrible plans with hidden fees everywhere. Would not recommend Vasa to anyone! They will price gouge you every single chance they get!

Okay, so it is new. The fitness coach session was great Britain (I hope I am spelling her name right) was excellent. She walked me through the exercises that I could do. She listened to me and my injuries and flaws, and tailored my session to fit my problems. The staff is always professional, but not rude. They are actually fun to talk with. Another member went over my results, Jordan, who was also very knowledgeable. He was great at explaining everything. I just wish they werent so overwhelmed. There are a lot of staff, but new people keep walking in a lot through the day. If you join and you get the complimentary session, DO IT! I cannot stress this enough. It tells you things, that you would be surprised to discover about yourself. Great place to be.

I personally love this gym. I love either super old school, grungy gyms or I like pretty up-to-date nice gyms with amenities. This one is definitely the upscale one. It does get crowded, but people are generally very friendly and stay to themselves (at least for me). Girls can wear sport bras only (YAY!) and everything stays clean and nice. Definitely recommend! Plus, it’s super cheap too. Almost crazy how cheap it can be for such a nice gym!

Ended my membership due to an employee sending me away for not having a mask on meanwhile the entire gym is without a mask. That is ridiculous Vasa and beyond incompetent either enforce mask wearing or let the people paying you every month decide to wear one or not. Dont pretend to care about covid safety while simultaneously not caring about covid safety lol what a joke. Great place to work out at, many varieties of activities to choose from...

It was a great experience. When I requested a tour for my guest, we were forgotten about. We were told to enjoy our stay and someone will find us. We stayed 2 hours. We were not sure what we were allowed to do. Overall its a great experience.

Best gym ever

The Indianapolis location is huge. Plenty of room in between machines so you dont end up working out on top of other people. There has always been plenty of people working out, but it has never felt crowded
