My kind of gym. Usually pretty empty and a lot of free weights.

This place is great! I stayed at the Hyatt. They have a gym for pretty much cardio only. I found the forge and was happy! I was able to dead lift, bench press and squat. They don’t have a lot of machines but the basic power lifter can get a nice work out. The ownership was really kind and hospitable. They made me feel comfortable. This is a good place with good people!

Its a great gym. The people seem really nice. We toured around and got to talk to one of the owners.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very clean, never too crowded. No contract bs and low price.
