The service tech was awesome. The guy really knows carpet! We had all carpets cleaned, disinfectant, and tiles cleaned on a house we were moving into. Overall carpets and tile were done great. However, there was a fresh pet urine stain from the previous owner that I had pointed out and thus also paid for the disinfectant. That one stain still smells like urine....I wish the tech would have gone over it a few times. Also, there was a big patch in the living room that is still damp 4 days later...Weve been putting fans on it but I feel as if the water didnt get vacuumed up well there. The tile cleaning was spectacular add on. Id still recommend even with this issues noted above.

BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE!! Josh was our carpet cleaner. He was very kind and respectful. He gave me tips on how to move a couple of pieces of furniture to get the best clean. I also asked him to spend a little more time in a high traffic area which he did. The carpet looks fantastic! He was fast and efficient! Nathan and Toni were able to answer some questions we had before our appointment with Justin, who was beyond professional. He took time to explain his process, and asked if we had any questions. Nathan was on time and courteous, explained everything. I feel the job could have been more thorough. Very fast, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. Stains were sprayed and quickly and rubbed in by foot. It WAS inexpensive, which is great . . . we got what we paid for.

Justin was nice and informative. However, the cleaning was subpar in my opinion. There were minor stains that should have came out from experience with other companies. Went here for the value and scheduling availability. Had to go back over it with my personal carpet cleaning machine and seems to have done a better job. 3 Stars because the employee was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. However, not sure I will use them again.Update: The company did set up another carpet cleaning and corrected the issues from the first. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned the carpet to satisfaction.

Josh did a great job, they were able to come same day that I called. The whole service was very professional. They called to confirm appointment and go over all options, services and even discounts available. Josh called ahead before arriving, showed up in uniform and was very polite.
