Chris at Lucky 13 was absolutely wonderful. Our job wasn’t an easy one, a couple of years, a couple of kids and a potty training puppy. Upon move out, I had scheduled another company to clean the carpet several weeks in advance. And when I showed up the morning our lease ended, the other company had not cleaned the carpets. Chris completed our carpet cleaning within just a few hours of my first phone call to him on a Saturday morning. The job was VERY well done. He went out of his way for us and it was so appreciated. My carpets had deep stains from foot traffic and a toddler who likes to turn everything upside down (4 rooms total). Chris and I spoke on the phone he had given me a great price so I had him come out. When he got to the house he saw what I meant by deep stains and how big the rooms were. He told me that since he already told me a price he would take care of it as best as possible for the price. My carpets are like new now, the stains are gone and its soft and fluffy again.I know other carpet cleaning companies would of gave me an up charge for the stains and the size of the rooms but Chris was true to his word. I am old school when it comes to service, I like to talk to a person from the company when I call and when they come out I like people who are personable, I got all of that with Chris. I will be passing him along to family members and friends.

You use substandard outdated old equipment. I mean if you want your carpet cleaned by really old equipment that wont get the job done, this is the guy to call.
