Our hot water tank burst at 2 am and flooded our entire house. We called All American and were surprised when they said they could be out in less than an hour. Steve and his crew showed up about 45 minutes later and went to work. Steve was very knowledgeable in regards to what needed to be done. He also worked with our insurance company and made sure they payed enough to put everything back just like it was. Paint,drywall,flooring,cabinets,trim, everything was absolutely awesome. I recommend them to everyone for water damage restoration.

Dan was awesome! Great work. My carpet looks clean again after being covered in pet stains and a 24 ounce melted candle being spilled across the floor. They came to clean with a days notice. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to stretch the carpet; the idea of a patch didnt sound good at all (nobody wants to patch though!). Our carpet was in dire need of being pulled. We are only able to do certain rooms at a time, because of having to move a great deal of furniture. The gentleman from All American did a great job for what he had to work with. Will definitely call him back out when ready to finish the rest of rooms.

I put in my own floating floor and removed some carpet, but did it unevenly and my dog caused some damage to the pad and carpet as well. Steve and Dan came out and fixed everything--my transition looks amazing and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them and know I will use them in the future!

Sunday afternoon is not the most convenient time to have a flooded carpet. I found All American to have good reviews and a good rating on the Tulsa Better Business Bureau and I called them. I received a return call and got on their same day emergency schedule. They came when they said they would. They explained what needed to be done left the fans after the first phase was completed and then returned to finish the carpet pad replacement. This was probably the best customer experience I have had from anyone who comes to my/your home. I recommend them based on keeping their promises.

Best service in T-Town, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. My family and myself refuses to use anyone else. Friendly, fast, family oriented, and extremely detail oriented to make sure the job gets done right.

These guys are great. We have used them for a few years now and always know our carpeting will look like new even with our teenagers and pets. After they leave it makes me almost for a minute like carpeting. Daniel is great and we will be calling them again.

We were in the flood in May. We initially had Burgraff mitigate our house after the water receded. One day Steve dropped by just to check on us and knowing that my parents were elderly, he wanted to make sure that everything was going ok. I told him I wasn’t real happy with what Burgraff had done so far and he came into the house to check and discovered that our house wasn’t even dry yet after Burgraff had their dryers on it for four days! I decided at that point to hire Steve to finish the job and I am so glad I did. He and his crew went over and above to put our house back together from start to finish. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we are thrilled with the professionalism and quality of work that All American does. They are even coming back this summer to paint the outside. I highly recommend All American Restoration for any work you may have. You will be extremely happy with the finished product!
