I rented a vehicle from them and it was a great ride. Had it for a week in Oklahoma. Got it at the Tulsa Airport and returned it a week later. People at Hertz were awesome.
I dont give it any stars. Schedule any conformed 2 days in a row. Then when I got there. They didnt have the vehicle and was very rude.
MAY 9Booked a 3rd row vehicle 1 week in advance. Called the day before and confirmed the vehicle. Upon pick up....the vehicle was not available. The manager on duty was completely unprofessional and very rude. He has does not have the qualities or proper training to work in a customer service environment. I do not recommend Hertz, Tulsa - Airport location. This completely ruined our vacation. I would like to mention Capps car rental. They went the extra mile to accommodate us last minute. Thats true customer service. Hertz- DO BETTER!
Amazing service last week. Normal hours end at 9:30 with staff leaving by 9:45 regularly. But last week the closing manager made a wonderful exception for my 10:05 flight and was still there for me. Additionally my reserved Honda elantra or similar turned out to be a Ford ecosport. Both my favorite car brand and a small SUV. They made my trip easy and enjoyable!!!Thank you team for making my experience something wonderful.
Not good! Rude! And if your on the no credit plan like I am dont expect to rent a car. I refuse to have a credit card and prefer only debit. Hertz still owes me 1300 dollars from a claim. Never even gave me a call back. I knew better dont do the same.
I booked a rental online. I called in advance to be sure everything was correct. I go to pick up my rental to be told they wont accept my credit card. They did not have any trouble charging me for my rental online.$372 taken and no car!
Love Hertz customer service, I did get a very used vehicle this last time though.

Car was clean and in good shape. While it was not the car I had reserved, it got the job done. Dusty was a great help when I returned the car early in the morning. Overall a good experience.

I arrived at the kiosk and wad greeted immediately by the woman in the window. She asked for the standard questions of my ID and credit card and she broke down what needed to be paid and put on hold and what my final price would be at the end once the hold was released.She gave me my car keys. She pointed out where the car was parked and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.The car was super clean had the actual sticker of approval. It had a wonderful new car smell the amenities of the Bluetooth radio the iPod and the aux cord.It was wonderful. The car drove nice. The only thing I would say is that it was a loud car. This means like the engine seemed to make a loud roaring noise but the way the car was built I think that is how it was supposed to be. I had a royal electric blue Nissan Sentra and it was awesome

Very fast services and the guy I dropped off the car with actually took the time to say hi, how was my trip. He asked me how r he car was anyproblems. Most Auto rentals make you feel like a fast food restaurant. Its nice to get the service not just the business. I wish I had caught his name. Thanks Hertz.
I went checked 8 different hertz locations on the website. 7 were out of the type of car I needed. The it stated it had it. I drove 30 min to get to this location only to be told they were out also, despite the confirmation email I received. I called Enterprise and found a car 5 min from where I started and for $100 less than hertz. Wont try them again.
Tajie at Hertz Airport inside terminal was great at helping when I had a problem with losing my card during traveling. When one of the other competitors that had a company contract would not help, he looked at the situation and helped me. Could not of done business trip without his help.

The helpful Airport staff assisted me with finding my car, taking my luggage and me by golf cart to the pickup area. Car was exceptionally clean, easy to drive with some great features, and excellent gas mileage, perfect for a week visiting family across the state (Toyota Corolla).Ease of returning vehicle as simple as parking, smiling at the personable attendant and requesting receipt by email. Only knock on service was golf cart not present when I returned the vehicle on Saturday afternoon. This needs to be solved, apparently it is a scheduling issue to save money by the airport when the safety and security of travelers should be their upmost concern.
My driver was a delight and a blessing. He is truly God angel. You cant help but love him. Great Job!!!!
A mess from the very beginning. Dealt with Don at the Tulsa International Airport counter at rental and return. At rental, he said there would be an additional charge to add a spouse as a driver. We clearly read online that was included. After much fumbling, he determined that it was indeed no additional charge. We had the Chrysler 300, it drove/rode beautifully. However, it didnt appear to have been detailed and had definitely been smoked in. The return was a complete nightmare! We drove in expecting to just drop off and get a receipt. Instead we had to go inside (another very long trek), only to find out the reason they couldnt check the car in was because we were given the wrong car to begin with. The car on our contract had been returned earlier that week. At one point Don even asked us if we had returned our car earlier in the week. Really??? We waited for over 30 minutes for Don to work out with Mark how to fix his mistake. Extremely disappointed with first ever rental with Hertz, dont plan to rent here again and wont recommend to anyone.

Customer Service here was great.We had a very late flight and I called their desk to check on any possible issues. Spoke with a guy named Mark, and he assured me they would wait until our flight arrived, even if it was late.When we got to the desk about midnight, there was Mark with a smile on his face.He was very friendly and helpful.Great car and great price.
After being screwed over by Enterprise, we went to the Tulsa airport location and had the easiest rental experience ever, with Hertz. My only complaint is that the man helping us was too preoccupied with talking to someone walking by, charged us for the most expensive insurance, even though he was told we wanted the basic. Unfortunately we were too exhausted to even notice until days later. Everything with the actual company went great though and we will be using them again..just paying better attention to the sales person.

I was at the Tulsa International Airport to pick up my daughter and decided to stop at the counter on the evening of 07/24/17. First of all the counter clerk never greeted me, 2nd, he acted as if I was bothering him by asking him questions about the luxury cars I noticed in Hertzs fleet. Well I can understand why..he didnt know anything, couldnt answer a question correctly and was brushing me off because of his inability to know what I needed. I own a business and I can tell you know, Hertz is off our list!!! My advice, send that young man to a customer service etiquette class or send him out to clean the cars!!

I rented a 2016 Toyota RAV4 in Tulsa, OK and drove to Birmingham, AL. Great vehicle . . . Drove well . . . Loved the RED color. Customer service on both ends of the trip was quick and very courteous. Great advantage being able to fill in choices regarding insurance coverage, etc. on line ahead of time.

Car was clean and well maintained. The people working at Hertz were very helpful and nice. I will definitely be using them again when I need to rent a car again.
Basically I got a free rental from someone. The agent was nice but didnt speak very much English the car drove well and was a great way to get around for the day.
I am a Gold Member and its always a pleasure doing business with Hertz Tulsa. Usually they have only one attendant at the counter but they do call out for any Gold members in the queue and process them on priority. The return is also a swift process. Will use Hertz exclusively.
Excellent. Great customer service. Agents were very helpful and willing to provide information on current local attractions/events. VW Jetta was very clean and I had no issues with the vehicle. I got left without a car, also 7 and 1/2 months pregnant. So I made a reservation two weeks before my trip. I flew from Seattle to Oklahoma because my mom was having heart complications so they were doing some procedures done so I wanted to be there for that. So I’m currently 20 years old and have insurance through usaa (my husband is military) and since I have Issa I was told by hurtz that I would be able to get a car. I made my reservation and I talked clearly to the person to make sure I was going to be able to get a car (also I don’t have a credit card, just my debit) BUT THE LADY SAID IT WOULD BE FINE AS LONG AS I HAVE TWO FORMS OF ID. Then I called the night before I flew in to double check and make sure everything was gonna work out okay and the guy I talked to said I will be able to do this but told me I had to have the two IDs, proof of return flight and a $200 deposit (which the First Lady didn’t tell me that part) and that if I had all of those, I’d have no problem picking up my reservation. So I get to Tulsa Oklahoma airport and go to pick up my car and after they took all my info and everything they tell me I can’t because my credit score isn’t good enough? I’m beyond livid because I should’ve known this before I got all the way there. I could’ve tried to figure something else out.. it’s ridiculous how difficult this is. Worst day of my life.
We landed at 5:30pm on the 7th of June and we were on our way by 6:00pm very efficient. The car was clean and the tank was full. We returned the car on Wednesday June 15 and the attendant was there to give us a receipt so we are very appreciative of the employees of Hertz.
Pre-ordered a car they tried to charge over what I was quoted on top of the 200 security deposit and my card declined.. after that happened I was told they couldnt use that card for 24 hrs and that my reservation would need to be called in to be canceled
Generally, the staff are super nice and are willing to help out. Ive reserved a car via online and retrieved my car in a short amount of time. Would go back and rent again.
I had a reservation. Got to the counter, handed my DL, to Bre. She was nice, efficient and quick! I was driving a way in less than 10 minutes. Thats what I call Excellent Customer Service.
No one at the counter inside the airport building, you have to walk to the parking and wait for one person who is taking care of new rentals and returned cars.Pathetic and extremely frugal branch that dont want to hire at least one person at the deserted counter, customers should wait after traveling instead.

Pick up of the car was relatively simple. Returning the car Hertz need to improve this process at the Tulsa Airport. Most of the time there is no lot attendant if dropping off later or early.
Car was decent, although the car wouldnt recognize the key (push button) to start a few times. The return line was congested.
Manager left a line of 6 people at 10 pm with a new counter guy who didnt know much. Took me 30 minutes to get a car and I was #2 in line. Great customer service!

Hertz almost always comes thru. I could get the same size car for a few dollars cheaper but I went with Hertz because their cars dont have as many miles as the smaller companies do.

Their Gold service terrible. Worse there are no signs indicating that Gold is closed. So after a long day one walks out to the car and needs to go back to the terminal. When asked I was told I should check website. The service here used to be better. NOT GOOD
Very disappointed with experience. Person behind counter worked very slowly in serving people. Paperwork going out said car had FULL TANK OF GAS! Car ACTUALLY HAD A NOTCH LOWER THAN HALF A TANK! Upon returning car to Airport at 5:30 am, key box in parking area wouldnt accept keys!! Walked inside Airport to Hertz counter, where no one was working, and there was no key drop there either! So I just threw the keys and paperwork over the counter on the FLOOR AND LEFT! Although I called the company about the GAS MISTAKE, PLUS FILLED THE TANK FULL!! Ivenot heard anything from them since that flight.

I recently rented a Car with Hertz which is my first and last time. The customer service is horrible and the rental associate does not explain policy with the customer. I was charged a $200 deposit with a Credit Card. Ive never happen with any other car rentals.
I didnt like this place. They are slow and not look like to happy to help. And there are not various cars you can pick. Just one or two models and they are generally basic models.
