WOW!! I have never seen this level of customer service. The entire team made me feel like part of their family. As I set in the waiting room watching a wonderful TV, I was updated 3-4 times by the owner. He explained every step of the process and went way above to assist me. We about a year ago purchased this seat after doing some research online down in Tyler TX. The unfortunate part is when I looked for a dealer location her in Oklahoma nothing came up on my phone. So we drove 5.5 hours to get it installed. Had I found them before now it would have been far easier for making the purchase and install.I was having trouble with the seat not going in and out and made an appointment last week for today. Well having doctors appointments we had to use the seat before our appointment today. Well low and behold it locked up open and I couldn’t shut the door. I called and explained my situation and the owner walked me through the process to manually close the seat so I could get there.I am 100% satisfied, above and beyond my expectations.They are some of the most gracious, kind, and caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for service on their handicap equipment or to buy or rent a handicap van. They operate with the Highest integrity in all they do.

Saxon and his team are wonderful people. Very knowledgeable, and if this is your first time purchasing a handicapped vehicle, he will guide you from beginning to end. By the end of the process, he became more of a friend/resource/teammate rather than a van salesman. I recently had a Turny seat installed for my 7 yr old daughter in our 2016 Toyota Sienna. Saxton was very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the best fit for my family. He dropped me off and picked me up from Enterprise which was great since I traveled from out of town for the installation. I felt confident in how to use the turny seat before leaving the office. We brought our old van to them years ago, and CARL and ADRIANE were so knowledgeable, dependable and patient with us. I told Carl- when it comes time for a new van, WERE COMING HERE!! We did! Everyone is great.

Very good equipment for handicap. BUT none of the companys that rent this type of vehicle allow for many miles $100.00 a day plus tax =$113.00 and 125 miles per day or 25 cents a mile. So if you need one to go out of town better open up the wallet. Cant go far...

I got my hand controls from here. Really nice people then. But I went in a couple months ago to ask a few questions about lifts and ramps and to see if they would be able to give me the things I wanted and needed in a SUV modification and I felt like I was being talked to like I was stupid. Unfortunately, I live in Tulsa and I believe this is only or the closest place I could get a modification done; however I am leaning toward just sending it to OKC or Fayetteville.
