We had a pipe leak during the ice storm and it was a big fiasco. Daniel, Jessie and William and Josh were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I spoke at length with Daniel and Josh multiple times about the situation, options and costs. They were both actively involved with my insurance adjuster trying to help me figure things out. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Also, the work they performed was well done in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the care they gave me through this entire ordeal. I really enjoyed working with and getting to know them. They helped make a difficult situation much more bearable.

Unfortunately, our family experienced the loss with having a fire at our home five years ago this week. My wife and I were talking about that experience and I felt that I should share briefly our experience with ODR. Our family had been through some rough times over the 20+ years of marriage, however, none of our previous challenges compared to the stress of loosing everything in the matter of minutes. The night of our house fire our three kids ages 7, 10 and 13 were already asleep and everything happened so quickly that they were rushed out without any clothes or even shoes. Somehow we were able to buy clothes and get our kids to school the next day. The next three days are still a blur and my wife and I remember that we had not even spoken to each other except to see what we had done each day regarding our kids and living arrangements. In short, it was any awful experience. What I can say is every individual that we worked with at ODR were amazing. On October 25, 2017 ODR Carpet Cleaning cleaned my office carpet. Our small animal veterinary hospital has tile throughout the reception area, exam rooms and treatment area. The tile is about four years old and even though we clean and mop daily the tile needed a professional clean. After Oklahoma Disaster came out to examine the tile, take measurements, listen to some of our concerns and give us a quote, we decided to move forward with having them clean the tile. They were willing to come in after hours so it wouldnt interfere with our business. They sent a crew of two employees to get the job done. The crew was friendly and professional! They did an outstanding job of getting not only the tile clean, but also the grout. They were very careful not to remove grout as they cleaned nor damage the tile. Our tile is not smooth and they carefully and tediously worked to clean the indentions where the dirt was built up. Highly recommend.

While I was out of the country pursuing an adoption and my husband was home, a $5 part on our toilet burst and flooded the house at 3am! The ceiling caved in downstairs and there was water everywhere! What a nightmare! Fortunately, my husband called ODR and they dispatched right away to help control the mess! While they were drying and cleaning out the mess they inspected our ceiling and noticed a split joist! They repaired the joist, put a ceiling back in better-than-new, and replaced our flooring downstairs! I came home to an even BETTER looking house than when I left! I was so blessed by Oklahoma disaster restoration after having water damage in my house their mitigation team had to come out and remove furniture and rip out ceilings to dry out. I had expected my house to be a mess that night after they worked. But all my furniture from the damaged room was neatly arranged in my living room to where I could of actually left it like that for good. I was so impressed by their neatness and order!!! They were also there for me to text at anytime while the drying machines were running in my house. All workers were super friendly and even funny!! The owner rocked, she was totally involved in the whole process making sure I was taken care of!! I am well pleased with Oklahoma disaster restoration!!

Our home was hit by the tornado in may 2015 and o.d.r. came to our help. The night of the storm, in the middle of the night in the still pouring rain, the owner himself came to our home and tarped the very large hole in the roof. Over the next few days they came and packed out all our belongings, cataloged them, and stored it all for us until our repairs where completed. Every person we worked with where kind, considerate, and caring. Especially Billi, Jay, and Donnie. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had damage to the framing on our garage door. We contacted ODR and L.E. Shawver came out to access the damage. We were afraid it might be foundation damage but he assured us it was only the house settleing and gave us advice on the repair. He was very professional and curtious and saved us a lot of money as the repair is something we can do on our own. We will not hestitate to call this company again if we ever need repairs.

Woke up in middle of night to find water all over my kitchen due to a faulty ice maker. Not only were my hardwood floors ruined but the garage below had extensive sheetrock/insulation damage. Charged excessive prices, and exceeded agreed upon repair costs. Substandard work, on several areas of repair. Used cheap paint, and took months to repair a job that should have taken only a few weeks.
