I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience was with this dealership! Not only did I walk out of here with a car I’m proud to drive but the customer service I received was also phenomenal. Mushtaq was the salesman who helped me and my husband and made our experience of getting a new car stress-free. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with him...he sat us down and asked us a few questions in order to show us some cars we might be interested on based on our answers to his questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. He had a positive attitude and made great conversation throughout the whole process. Its hard to put in to words the level of service we experienced at Jackie Cooper Mercedes-Benz. Greg Gleeson and Chuck Griffith went far above and beyond, they provided a level of service Ive never experienced in my entire life. I wasnt buying a $120.000,00 car but instead i was buying a $20.000 car, what sets this dealership apart from all others is how they treated us like we were the most important customer that had ever walked through their doors. The day after I bought my car I found some issues with the paint that I had not noticed before and they still received us with open arms and had my bumper repainted just to make sure we were happy.... Its worth to mention that while we waited they gave us a band new 2019 C300 to drive until the car was ready.Greg and Chuck, we are very grateful for your amazing service and for putting up with my pickiness.This is what used car buying should be like.

Visited 4 weeks ago and learned that theyre certainly better than 4 years ago. Back then, I paid in excess of $100 for a key that they would order and program for my car upon its arrival to the dealership. ONE YEAR LATER, they still hadnt called. By that time, Id upgraded my vehicle, so the key was no longer needed. At the dealership, theyd no idea who dropped the ball in never communicating with me. They agreed to issue a refund to me. My recent experience with Connie was very pleasant.

I think most people have a somewhat natural apprehension about the car buying experience, and in particular how working with sales people at a dealership can make you feel. The truth is, a customers experience with their salesperson, positive or negative, says a lot about how people perceive their experience with that particular dealership, whether deserved or not. If you have a bad experience you leave feeling like the rest of the dealership must be just as questionable, you leave with a bad impression and are not likely to return or refer anyone you know. Conversely, if you have a good experience, you will not only feel refreshed about their sales culture, but it will spill over into your attitude about their service department, business office and the rest of the dealership as well. After working with Kendall Taylor at Jackie Cooper, I can tell you unequivocally this guy gets it! He understands customer service, he understands people and he understands what it takes to make a customer for life. Kendall was very conversational, very laid back and just down to earth. He was never pushy or rude, but he also did his job and was not afraid to ask me if I wanted to take it for a test drive or keep it for a few hours to see if it was the right car for me. He was patient with me as it took me over a week to make up my mind, and yet the whole time he was looking out for my car and trying to protect it as much as he could, while still being fair to his employer.The truth is, we all have to purchase a car at some point and any dealer can sell you a car. However, Kendall understands that people dont do business with dealers, they do business with people, people they trust. From the beginning, I could tell Kendall was more interested in establishing a relationship and making me feel at ease. Sure, Kendall sells cars, thats what salespeople do, however every dealership needs more people like Kendall Taylor, he was great! Good service, but you might have to stay on your service manager to make sure the technician did a thorough job. My car had to be taken back twice to completely fix everything that shouldve been handled the first time. However, the service manager, Denny Martin, and my latest service advisor, Chris Matthews, were great and made sure everything was completed properly without me paying for extra diagnostics. Definitely contact Chris the next time you need your Benz serviced.
Cameron in the service dept is awesome. I took in my Mercedes and I was very pleased. I was in and out and needed my tail light bulb fixed and my keys had low batteries. I recently went to Jackie Cooper Imports with an interest in the 2011 Smart ForTwo convertible. There it was, sitting in the showroom of the Smart Center. I was greeted by the friendly staff, and was quickly matched with sales professional Mark Hughes to discuss the car and take it for a test drive. Firstly, he showed me how everything worked and answered all of my many questions I had about the cars features, reliability, safety and upgrades. I then test drove the vehicle and had a great time doing so. Reaching the purchase price I wanted was stress free and exciting. No haggling, zero money down, up front discussion of the financing. I also met Tracey who made me feel even more at ease. Overall, a very pleasant experience, will gladly go back for my maintenance. Also, being a Smart Car owner has been very fun!

Not happy. I took it in for oil change. Waited while service was performed. Drove home, parked car. Next day, I drove from 61 n Yale to 21 n Columbia. Smoke was billowing under hood. Then went to 31 n Sheridan. Again, smoke. Drove back to J.Cooper. John, svc dept, met me, found leak.Very inconvenient.

When we went back for maintenance, they went above and beyond to treat us like valued customers, and our sale was not that big. Never ever do business at this dealership..service dept is the worst Ive ever had to deal with ..last visit mechanic signed off all work complete.. When I got in my car service reminder not cleared, tire pressure symbol still on, dirty napkin on the passenger side floorboard .. But they did call and tell my I needed new brakes (WRONG).. And this was not the first time I had problems with service dept.. And get this the lady did a follow up call on my service and told me I would be getting a survey from Merceds and I told her that I couldnt wait to fill it out.. Yep never got one..uhmmm..

My husband wanted me to have a new Mercedes so we went to Jackie Cooper Imports. Mike Myrick made our decision an easy and pleasant one. We picked out our new E350 and were on our way. Theres a lot to know about these fine cars and everyone we met was more than helpful. It was a far better experience than anywhere we have purchased a luxury car before.
John was our service manager and his communication, helpfulness and customer service is exceptional. He went over and above to assist us with having 3rd party warranty cover the repair, and although they would not budge, I really appreciate him taking the extra time to help. Excellent job and thank you for all your help.

I took my car there to get my air conditioner fixed this past summer, mainly the compressor (which had a leak). While they were able to take it in and get started on working on it that day, and while it worked fine for a while after getting out of the shop, problems had arisen no less than a month later.The air conditioning fan works sporadically (it used to work fine before I took it in - it just wouldnt blow cold air because the compressor was shot). The compressor is fine (brand new), but the problem is the fan itself not spinning or turning 70% of the time - to turn on the fan, I have to let my car get up to near highways speeds before maybe an air current will catch the blades and start the AC unit.. When its over 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside and very humid, a faulty A/C unit can be a death sentence - I got heat exhaustion in a traffic jam because of this shoddy work. The vents in the center no longer blow out any air, only the sides and the ones for the windshield.The car also has a terrible leak on that side of the car (which is where the air conditioner is situated) - whenever it rains, that side of the car gets flooded. At first I thought it was an issue related to the seal on the roof (maybe it trickled down through the doors), and so I used silicone sealant to fill the gap. No luck. Then I looked a bit lower, and tried to figure out what was directly above the leak, which is the air conditioner. After taking off a panel and examining the insulation, I noticed there was water dropping onto the insulation, and extended further up to where the A/C unit is. This has lead to my car constantly being wet on passenger side, which makes the interior fog up and constantly smell like mildew or mold.I will never get my car fixed here again. Especially not after the hefty price they charged for such a shoddy repair.
Ok, I live in Edmond OK and still bring my car to Tulsa to get serviced because Ive been going here for years and Im a loyal customer and have never had any problems.... until today. . Today my Dad tried to bring my car in for servicing and had an issue because his insurance card was expired. He got there at 5:15 and dealt with other issues so by the time they called Allstate it was 5:44 the service guy spoke with a representative at Allstate directly who said she would fax over his updated insurance card. At 5:58 he calls me and tells me he was told to bring my car back in the morning because its closing time. Basically they dont want to wait for her to fax over the policy even though she said shed fax it right over. I drive almost 2 hrs to get my car serviced there and for them to not even wait 5 mins extra is appauling and inconsiderate. I called and spoke with the service Manager who said hed wait if my Dad would bring it back but it was too late. He was already on the turnpike.

I have never dealt with a person who is sooo good with customers, she is one of the reasons why we bought another Mercedes ML350 because she is always so delightful and she gets repairs done in a furry for us when we are in a bind. WOW! I experienced incredible service with Mike Kayser when I used Jackie Cooper last week. I was traveling to Tulsa with young children and had a piece of the undercarriage of my GL550 fall off. I was traveling with young children and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive back to the DFW area a few days following. Mike was so kind, helpful and courteous. He went FAR out of his way to ensure my car was safe and did so in a very timely manner. An utmost professional! BUYER BEWARE - I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with Jackie Cooper Mercedes-Benz. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 5 years and upon renewing my lease on my third vehicle, I dealt with the Sales Manager Ryan Knotts. He was the most unprofessional Sales Manager Ive ever encountered. He explained to me that my deal was, a stupid deal then lied to me and tried to deny ever saying it. This company has lost all customer service and needs to be reminded how to take care of repeat buyers. I ended up taking my business to Mercedes Benz Dallas and have been treated very well. I recommend using someone other than Jackie Cooper Mercedes. I can not and will not recommend or do business with them ever again!

I am reviewing the Mercedes Service Department. Let me first say that the work that has been done on my GL450 has been excellent, I havent had any problems with the mechanical work completed. Im sure the mechanics are the best. The service advisers are however less than willing to help accommodate customers. It pains me every time I have to call in for service and ask for a loaner. I know that they will promise me on the phone that they will get me a loaner big enough for my family of 6, but then when I get there, they act like its a complete surprise to them that I need a third row seat, and they tell me that they cant help me. I thought the service was supposed to be the absolute best. I mean its Mercedes right? If there were another Mercedes dealer in town, I would never return to Jackie Cooper.

I bought my vehicle about 5 months ago brand new, yesterday I had an issue when a warning light check came on, I called the dealer services departments and asked to get it checked out and see if safe to drive it, i have been told to make an appointment and all the appointments been booked for the remaining week and have to wait until next week, and of course been told no loaner vehicle available, basically i am on my own, even though the dealer is responsible if the vehicle still under warranty, its just about 5 months when I bought the vehicle . stay away stay away from this place .

The sale representative that I was assigned to talked down to me almost immediately. He refused to work with my warranty company American Auto Shield. The repair issue could wither be replaced or repaired.....it said that as clear as day on the work order. American Auto Shield wanted to repair obviously but the Jackie Cooper Sales rep said that they had to replace it...the sales rep was calling my workplace daily to tell me to convince my warranty company to replace the item. The sales rep was very unprofessional and after they had my car for a week and nothing was done, I finally went and got my car and brought it to Muskogee and had a place here in Muskogee fix it, no questions asked. I made 2 complaints to the complaint department of Jackie Cooper and did not even get an acknowledgement of my complaint much less an apology or explanation.

I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria.Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had.However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on.The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect.Ive purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didnt get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be.I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way its supposed to be done. Jackie Cooper Imports manager, Jonathan Tisdale, deserves this review.I purchased a vehicle in late September with a repair needed. Jackie Cooper Imports informed me it was the suspension button inside the vehicle and that they would make plans to replace that particular part. When my dealer got in there, they found out that the car had a more expensive issue, however. Instead of fighting or refusing to pay for the needed repair - which Im sure he could have - Mr. Tisdale did the right thing. He took care of the repair and I will forever remember his integrity and would gladly buy a car from him in the future.I should also note that Mike Cooper was my salesperson. He was very pleasant to work with and will give you a buying experience that youre looking for.
Just purchased an Infiniti G37X and was very impressed throughout the entire process. Tracey is an awesome salesman, I recommend having him help you. Overall, the process was a breeze; the Manager and Finance Manager were also very helpful and there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. They helped me get out of the negative equity on my trade-in (TL SH-AWD) and were very nice throughout the process. They let me borrow the car for a day before I purchased it and accomodated me every step of the way. I recommend this dealership very much, and I look forward to conducting continued business with them in the future.

I went to the jackie cooper dealership to look for a car i seen online and when i get there im looking around for the car and 5 minutes go by nobody out there 10 minutes go by nobody out there 15 minutes out there noone still comes then 20 minutes so i got in the car and was about to leave when i saw the car i seen online on the other side of the dealer and i started looking at it and there was 3 sales associates talking and looking at me not showing any interest to make a sale... so i kept on looking at the car hoping someone would come and help me and here comes Jim Gallagher..he was the nicest man ever he was knowledgeable and very pleasant he is the only reason i will be returning on Monday to purchase the car i wanted..
Great service department and staff
Came in for an oil change. We had an appointment. we pull in into the car port for them to help us. We waited 20 minutes and still no one came to help us. We just decide to leave. Very disappointed on mercedes Benz service center.
