After getting a very expensive quote from the dealership for a needed repair on my car a friend recommended Migelis and Im thrilled they did. Migelis did an excellent job at a much more reasonable price. They kept me informed and had the car ready when promised. I would definitely recommend them.
The staff at Migeli’s were very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to them about bringing my 2013 Audi Allroad in for an A/C repair estimate since it had stopped working at the beginning of July, and they were very eager to have me come in as soon as possible, which I appreciated very much. However, when I dropped my car off, they said they would take a look at it and then call me later in the day with an estimate- we agreed on this plan, and I waited for them to call me with an estimate. Instead, I received a call from them later in the day letting me know that my car was fixed… I never received a call with an estimate, and was never given the option to approve the repair. Needless to say, I feel like they took advantage of me, and I don’t think I will be going back because of this. Having worked as a mechanic before (albeit in a different capacity) rule number one was always to call with an accurate estimate to give the customer a chance to approve or deny the work to be done. I am left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth, and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Recently located to the Tulsa area and was in need of a shop to service our Audi A6 Sport and our BMW X5-M. Migelis has provided us a big sigh of relief thru their knowledge of Audi / BMW products and professionalism of service.
I have been to Migelis many times to have work on my 2000 Audi A6. They do great work and always at a fair price.
Have been going to them since last year for both of our BMWs. One 5 series and one 3 series. Not only do they give competitive prices but they also caught issues that the dealership missed!! Helps they are only a mile a way from my house too, so I can walk back home easily if needed.
This is probably the best experience Ive had at a repair shop. I bought my wife a BMW, and have never worked on one. These guys did a wonderful job with water pump and window regulator replacement. It was out in a day, and the prices are great.Tell all your friends about this place, because Im going to!!
Have two VWs serviced there now and very pleased with quality and knowledgable service. They are very informative and i appreciate their expertise
My VW Beetle convertible is my baby. Migellis is the only place that I will let work on her for anything mechanical. They are extremely knowledgeable about VWs and thoroughly explain what needs to be done and what does not. My car is always ready when promised. Making appointments is easy. Prices are reasonable and lower than dealership. Highly recommended.
Took my car right when I arrived and had the oil change done in 30 minutes. I know that its done right if I come here. Very friendly.
I have owned BMWs for 30 or so years. Being a perfectionist when it comes to my cars, I am extremely picky in seeking honesty, trust, and knowledge of BMW car that meet my high standards. I was fortunate enough in meeting Jake McGhay way prior to his purchase of Migelis. I have always been very pleased with him and the Migelis Foreign Car Service team. I will add that I used to manage a Toyota Dealership in Michigan so that makes me an expert in the car business, and I will never take my cars anywhere else. Dont trust them! lol
This is th best place with the best service to take a Volkswagen and audi
Every time I speak with Brett about a car issue, he always has the best attitude with me and is very helpful and walks me through how to fix my car.
I would certainly recommend Migeli’s. The mechanic was very knowledgeable on my Audi and foreign cars. I took my Audi in for a boost leak and intercooler replacement that the mechanic identified and explained. I rate Migeli’s 5 stars on my trust in the mechanic. However, because I wasn’t warned about a $120 diagnostic fee when I dropped the vehicle off I would say 4 stars for service communication. The fee is certainly understandable. If I had been informed of any potential fees my experience would have been 10/10.
Great shop with friendly and helpful staff
It was my first time visiting Migelis and I had a great experience. The oil change took much less time than I expected and the price was fair (Signature Amsoil 25,000 miles that only needs to be changed once a year!). Thank you!
I have a 2014 passat. this place friendly and knowledgeable. They have a tech that has worked only on volkswagon for over 20 years. Best place in town
Very nice staff, pricing is a a little on the high side.
We took my 2012 Touareg in to have the battery replaced. Its not a simple procedure as the battery is under the drivers seat. First, around noon, we realized we would not be able to make our appointment at 3:30. I called, expecting to have to reschedule. Not the case! They said to come in as soon as we could and they would be happy to work on it! We arrived around 4:00 and we walked into a mechanic shop like no other! The waiting area is absolutely full of huge tropical plants. It has a comfortable seating and pleasant reading material. Now, the important part. They got right on my vehicle. Mind you, this is an hour to an hour and a half job. They knew it could very well run over their quitting time but they jumped right in! They did an awesome job, they even repaired a loose taillight. To top it off, they charged me less than they quoted! Its so nice to find qualified, quality mechanics in a shop that is honest and customer oriented! We will be back! We love this place!
Anything for new style VW they can take care of it
Great the person I talk to was really good about answering and I will be useing them for sure
Good service. Brett is a very good guy. Price is very reasonable and does overlaps on most of the services and give you the package deal. I felt this is the best service centere for german car needs and so recommended.
Very fair pricing, super fast work. I have no reservations recommending Mike and his crew. I took my Audi A8L to them and they had it back to me much sooner than I anticipated.Update: my folks took their VW to Mike and his team and the speed of service and fair pricing continues. I highly recommend Migelis.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Big, independent shop.Recommend.
Have used them a couple of times to work on a little Audi. They are very stand up people...extremely trustworthy.... We will continue to go back using them.I highly recommend Megelis.
I like the owner and his technicians are great as well. Very informative. Fast repairs.
Audi A4 Quattro Turbo 1.8 with 96K. Quickly in for an oil change, checking maintenance items due and out with comment to check brakes next visit. Mike and the boys take great care and are honest. Cant get any better than that!
Unfortunately, we had a less than positive experience.I went in because coolant was leaking from my car. They told me that some fan was bad, which was causing a buildup of pressure and the cap to the coolant tank wasnt tight enough so that was causing the leak. They also mentioned a tube got leaked on and was a little old and might cause problems in the future but not now, so I denied to get that fixed at this time. I paid $511 for them to fix the fan. I took the car home and the next morning I noticed an even LARGER puddle of coolant under the car. I took it back and they guy said well, all I can find is that tube... Long story short, he made up the fan story (or it wasnt really an issue but made a lot more money than replacing a cheap tube). We has some arguments and in the whole thing they never apologized and never took any responsibility or made ANY effort to have even acceptable customer service.I wont go back. Especially, since Ive had great mechanics in the past two places I lived and I know what I can expect. This place falls well short of any decent level of professionalism but it is one of the only places in Tulsa that specialized in VWs? Maybe that is why the bad service, they know theyll have clients either way. Dont be a sucker go somewhere else.
The owner was very nice and friendly. My VW is air-cooled and although they dont work on air-cooled Volkswagens he still took the time to come outside and give me some much-needed information to help get me started in the right direction on my new project as I am a complete beginner. A very nice and helpful man who I highly recommend.
Extremely reliable and trustworthy. This was the first time I’ve taken a car in to be fixed and felt 100% that they would find and fix the actual problem at hand and also do it at a good price. Will never take my VW anywhere else again.
Felt like they were honest and reasonably priced.
Best repair VW, Audi, BMW and Mercedes repair shop in Tulsa. Quality work at reasonable prices.
I brought my VW Jetta TDI in because it was having problems and I talked with the owner Mike and he explained everything I needed and fixed it perfectly, very fast, fair and friendly service would recommend this place to anyone it needs an honest repair facility.
Incredible service and efficient work on a VW Beetle. Mike and his crew go above and beyond! Would highly recommend.
Love these guys. They always take good care of me and my VWs and the occasional Nissan, or Jeep that I bring in for regular maintenance. I appreciate the service.
No one knows Audis better than Migelis. Knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. Awesome shop.
After spending $2500 on repairs, taking my car home, having everything break within a week, having no money to do any more repairs, and having staff fight with me about brake noises, I gave up on my VW bug. I loved her so much...RIP Rosie. 💔 Please dont take your vehicle here.
I needed a brake fluid flush and fill, an oil change, a tire rotation, and a diagnose/fix my broken windshield washer. I was quoted over $300 from the local VW dealer and Migelis did it for a little over $200. The owner was working the register and was friendly and helpful. Ill be taking my VW here for as long as I own it.
I am very impressed by Migelis. I took my Volkswagen TDI to them as opposed to taking it to the dealership and I am so happy that I did. They are a small operation, but they are very reactive and work quickly. They are very honest, knowledgeable, and it easy to see that they love Volkswagens and Audis. As well, it is the little things that seals the deal with me: The shop is kept spotless and well organized, I was able to inspect all of the parts that came off of my car, and customer service was sincere---they are passionate about what they do and there isnt a condescending tone that I have experienced before at other shops.Migelis has my future business without a doubt. I should also mention that they replaced my timing belt and water pump 15% cheaper than the dealership had quoted and that was with them also replacing my serpentine belt.
Scheduled timing belt replacement, good work, good price.
You name it, they fixed it. From emergency window repairs taken care of within 2 hours of the damage, to accommodating me and my I need to wait while you fix my car timing issues. Always quick, they explain everything thoroughly, and their prices are as competitive as anywhere. If you want your VW repaired right without the drama, I recommend Migelis.
If you have a VW, take it to Miguelis!Ive had a couple minor issues with my bug and called the VW dealership-- just to see if they had an idea of what may be wrong. They either dont know much about their cars or they just REALLY want you to bring it to their over-priced shop (probably the later). At Miguelis, though, they seem to really care about their customers! They told me as much as they could over the phone and took a look/listen before I took it in for repairs. They help you find the best prices --and are always honest and fair with cost.As long as I have a VW, I will always take my car here.😊
Awesome honest service. Thank you Migeli’s team!
I do not have a vw or Audi but he gave me a good recommendation for who to go to. I went to surfside for my 3kgt
When I bought my VW Jetta TDI, I decided to stay with the shop that had been working on the car for years. My first experience was lovely. I went in for an oil change, and the people were nice and friendly.Ive had the car for five months and recently started having problems with the transmission. My roommates family owns a local body shop, and he offered to have one of the guys take a look at it because it sounded like it just needed a little transmission fluid. They ended up being too busy that day, so he took it to a shop that they work very closely with. When the mechanic got under the hood, he found two problems: 1.) It had the wrong transmission fluid. 2.) The transmission filter was the wrong size. To correct this, they flushed the transmission, put in the correct fluid and put on the correct filter. When they were done, the car ran much better. It still slipped in second gear, but it was 90% better than it was.The mechanic explained that once the fluid cycled through, we might need to flush it and replace the fluid again, which would have cost me another $200. Worst case scenario, I was looking at having to change the valve body - a part that Migelis had replaced in April of 2010, and I was later assured by two of their mechanics that a valve body wouldnt be worn out this quickly - or replace my transmission. After spending $200 on a transmission flush and filter, I made a trip to Migels to express my concern about the situation. I was assured that there was no way they would have used the wrong transmission fluid and filter. They asked if I had had anyone else look at the car, and I responded not until I began having problems with the transmission and only out of necessity. They asked if the transmission flush and filter change had fixed the problem, and I said that it was 90% better. They were very quick to jump on that and told me that if it had been the transmission fluid and filter that it would have fixed the problem entirely. They basically told me that this very reputable mechanic didnt know what he was talking about because, aside from the dealership, Migelis is the only shop is Tulsa that specializes in VW. They went on to say that theyve been around since 1985, and claimed that they dont make those kinds of mistakes.I dont care who you are or long youve been in business. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, and everyone makes mistakes. VWs are not the only cars they work on. Someone could have mixed up the transmission fluid and filter. As for them being the only shop that specializes in VW in Tulsa, that is an out and out lie. Rennsport Werkstatt, Mikes Autohaus, and Der German all work on VW.I suggested that maybe the people who sold me the car had taken it somewhere else to have the transmission serviced before the sale, and I was assured that previous owner never would have taken it to another shop. The way I see it, there are two options. Either the shop messed up, or the person I bought the car from did. I wouldnt have been upset had they been more customer friendly. I had valid concerns, and they made me feel as though the problem with the transmission was somehow my fault. After all that, they tried to get me to bring the car in for a diagnostic. Not likely. The car had already been diagnosed and the fluid and filter were incorrect.Oddly enough, having the transmission flushed and replacing the fluid and filter with the correct ones fixed the problem. After a week, the Jetta had no more problems with gear slippage. Im happy to say that, thanks to Josh at K J & E Automotive, my transmission is back to normal and is running more smoothly than it has in the five months that I have owned the car. After this experience, I wouldnt recommend Migelis to anyone.
