As a tenant of Tucson Property Executives I have to say that I am incredibly happy with and grateful for the way they have taken care, and contine to take care of me as their tenant. Any issue or concern I have had or brought to their attention has been taken care of and done so with a sense of urgency, and in a timely fashion. Special BIG BIG thanks to James, who has been the one who has made my experience living under TPE management so great! I dont have a single complaint to give! Always appreciative of a management company and their team taking such good care of their people!! Thanks guys!

Was friendly and efficient

This is a great company to rent from. When I was a tenant they were friendly, courteous, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests or a missed phone call. If youre looking to rent, I would highly recommended Tucson Property Executives.

Lived at our location for a year and a half. The front office staff is friendly hand helpful. They are usually quick to get maintenance in touch with you when an issue comes up.However, they cut corners on a lot of repairs and service. Our fence was rotten and falling apart. Never got it replaced. A microburst can through and took out an entire section of it. They propped up the fence and tried to say it was our dogs fault. Mind you, the microburst took out a full tree and that part of the yard was sectioned off because the fence was not secure and we didnt want the dogs getting out.When we moved out, we didnt sand and repaint the walls after filling in the nail holes. The nail spackling was already white and matched the walls, but that wasnt good enough.They also charged us for missing screens after we turned in the keys and did a walkthrough. Claimed to have found them in the trash, but trash cans were empty when we left.Best part, owners of the house went with a different company to sell the house after we moved out rather than continuing to use them.Just be aware that the agents that run the contracts will knickel and dime you.

Horrible property management. Ive heard nothing but complaints from the small amount of tenants they have. They have no respect for the tenants, their time, nor personal belongings. If theres an issue they dont ask what time is good for you, they TELL you what time theyre going to be there to fix the issue and if you cant be there thats your problem. The lease also states if you have any issue with Tucson property executives llc and would like to sue, YOU [The tenant] must pay their [Tucson property executives] legal fees and represention. The tenant has NO grace period when paying rent. Rent must be paid ONLY on or before the 1st of each month. Most TPE homes are flipped homes which still need A LOT of maintenance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PROPERTY MANAGERS.

Did a stellar job buying then years later selling our home. Home sold in a few hours for top dollar. Then when the buyers were causing issues they fought for us and had our back.Without question I recommend the team whole heartedly.
