The Kandoo Real Estate Team, Bill Nordbrock and Dale Slaughter, were amazing to work with in selling two vacant lots. Bill went to check out the land twice, and since it is in a remote area, I was very impressed at the lengths he went to in order to know the land I was selling. Dale was great at working on the sale once a buyer was in place. It was a complicated sale due to a Revocable Trust issue, and Dale helped me work through it so that the title company could clear the way for the sale. Although the sale did not create a large financial reward for this team, they worked as hard on this as if it were a million dollar deal. I will certainly use Bill and Dale again if the need arises.
