I have worked with Ricardo 4 times in the course of 8 years. He has helped me buy 2 homes and sell 2 homes. Each time it was an utterly flawless experience. He isnt a one trick realtor that just does bare minimums looking for his fee. He will consult, ask you about what you want and can afford, what you want to sell/buy for and give advice. Ricardo always took care of those things. I never felt sidelined because I wasnt buying massively expensive homes. I was a customer and no matter the size of the sale I came equally with all his other customers.I swear, if he ever got sick of selling and buying he could be an interior decorator too. When selling he took the best photos that got the most interest and I followed his advice to a T on colors/painting and furniture layout and I got traffic on my sales.Ive bought and sold tons of big ticket items in my life from pools, cars, kitchen remodels, landscaping, etc. I have never worked with anyone that made me feel more at ease and was more professional. He also has a ton of contacts in the home improvement business and they follow the same code as him. Treat people right and it comes back to you. His referrals were always great.
