I just rented from Chris and he is the most helpful n nicest realator Ive met. Answered all my questions n concerns. And I cant wait to move in this week. And I love the fact that I can pay my rent online. No running to bank or mailing rent. Love it!!

My grandmother just rented her house from purple sage and Chris was her landlord. Thank you for taking care of my nana Brenda cuz my nana has always taken care of all her children n grandchildren the best she could. It time she got something nice for her n this house was perfect for her. It makes life easier for her.

The realtor - Marianna Q Verdugo said I can meet you sometime between 2 and 3 (to see a house), I said 2, she said she may be running just a little late. I get there at 2, and wait until 220. I dont get a call from her until 230 that she is there now. Am I going to go back and do business with her? Heck no.
