We had owned our house for 20 years as an investment property. Our primary home was on the east coast but have spent a lot of time in Tucson. Don Vallee had sold a few properties in our remote neighborhood in West Tucson so when we decided to explore selling our place we had him over to the house for an initial meeting and a look. Something we liked right away, he was a very good listener. He heard what we had to say and then gave us some great suggestions on inexpensive upgrades that he thought would make the house more appealing and threw out a few impressive strategies on how he thought best to market our custom house. Even though we were not sure at the time when we were going to decide to put it on the market. We told him it could be as much as a year. That did not seem to phase his enthusiasm.
