I was not home when Bruce showed up because the inspection was outside only since theres been no termite activity inside the home. But, he still talked with my daughter in law and told her what he was doing AND when he was done he informed her his findings and said he was leaving which was really nice of him.All in all, Bruce has always been profesional and courteous.
Victor is always on time and sprays the outside of the house because I’m never home. The one time I was he asked if I wanted the inside done too. I loved that! Great service!
Been a customer since 1975. Pay $350 a year for service. I have termite damage and have been calling for 4 days, repeatedly, with messages left and no answers or hang-ups. I give them a zero minus rating.

Always they call me when due inspection, have no problem with bug and I have been using them in various homes around the country for 20 years. They have taken care of a variety of sticky problems in other homes and always come back without charge if I discover a problem and they stick with it for me. they are always on time and are quick and professional.
The install was very smooth, and Chris and Tom are both very professional and knowledgeable.
Craig came out to do a pretreat just to ensure we don’t have bugs/scorpions before we move into our house. Craig was great!
We have a 5 year contract for Centricon termite service. They always call to schedule an appt and arrive on time. They are thorough in their inspections.
I paid for a mosquitoes service and never got it Last year.

I bought their Groupon for termite treatment. They sent someone who sprayed for cockroaches, but wasnt allowed to do termites.Never got termite treatment, as they simply never called me back again.

First of all, I called when I first moved for a roach problem and mentioned that I had also seen some spiders and other bugs. They came out and said they didn’t know about the roaches, my main problem, but the technician still sprayed and said he went to his car for the right spray for roaches. Don’t know if he did or not because I continued to see bugs for weeks after they came out. Called Active Environmental and haven’t had a problem since. Also, they sent a single email and voicemail 2 days prior to coming for the second quarterly spray, which I didn’t respond to because I have two phones/numbers, and had not checked the one. They didn’t confirm time of service with me and I was out of town when they came so they only sprayed the front of my duplex since they didn’t have access to the inside or backyard, and was still charged the full amount without them ever communicating anything with me. Never left a Yelp or google review in my life but they’re so irritating my 24 year old self decided to go full Karen.
Do not and I strongly recommend that you do not deal with this company. I bought my house May of 2019 with a warranty for a year, I have called more than 3 times with the calls lasting over 1 hour each and no resolution. I was allying because Terminix reached out to me to renew. They sent an Inspector, Emily M. who was very nice, she stated the call center staff was very inept and often confused. They were suppose to send a technician. I was just looking to renew my policy per the call I received in March 2020. Decided to reach out to Emily and she connected me with Lenny who stated my warranty was expired as of November of 2019 and he could not explain why I would be receiving a call to renew in March 2020. Basically if there is termite activity I am not covered according to Lenny. This company does not have it together. I will have to back track and try to find out who called me and the previous owner to renew. At this point I would recommend that everyone stay clear of this pest control provider! I have it 1 star because it would not let me post it lower.
As a 4-year customer of Terminixs termite protection plan and now its termite bait station plan, I can unequivocally recommend the company for its professionalism, ease in making appointments, timely inspections, timely and effective remedial service and its expert, thorough technicians. The homeowner has a myriad of choices when it comes to termite/pest control but in my book Terminix is the best option.

We have used Terminix for a couple years now at the office (Dental Care on Golf Links) for regular maintenance and are very pleased with the service, and our technician. He knows are needs and always asks if there is anything else he can do before he leaves. Thank you for the great care.
Called on Thursday about an animal trapped in the ceiling/wall, Terminex said they would call back to schedule. No call and we recently renewed the policy that covers this. We have called everyday except Sunday. We still have not received a call to SCHEDULE. It’s not even a call to come out! Hello! Tucson Terminex, are you there? Please return our calls. Why are we being ignored? You have our money, now do your job!!!
I think Terminix has made great strides in improvement of customer service home visits. I have been able to talk to the person who performs the service, and have my questions answered in a very pleasant and thorough way. Now that is GREAT service from a pest control company. Thank you Terminix. I dont welcome seeing bugs at my house, but I am always happy to see the Terminix truck roll up. Very good service, pleasant people and most important, good outcomes. Guarantees are great but prices are crazy. 3100 sq ft home and we were quoted about $1200 per year for the bait solution... Im sorry, but $100 per month is heinous. Annual inspection and treatment guarantee costing $250 per year, which is still a lot but the peace of mind from what is essentially termite insurance is all we need. Service was great and very responsive/friendly. Better prices would equal 5 stars, and I might actually buy their bait system if it was closer to $30 per month.

Living in Arizona we need to co-exist with little critters as a fact of life. A lizard blocked our heater, but bugs are even more bothersome so we called Terminix. The day after they sprayed I swept up 32 dead bugs, since then maybe 2, and my husband likes to leave doors open. First and foremost, a company who no call no shows you 3 times is not a company you ever want to rely on to fix your pest issues! Apart from the 3 no call no shows, I got stuck paying almost 2k for services that were NEVER completed, and when I called to confront the staff, all I got was a “Sorry we did what we could and services were completed” I ended up having to call Arizona Pest Control which was more expensive, but reliable and actually got the job done! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!And don’t believe pricing because it was switched up on me the day of the services!

We have been with Terminix Pest Control for the past almost ten years and have always received prompt, courteous and professional service. They provide reminder emails about a week ahead and also a courtesy call the day before, The technician even calls a few minutes before he is due at the house. They are always willing to show us what they did and point out any issues as well as answer any questions we might have. Great service.
My serviceman is always prompt and thorough. He give great care and informs me of new insects due to the changing weather and is certain to explain any areas of my home that I need to pay extra attention to. Always as if I am having any problems. I highly recommend.

Calling Terminex is worse than having a tooth pulled. After listening to a woman telling me all about the wonderful ways to save money etc., for 2 minutes I had to hang up. My time is valuable and wasting time listening to a commercial is not my way of having fun. Get a new system or more people to answer and receive calls. Local numbers do not seem available on your web site.
Terminix Tucson is the worst for service. Had a between 12 & 2. Appointment took a half day off work with no pay because I had active termites. They even called the day before to confirm. Never showed and never called I called the Tucson number and as in the past they never answer but rather the call transfers to the national number. Probably have so many complaints they dont want to receive any calls. Talked to Corp and they said someone would call within 24 hours. Never did. Then an hour after they were supposed to have been here received an automated customer satisfaction survey call about the service call that I had just had ( yes the one that never showed). Robot said survey reply was 1 for worst service and 5 for best. Replied with a 1 for the first question. Got a sorry that is not a valid reply and then a thanks for participating and they hung up. Guess they dont want to hear honest reviews. I would suggest shopping around for a customer service oriented company
I put in a request for a termite inspection with Terminix and had an inspector out the next day. Mitch, our inspector, spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting our home and informing us about all the ins and outs of our termite issue, what was happening, what was not happening, and what treatment would be like. I had two other competitors out (one local, one national) and first of all, both couldnt get an inspector our for day or even a week. Then they both spent maximum 10 minutes and gave no real info, just a quote for treatment. This was, in the end, the deciding factor. But Terminix also came in ahead on price, and was the only company to provide not only a guaranty for future termite treatments as long as I kept my plan in place, but also a guaranty to repair any termite damage that resulted from a re-infestation. Once I paid for the treatment, they were able to get a technician out the very next day - again, no waiting around for days or weeks. Their technician who did the treatment was professional and did good work. All around, I am very pleased.
The technician providing our recurring service sets the standard for anyone coming to your home to provide a service. He is thorough, courteous and friendly. We are also very satisfied with all other aspects of our Terminex service.

Terminix bought out our previous pest control company and we noticed an immediate decline in the level of service. They never treated our termite problem effectively and could never find our pest control contract when we had a problem. When they finally located our contract, their technicians would never call more than a few minutes before they would treat the property, so we could never rework our schedule, so they could treat the inside of our house. When they did treat the house outside, they didnt do a very good job. Our main reason for contracting with them was for our rat infestation, which has never been brought under control. We have continuously paid for pest control diligently for the past several years. I have just cancelled all contracts with Terminix and would not recommend them to anyone.

Big disappointment!!. I guess they dont really need the business. I scheduled a termite inspection for a rental and they came on June 27th. Terminix did the original termite treatment years ago. I spoke to my tenant on June 28th to make sure they came and he confirmed they did. I called the National number to see if a could get an estimate since I did not receive one.. I was transferred 3x and I will say the telephone operators were pleasant but still provided no answers. I confirmed my email address with the 3rd customer service rep and asked that the estimate be emailed to me...after being on the phone for 20 minutes I finally hung up. Terminix, shame on you for wasting my time when I was trying to give you business. If you did not want my business you should never have scheduled an inspection. To date I still do not have an estimate. I am not in the habit in begging a major corporation to do business with me. You are wasting tons of $$ on tv ads. Needless to say Terminix has not earned my business.
Terminix used to be a locally operated company. Now you call and reach someone in another state who says they will email the local office with your concern. The email never gets there, and you have to call several times. The scheduling gets mixed up. We will be terminating Termini as soon as we find a local exterminator to work with.

I wish I wasnt able to give a star! The sale people tell you what you want to hear to make a sale! we were told a one time price for 3 months which was paid in full before the service started. We got our three months service and we got a bill in the mail sating that we owe them money. We called and talked to the manger stating the sale rep lied to us and she stated to laugh about it. I ended up paying the remaining amount that we owe. I was able to pay for under my name but they refused to let me cancel treatment because its not under my name. With out speaking to the person that is on the account they planned on sending someone out to our house without us knowing. They are money hungry and lie to the customers to get what they want.

I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of service from Terminix. I am a new home owner and saw some termite damage that cropped up after I bought the home. I called to recieve service and explained my situation. Then the appointment was made for a day I was off of work. When the tech did not show up I began to call the 800 number. I called 4 times explaining that Im the new homeowner and each time they thought I was the old homeowners wife. I was also disconnected twice. Finally on the 5th call I got a representative that listened to what I was saying and realized that there was an error in the account and that I am the new homeowner. This took 4 hours to resolve. Thank goodness for the last representative. But I am still waiting on service and a call from the service manager. Step it up Terminix. Its called problem solving skills.
James has been coming for several years now, and always calls to confirm the time, arrives at that time or accommodates any changes we need to the date or time.
Terrible customer service. We had an appointment scheduled and there was no call or no show. The girl who answered the phone wanted to know what we would like to do about. Obviously they could care less.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just trying to get a copy of our termite warranty and work that was done and you would think we were asking for classified documents. I deal with a lot of termite companies in town and I would NEVER use this company!!
