For around 500 dollars a year you can keep your home mostly pest free. The Moxie field experts are professional and courteous. I recently had Frank K. out to perform a treatment. He was extremely pleasant and I felt he spent enough time on my property to perform a thorough treatment. I will continue to use Moxie’s services.

Every encounter has been positive. The office staff is very capable and friendly. Weve been using them for over a year. Today my appointment was between 9-11. Frank K, the tech arrived on time at 9AM, He explained his approach before he started asked about any concerns and made sure to follow-up when he was done. We have been with Moxie for approximately five years I think and we’ve seen a significant decrease in the population of both pack rats and kangaroo mice or kangaroo rats which ever they’re called. We used to have about 100 holes between the front and back yards and I was actually beginning to be concerned about the foundation of our home if they are digging that far underneath our house. I’m grateful for the work that Moxie does and the fact that they keep up on things. If we needed an extra service for them to check the bait boxes, even if it’s before our regularly scheduled visits. They come out and take care of it very quickly. It’s a great company!

Frank came to service my home today for my first service. He met me at the door and asked if I had any initial concerns and explained what he was going to be doing today. He treated inside and outside of the home. I asked him when he was ready to come inside to tap on my office window so I could let him in rather than knocking on the door or ringing my doorbell due to my daughter sleeping at the time. Most companies have ignored that request but Frank did just as he was asked. He came inside and explained the inside treatment. He even kindly left me some sticky traps in my garage for monitoring! After the service was completed he met be back outside and did a full recap of the service and helped me understand what to expect between this service and my service next month. I’m very pleased to say I am a Moxie Customer and cannot wait to see that blue truck servicing my neighbors soon!!!

It was our first appointment with Moxie, so it was the first treatment for a whole house pest control. Ivan our tech was very nice and thorough with everything he did. He made sure he explained everything to us first as well as asked what concerns or questions we had. When he was finished with everything he let us know all of what he did and if we thought there were any other spots he needed to spray. I would definitely recommend Ivan as well as Moxie to friends and family.

We have a no soliciting sign clearly posted by our door bell. We also have a sign asking for people to please not Knock on the door. We have a baby and the knocking always causes our dog to bark and wake our baby. Some young girl came to our house twice and both times completely ignored the signs and insisted on knocking. When my husband opened the door to explain to her that we have a sign posted she just rolled her eyes at him. She was completely rude and unprofessional. For that reason alone, we will never use Moxie.

DO NOT sign up with them if you plan to move out within 2 years!!! They will cancel your contract, but will still charge you the same amount you would pay, if you finished the whole 2 years… meaning you can’t actually cancel.

First, door to door sales people that do not even work for the company, this is a third party company going door to door selling a service, i live in a HOA where this is NOT allowed.... however, this was something that I needed as I was new to the area and already had pest issues.. there rep will have you sign a one year contract. PLEASE READ WHAT YOU SIGN.. they will come out 4 times a year.. each visit is $119.. if you do not have auto pay set up they will call you no latter then 3 hours and start the harrassment for you to pay.. I asked for an invoice so I can pay the bill, that took two weeks to get... and a phone call every day asking for payment without send an invoice... today is my last day in the contract and I have canceled my service without the $200 plus cancelation fee thay you agree to when signing the contact.That was just on the service, employees on the other hand very professional! I will give them the credit for that... Now the product..... after getting spray ( that takes them to do the entire home inside and out, about 30 min or less) they tell to give it 14 days to take effect and may see an increase in pest.. ok. I saw .. after about a month. Everything is back. GOOD NEWS I called and they offer a free service to come back out and spray!! Awesome free right... welll now we are waiting another 14 day to take effect ... another mo th passes and guess what we have again.... so this should be a mo thly service and not a every 3 month service..In conclusion if you want stress, harrassment, poor product, a ton of phone calls, emails, and a door sales person in your HOA where at the gate posted this is not allowed. This is the company for you. Me on the other hand. Thanks for the experience and the best of luck to you in the future.

They work with you and could work around your schedule. You can call someone to come out off the monthly schedule is you need someone. We did because we found a scorpion up stairs and they came out to spray.

I received a quote for services and was told I would receive a contract to sign prior to termite treatment and the contract wasn’t even signed and they billed my credit card. In the mean time I felt their pricing was high so contacted another firm to get a price and was quoted much less. I called the office during business hours to tell them I was looking at other bids and still the charge was made. I am disappointed that they were in such a hurry to get their money they didn’t even wait for a signed contract.

We used Moxie in Phoenix and loved how well they worked, so we were excited when we found out they were in Tucson as well. We do see more activity at our Tucson home, but were also right next to a desert community area. The scorpions never make it into the house anymore.We recently requested a revisit, due to some extra activity, and havent seen any living creepy crawlers since!Garin listened to my concerns, and noticeably responded to all of them. I went back through the yard, and found delta dust in every spot I mentioned having scorpion issues. He did a great job, and I am once again thoroughly happy with Moxie.
