I needed to do laundry and was in a pinch. The facility was reasonably clean with just dryer sheets on the floor which wasnt a big deal. The washers and dryers were all clean. I rated this lower just because of the cost.

Clean, quite ample machines, and affordable. As pleasant of a laundry experience as there can be. At times the soda machine can be a thief but the staff are friendly and will replace the money if desired. I only lost money once, and I dont worry about it. The main thing is that the washers and dryers are clean, they work well.

I go hear all the time and normally this place is pretty great 8t is clean the washers and dryers work but the dryers never dry your close and the change thing to get coins is down but all and all it is good some times

Not worth coming to. Would highly recommend that you find a cleaner laundromat with machines that work and aren’t over priced. A quarter for 6 minutes on the dryer is a rip off. The whole place is a rip off. Wouldn’t recommend.

This laundromat is wonderful, it’s clean and the staff is so friendly. The attendant today was awesome, she gave my son some crayons and a coloring book to color. She knew he was bored and he was trying hard to behave. I recommend this laundromat to everyone in the Tucson area, they’re simply great!

Dryers are definitely not 7mins more like 4-5 minutes. Also no attendant to help in the early morning hours, attendant was scheduled to be here at 9am and was late! My clothes had to sit in a washer for more than an hour before I could get any assistance. All the rest of my loads were done and planned on leaving but couldnt due to me having to wait for some assistance. I passed by 4 laundromats to come to this one because of the ratings. Not to clean either, bummer 😔

Ive used this laundromat a few times. Most recently, I had a LOT of laundry to catch up on. In the mix, I forgot one load behind. I didnt catch it for a few days due to the laundry staying in the baskets while I tended to a sick toddler. When I did notice, they still had it waiting for me! I was so thankful for that! I have had a few issues with the machines at times, but the attendants have always been more than helpful in order to fix the situation. I wish the AC could be a little cooler, but other than that, this is a great place to go do your laundry!

Was considering coming here until I saw how rude and condescending the staff is when replying to negative reviews.

Stopped here because it was one of the only laundromats on the east side that’s open past 10 PM. Upon arrival there were two shady guys inside, definitely NOT doing laundry, but they promptly departed once they saw my car pull up in front of the laundromat. I brought my comforters inside and when I started to load the high capacity washers I smelled a pungent odor coming from the machines. The baskets of both high capacity washers smelled of urine and stale, dirty water. There’s no way I wash going to wash anything in those machines. I decided to wait until morning when other laundromats would be open.

Everytime I go to this laundry mat theres a different issue. Half machines dont work. The lady who works there always has bad attitude. And for the price they charge to wash, definitely not worth it.

This place was very dirty. Will not come again. Many of the machines were broken and staff is not friendly or helpful. Staff was also bleeding on her hand while handling peoples laundry. Was suggested a band aid by a customer and didnt want to put one on.Disgusting and unsafe.

Having been here a few times, Ive believe that Ive worked out the correct washing machine for my needs. It seems like an odd thing to say but its applicable to this laundromat. Ive never encountered another that offered so many different types of washing machines! Im very happy with the megaload commercial washer.Now the dryers, give me a mixed reaction. They are 25¢ per 7 minutes. Drying a little less than a normal load (including two jeans) on high for 21 minutes, everything was completely dry. That part is wonderful. The issue is the temperature inconsistency across the dryers. When I set them to the same temperature the actual heat produced varies widely from dryer to dryer.Even that slight problem wont stop me from coming back, its cut my laundry time in half and our clothes are cleaner.

I have been to this washateria a few times. Its always clean, I never have issues with the machines or the attendants. The young guy Joaquin is such a delightful person. Hes always helpful. I often see him cleaning and doing the laundry that has been dropped off by other patrons. I might not have ever known about this hidden gem if it werent for my Mother. She raves about this young college student that she has conversations with when she does her laundry. After finally meeting Joaquin I can see why she insists on going to Wildcat laundry. Without a pleasant helpful attendant that is kind to the patrons this would still be a nice, quiet, clean place to do laundry. The service we experience here definitely makes this place number 1!

I have been to this laundry place several times before and had very little if no problems with the machines or the staff/owners. However on Wednesday the 5th of December, 2018 I had a terrible experience and I might never go back I washed my l clothes with no issues using several large machines and a few of the top loading machines. However, when it came time to drying my clothes and towels things were a completely different story. (I will say this has never happened before to me at this place to be fair). I think it was the third dryer from the door had a mattress pad, a few socks and underwear in with it and after quite a few quarters at one quarter for 7 minutes of drying time my stuff was not getting dry. I said something to the lady who I assume was one of the owners (I dont know I do not recall dealing with her before that day). She tried to blame me saying that I set the dryer setting wrong and that the stuff would not dry on the setting I had it on. She could care less and was going to do nothing until the person who was with me went to her and said something to again. Finally this nasty lady gave me the quarters back. Unfortunately, there was no empty dependable working machine open for me to dry my stuff in so I had to take it home WET and dry it at home in the apartment laundry room. With this kind of lack of caring and poor customer service I will have to think LONG and hard before I spend my laundry budget here again. In the past I have given them lots of business and raved about them to other people. Perhaps NOT anymore. Also, at the counter a few times I needed something and every time she was on the phone and terribly rude to me. I detest giving my money to businesses that are rude or nasty to me or other customers. Perhaps this review will teach them a lesson or two.

One of the nicest laundromats Ive seen so far! Its super clean and they have a TV and Wifi!!! I dont think Ive seen that anywhere else. Your waiting time is now better spent. Theres lots to of seating space.The prices are also very good and the machines are very well maintained. I love the staff there! They are super friendly and very engaging. Definitely not your regular laundromat. I highly recommend it!

Clean place, very reasonable prices, change maker on site. The washers are a little on the small side but dryers are big and fast and the low price ($1.50 to wash, about .75 cents to dry 2 loads) makes up for it. If my washer breaks again, I will come back here.

Visited for the first time today. This place is awesome, friendly people, clean, lots of machines, and uses a convenient payment system...Quarters! (No putting money on a card and paying for the privilege). Includes Wifi and big TV. Telling all my friends will be back.

I frequently tell people about Wildcat..but after I dropped my employers laundry there..I had a hassle getting it back at the time we agreed on. I understood..and would overlook this..but my boss was missing things and had a bleach spot on her uniforms..I went in to get change off the machine..as I am a regular customer.and a large woman came out of the office and told me to give her the change ( 29.00) I said no.she actually blocked my exit..I went out the other door..she stood there yelling at me..needless to say.I wont be going back.someone needs prayer.

Excellent laundromat! Clean, accessible and easy to use. The owners are extremely helpful too! They do very thorough washing and dry cleaning and go above and beyond to meet customer needs. I wish more laundromat were like this.

Had amazing service from the owners UA student nephew, Joaquin..He patiently changed a bag full of coins for quarters, showed me how to use the giant washing machine for a bedspread, removed it for me whenthe cycle was complete, and let it air dry overnight behind the counter because some guests at my bed and breakfast (Bed and Bagels of Tucson) are allergic to the dryer sheets that are often used by customers.. I vowed Id be back and, indeed, was the very next week! .

This place is very clean. And has a variety of washer sizes that makes it easy to clean bigger things to small loads. And the prices are great 25 cents for 7 mins of drying and they dry fast. Definitely recommend this place.

I found Wildcat laundry to be very clean as far as laundromats go. It is cooled by swamp cooler, so as you can expect it does get a bit warm when the dryers are going. I used two triple load washers, one was .25 more than the other (same size and brand). I used the largest washer as well. I washed comforters so it took a bit to dry them: all in seperate dryers to speed the process up. It was not as costly as I expected (dryers are .25 for 7 minutes).The only downfall, which was no fault of the business, was another patron allowing his kid to run around frantically and climb on counters. I just made sure the one I was using was wiped down.Also, it wasnt busy at all and there are plenty of washers and dryers for when it is busier.

I typically do not use laundromat services; however, when I do, I appreciate the convenience. Sunday morning is a pretty typical day for the common working person to do their laundry....maybe Im wrong. A large portion of the population work Monday - Friday, morning to the evening; hence rush hour traffic. To support my aforementioned statement, the laundromat was pretty busy...customers were waiting for washers to become available. This laundromat has an attendant available Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, you are providing a service, you not in the banking industry.So I had an issue with a washer stop in the middle of its cycle. I called the number posted on the wall. A representative answered, and I explained the situation. He walked me through the typical troubleshooting, surrendered, and said he would call me back. He did within 10 minutes. He explained he did not have anyone available. Solution was to move clothes from one machine to another, and he would reimburse me...lolSo...you operate a business where you do not attended to it during its peak hours of operation. The typical mid-cycle malfunction is not good, because the washer is full of water and your cloths are immersed. It was fortunate the I had a machine open next to me. Was able to minimize mess because of convenient machine and because Im a reasonable human. Now the floor is slightly wet and slippery. If I were not a reasonable person and had to move my laundry to an open machine on the other side of the laundromat, it would have exacerbate the slippery situation.You have elderly and handicapped patrons, people that are vulnerable to un-kept environments, presenting a potential safety hazard.Solution...have an attendant available or someone on call during peak hours...simple.Will be choosing a laundromat with better business practices in the future.

Washers arent a bad deal 1.25 a load for top and $2+ for front load. However the dryers are a scam. They say 7mins for a quarter but I put 4 in and only got 14mins of drying. Then another patron told me yeah these dryers do that, only do a quarter at a time. I responded really and she I formed that these dryers usually only give you 5 mins not 7 and that if you add more quarters you dont actually get 7 more minutes. She said to never do more than a quarter at a time. The employee argued about a refund saying there are no refunds for only getting half the time. I said thats ridiculous I put a dollar in I should get 28mins not 14. After arguing, I know whats 50 cents but to me it was bigger then that. I feel like this place is scamming everyone by 25 cents to 50 cents that a lot also then you pay more money cause your stuff isnt dry which again you are not getting what you paid fir.
