Love this laundromat. Been coming here for a little over a year now & the staff is great! Jasmine & her mom are amazing. So helpful & just on top of things all the time. My go to laundromat always!

The staff was polite and helpful. The machines could use some updates though. The price is reasonable & a good selection of washers & dryers. The temperature inside was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and overall a clean facility. Id go back to this laundromat.

One of the best place to do coin laundry in Tucson and even in AZ state! We will load the clothese for washing and come for nearby grocery shopping at the same time. Staffs and other people are very friendly and helpful. Affordable laundry while just a bit far away from home. I highly recommend this store will full 5-stars! Thank you so much!

Originally this was gonna be a 1 star but that wouldnt be fair to the lady that came in the night shift while the guy just sat there, she came in just in time to change that 1 star to a five star, she literally had to clean everything and did it so fast she was almost done before I was done drying. I wasnt gonna even post this cause I was here last week but I just wanted the lady to know shes doing a excellent job and keep it up ☺️

Good equipment & clean. The young man running the place wore NO covid mask, during the 2 hrs I spent there, and moved about amongst the customers, most all of whom WERE respectfully wearing masks.

My washing machine broken down last week and with a family of 7, I couldnt wait any longer. I did a quick search and found this laundromat with such outstanding reviews. Now I know why! Jasmine was super friendly and helpful. I was able to use the larger machines which ran about $4.75-$5.75 which is a little costly but definitely worth the time. I would recommend this place to anyone. I went on a Wednesday with 6 large bags and was in and out in 2 hours washed and dried.

Clean facility, washers and dryers all function well. Very helpful/friendly staff. Gonna definitely hit it up again next week.

I searched the web for laundromats in the area of our hotel. Lava Jet was a good 15 minutes away so definitely not the nearest but had the best reviews. So glad we decided to go here. The young lady working was very personable and detail oriented. It was the first time at a laundromat that I’ve EVER seen an attendant actually sweep the floors, keep everything tidy AND clean the doors of the machines.

Always clean never have to worry bout washers being broken or stuff left in them(pet dander). We use to go to the one on Valencia but this one is way closer. Friendly people and theres a waiting area thats comfortable for children to keep cool and relax in.

The whole place is very cleaned, The staff assigned there, Ray, was very helpful to all the customers, including myself who needed some advice as to how to work some of those machines. Ive been coming here for a couple of years. Its always so clean nice and cool. They lady is so helpful and just communicates with everyone. Now they have a new employee shes the sweet girl and very helpful, I just felt the need to give recognition to these 2 ladies. I havent had the pleasure to come in with anyone else but Im sure their just as great

Ive been using Lava-Jet for almost a year.This place is always clean and the lady attendant is always on top of her duties.There are machines that handle up to 3 beadspreads at a time!!.. Some handle 5,4,3,2 and single loads.. They show movies too!Long story short.. Ill keep going toLAVA-JET.. Next time you go there and you find a set of Big Bird pajamas in thedryer,theyre NOT mine..😁👍

This place is awesome. When I first walked in it was a breath of fresh air. Super clean. Super friendly.Germ-Free bathroom sink. First thing when I walked in I was asked if I needed them to help me bring my laundry in with one of the laundry baskets they have!It’s nice to be noticed at a laundromat. Usually I can’t tell if there’s even an attendant in places I’ve seen in the past. Tons of folding space and tons of seating space, including some round picnic type tables for eating or studying. Ive seen families all sitting around them visiting.Yes great family type environment. This is my place!!

The owner has so much passion and enthusiasm for running his business well, it’s inspiring. He was training a few employees the night we were there and it was a pleasure observing him explain how customer service is crucial. Machines worked well, no complaints!

I went to LavaJet Laundromat when my regular store in Green Valley went out of business. I was two weeks backed up on laundry. I have to say. The young lady who helped me was so positive and sweet! They have more of an assortment of Large (super clean and new) machines than I’ve ever seen. I got 2 weeks of laundry done all at once. I couldn’t believe how cool it was inside when it was over 100 degrees outside. It was the closest place to the freeway I-19, so no red light traffic getting there. That’s why I chose it originally. Anyways I felt like I found a gem and wanted to share. Good service like this is getting harder to come by!

My family and I had a great experience! Not only do they have new machines, but the customer service is amazing! Ive been coming to this place for a few months now and everyone is always helpful and friendly. I also love that its nice and cold with a t.v. to keep my kids entertained while i wash. I will definitely be recommending this laundromat to everyone!!!!!!

Full disclosure, the owner is a good friend of mine. I happened to be in town town when he needed to run to the laundromat to help one of his employees resolve an issue with a washer. I tagged along with him. It has been quite some time since I have been in a laundromat and due to previous experiences was somewhat skeptical. What a pleasant suprise. This is a clean, well cooled, bright happy place that smells nice. I was so impressed. I also witnessed my friend take calls from his employees and I can see he cares about them. Translation, happy employees create good customer service experiences. I can see that this is my friend’s pride and joy and if I were in a position to need this type of facility, this is where I would go. Keep up the good work LavaJet!

Clean, great machines, fast dryers. We are traveling & have used a lot of places along the way. The manager was in and was very friendly & helpful. When I didnt understand the use of one of the dryers & put in more than I should have, he was very fair & honest. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through for honest, clean service👍

I wanna say that I have been coming here for years and the place is always clean and all the machines work!!! The attendants are friendly and very helpful!! Especially the two most recent ones they have there now Joy and Helen always willing to help and keep the place really clean.

I take my laundry for Wash and Fold. They all do a wonderful job. Also their getting a row of new washers, the owner and crew really takes pride in this place.

@Mary Dolciame you cant give a place 1 star for your mistake, thats plain ridiculous, 95% of laundromats dont have attendants, and there is no place that will give your money back for pressing the wrong button and expecting someone else to pay for your mistake, This place is so comfortable its like washing at home. Everyone is so nice, for anyone to give this place one star must be a miserable person in life because this place is wonderful

This place is amazing, and family friendly. The staff is very pleasant and attentive, and also very friendly with children. Its so hard to find a nice and clean laundromat, so it was such a surprise to find this place. And the pricing is fair and takes coins.

Clean - big washers and dryers. $4.25 for the large washer and $2 to dry it all.No WiFi.2.75 star bathrooms - clean but a little run down looking.Overall, the entire place is run well, clean, smells good, and isnt ghetto.

Not impressed at all, I wanted to wash my clothes on hot, must of accidentally hit colors and once the money was in it wouldnt let me change it and the attendant was not able to help me or offer a refund to start over, so as soon as the machine unlocks I will take my wet clothes and go elsewhere and rewash it the way I wanted to to begin with and I will not be back here. There are no signs on machines warning of this issue.

The lady with the red hair and her daughter are one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They make the experience comfortable and welcoming, I hate to do laundry but spending the day with one of these ladies I don’t mind doing laundry at all. Im literally sitting in my car outside of the laundromat. I told Helen i greatly appreciate her and she seemed more grateful that i was washing there. Everyone needs a pat on the back once in a while but she deserves way more. Her present is welcoming this place is so comfortable and cold inside. Shes an Angel from heaven and no one can tell me different. I highly recommend Lavajet Laundromat

This place is really nice and clean. I was really pleased with everything except for the attendant working there today. Shes heavy set and has red hair, she is very scary.. I was afraid to ask her for any help because she looked so rude and angry.. She kept getting in my way and would get mad if I said excuse me.. She acted like I was bothering her.

I come to this laundromat when I get behind on my laundry at home or if my work clothes are super dirty. The reason I choose to come here is the size and cleanliness! I only use the big machines and they have like every size of heavy-duty machine they make I think. LolThis last time I came in I guess they set up new online tv streaming because they asked me if I had a movie request👍🏽 Nice folks Thanks😉Oh it was 110 degrees outside and their coolers made it real comfortable.

This place is clean and nice, I have a rare disease that has everyone staring at me but for the first time in, I dont even know when, Helen made me feel human again she didnt treat me like everyone else does, people wont touch anything after me or theyll sanitize in front of me. I would pay extra for this type of hospitality I will recommend to my family and be back soon thank you

People are so nice I come at night when its cool and they have a security guard or the girls husband, sits outside before her shifts over and I feel more safe knowing hes out there, I wont stop by if I dont see his car out there but its always a breathe of fresh air knowing someone is watching out for you💛💛

Love this laundromat went here as a kid and glad its still here (they have updated machines though which is awesome )took my three kids with me and the gentleman that was working put on Netflix for my kids to keep them preoccupied really appreciated all the help he gave me I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Our washer machine broke just when we came back from vacation, the service call was scheduled for 3 days out so we couldnt wait for our washer to be fixed, we needed to wash everything as soon as possible. We were looking for a clean laundromat and found this one, the place was very clean, staff friendly, ATM nearby at Wells Fargo inside of Frys, the only downside was that they had fans everywhere, maybe AC was not working, but it wasnt extremely hot, and I was very satisfied with how clean it was. We went on a Monday around 3pm, and there was but one customer, so we got out of there really fast, we washed 9 loads of the smaller washers.

This was the first time my mom and I had come to this laundromat, and we love it, its so clean the lady that works there makes everyone feel comfortable, my mom and her had a conversation about dying her hair, she said shell dye it purple so we cant wait to go back and see if she did 😀

It is very clean all the time, Helen is one of the sweetest person Ive ever meet, she is very good with the children and making everyone feel comfortable, the place is so clean I even was able to lay my blankets on the floor and fold them myself, Im real picky when it comes to my childrens clothing, As long as this place is open I have no reason to go anywhere else 😀😀

Tv playing too loud and attendant did not turn it down. I need a couple of quarters to finish my drying and attendant does not have change for a five dollar bill. I have to go to machine and get 5 dollars in quarters. Nice to carry in my pocket.

This is the only laundromat Ill go to on this side of town. Im not a fan of doing laundry so i always have them help me. Ive never seen it unattended. I can say Ive never seen it dirty!

It feels so good, it literally felt like an a/c unit. I repair a/c and coolers to my surprise the laundrymat has 3 master coolers just like some hotels i recently repaired. This laundromat is kept cooler than my home. 😀
