I love to go here to do my laundry!!.. even tho I live way over on the South side. I can bring my dog, and the other laundry goers are kind to her and respectful of keeping the doors shut & careful not to let her get out.. shes a very friendly girl and well behaved and its so nice to bring her w me on my day off rather than leave her home.. I will travel here every week to do my laundry. Thank you Deans Village for allowing us to come w our best friends ❤!!

Lots of room. Every time Im their its never crowded. And they have the Dexter operating system for their machines. Most of them any way. Its a decent place to clean and dry your laundry.

The only thing i dont like from there is that theres no restrooms in there or batroom they need to put more chairs in there so we can sit there while we do our laundry but from there i like washers and dryers work very good👍

Hey, you all here at Deans need to get that line of 2 dollar washers that are taped up replaced. Because you are gouging your customers with these 3 and 4 dollar washers. The 3$ washers have less capacity than the 2$ washers and those other 4$ washers have the same capacity as the 2$. Ive been coming here for the past 6 years to wash my clothes. And Ive only see the prices rise for the quality to decrease.

I came to this laundromat to do laundry 🧺.. Price are somewhat reasonable but however they did a remodel of it and took out the sitting 🪑 area . So basically you stand the whole time or sit outside with the hot 🥵 sun and flies 🦟.

Deans really needs a restroom for the customers using the facility. If it had a restroom hands down it would get 5 stars best laundromat on the Northside of Tucson by all means

Deans village is a nice place they got all new washers n dryers i love the dryers work so good i definetly enjoy doing my laundry here its also affordable..they got a nice lil space in the back with tables.. i do gotta say i miss the lil vending machines & the couches they had as well but its nice either way we see the owners everytime we go really nice people!

They have a good environment and new washers and dryers of all sizes at a good price range.

Its pretty quiet in here the machines are pretty reasonable. The only bad part I see/feel is that its hella hot!ACTUALLY NO BATHROOMS 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Been going here for years and I preferred this one until today. I started my wash at about 745 pm and the owner came in and said I wasnt allowed to dry my clothes there because they closed in 8 so I had to take my wet clothing out of the washer and take it on the bus across town to another laundromat to dry it. Owner was very rude to me. I will never go back there again and thats a bummer

Great place to wash your laundry. Best laundromat in Tucson. Quiet and clean. Ive never had issues with any washers or dryers. Need to display the wifi password somewhere viable, especially if you have Free Wifi on your website. No bathroom. Comfortable seating.

Came to do some laundry and found not one person in here and not one washer available. Out of 17 normal washers 7 were broke down. 10 big loaders all taken. And its smoldering hot in here!!

Its a fairly clean place but there is no attendant. Sooo if you have an issue with a machine not working and taking your money good luck getting anyone to refund your money. The phone number is always busy and they dont respond to emails. Go to a laundromat with an attendant .

Machines run well, good variety of washer sizes. Prices are great and they always have change.

Super clean! They have a nice shaded patio area with tables outside. Owner Dominic is very friendly and approachable. First time I met him, he himself helped me wring out my sopping wet towels! (malfunction at another laundromat caused me to seek out a new place; Deans Village is the closest to my house) I will never go anywhere else now :) Only reason they get 4 out of 5 stars is that no one is there to help during the day, and no public restroom.

Absolutely a pleasure to wash my motorcycle suit in their extra capacity commercial washers.Lisa was very knowledgable and helped me to decide which size machine and how much detergent I should use.The entire facility was spotlessly clean and well maintained.Its as nice or nicer than any of the facilities Ive used in the past while traveling across the country...and to think its right here in the Old Pueblo!Highly recommend.

Very clean and well maintained. I was helped to choose a machine that would wash my three loads at one time for a lot less $$$. Dryers were huge and could handle it all in one load. In and out in about record time and for a good value. First time laundry was not a huge chore. I will go out of my way to use this laundry again.

Ive lived in Tucson 30 years and been to a few laundromats. This place is by far the best! Clean! Friendly! High capacity machines if needed! Nice place to spend time doing a chore I hate to do. And if Im in a pinch? They do laundry for you at a very reasonable price! I would say this is easily the nicest laundromat Ive EVER been to, and at my age that is saying a lot!

This is the very first time in 15yrs that I had a easy going,relaxed an least expensive experience ever. Let me just say I have a LOT of laundry an two HYPER ACTIVE KIDS an to not hear a peep from them in the two hrs we were there was a blessing. The sitting area has TOYS. Go figure,no one has thought of that one. And the staff are amazing with the children as well as for my needs. Their washers are large enough for the biggest familys laundry,bed spreads an all. An the dryers are just as large, an get this THEY WORK. THANK YOU DEAN YOUR PLACE GETS TEN STARS FROM THE BARNES FAMILY.

I really have no idea how to rate a laundromat, but Ive never really had any issues there. The machines work, not horrible prices, I leave while my clothes are washing or drying and have never had anything come up missing. So, yea, I give it a 5 stars.

I dont usually leave bad reviews on businesses but I gotta say something about this. Ive been going here for a while and never had an issue, but I had a real bad experience there just now. I got there, put my laundry in the machine, put my detergent in, and then realized that their quarter machines werent working. Theres never anybody working there, and I tried calling the number but it was disconnected. Nobody there to help. I had already used up my detergent and had paid for an uber to get there so I wasnt about to try and take another uber to another laundromat. Had to walk up and down Eucalid to find a store that was open where I could ask for change in quarters. If youre going to have quarter operated machines and not have anybody on staff to help out you should at least make sure that the change machines are always working.Plus, on top of that theres no bathroom, which is just obnoxious.

Nice and clean

This place is extremely hot the swamp cooler blows out hot air. The machines need so TLC from owners. I have been there a couple of times when the owners have been there very rude someone needs a refresher course on customer services. Owners attitudes are as if they are better then everyone else. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Staff helpful. 1 35# 3 18#(double load) and 6 triple loader washers. Clean. They dont skimp on water. They also have big and small dryers that dont shrink your clothes.

Just moved into the area and started looking for a decent laundromat. The one on 1st Ave and Grant is a disaster, the washing machine took 5 minutes to fill with warm water. Service is non-existent and theres no phone number posted anywhere to call if you have a question or complaint, like why is there no water pressure. I vowed never to use that place again. Next I tried Deanss. Lucked out on my second try. Must say this is the cleanest and best run laundromat Ive ever seen and the prices are reasonable as well. Doing laundry is a routine chore so Im glad theres this great place close by!

You pay for hot water and get cold. Make a complaint and its dismissed because Ive never heard that before. Put the same complaint into the box and never get a response. This place looks nice but it rips you off.

Right when Im done loading machine with clothes I realize their chang Machine out of quarters!! 😒Had to unload everything, go to bank and get change, decided it wasnt worth my time going back to it. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE WIFI.

First time here. Coin machine not working and the xl loader didnt work!! My sheets where left wet and Uncleaned! So upsetting. Plus no wifi. Wont come back!!

Clean and organize and nice. They have free WiFi and a fenced yard with two pick nick tables and a waiting room with plenty of reading material.

I like Deans still although it was better when there was an employee here all the time and you could use the bathroom. Also you have to watch your baskets or youll loose them.

Used to be a good place,now no one is here washers leave clothes soaked dryers full of lint its unfortunate but looks like hes lost my business.

They dont return money that you lose in there vending machines or dryers or washers so its always a gamble going here. I even left a note letting them know and never called me or tried to make it right.

I have been to alot of the laundry mats around this area and none of them have such a nice place. This place had a nice tv room with chairs and magizines to read as well as a vending machine for both snacks and sodas. They have a patio with a large fenced yard for kids to play in. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was awesome and the place was not busy or expensive. They have wonderful dyers that dry in half the time as other places. There is plenty of room for all the users to fold their clothes on the tables that they provide as well. All in all it was great and I will go back time and time again. They also have a drop off service with great rates!

Horrible. Clothes came out of the xxl washer soaked . Figured the dryer would dry my clothes since this is arizonia and its 103 today but hr later afyer splitting up my load into two and used the xl dryers still wet. Cant leave a suggestion in their suggestion box without paper and pen to it. So google everyone can see this now. Fix your washers and dryers. Other than that noce building .cleanish... floors were a bit dirty

It is extremely HOT, no attendant to help if something like the vending machine takes your money, quarters do no work in the vending machine, there is no bathroom...the owner came in, didnt speak or greet anyone machines have been broken for weeks and other added since then...needs new ownership.
