I use the wash and fold service they offer and they do an excellent job. Its the only laundry service I will use! They wash and fold everything as requested and in a timely manner. The premises are always clean and tidy!

All the machines take coins, and there is a coin machine in the back to change up to $20 bill. Clean restroom for patrons only. This is literally the only laundromat I will go to! Its always clean and the machines work GREAT!! Rachel is THE BEST!! Over the past 2 years shes become like family, my kids love her she is just an all around great person!! Super clean facility . i feel Safe here. Dryers are only 6 min per .25c though. The only complaint I could come up with. Employee is friendly. Obviously hard working. Machines are in excellent shape. Im from out of town and bookmarked this place to come again whenever Im in Tucson.

Pretty good facilities, but its inconvenient to have to turn back and go home whenever the employee on duty closes for the night 20 minutes before last wash.

We were ALREADY loading a washer right at 8:30 (the time for a last wash) and the attendant came by to say we couldnt proceed. I would understand if we had been barely getting stuff out of the car and asking questions, but I already had laundry loaded into the washer; so I was already at the first step of *doing* laundry. A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. We very much needed to clean our stuff. We probably wont be trying to give them our businesses again.

Its nice but not cheap, 4.25 for triple loader plus $1 for extra rinse, so $5.25, but then the dryers are a quarter each 6 mins, so figure just under $5 to $6 a full wash for a load thats about the size of an LG home machine. They are nice machines and the place is very clean.

I now only go to either this location or the their place off of Pantano/Broadway. Both are super clean, friendly staff and the machines work awesome!

Very disappointed with how the smaller washers are programmed. (17 /18 19) The machines DONT go through a spin cycle between wsh, rinse, final rinse and extra rinse; leaving my clothes with soap residue and dirty after all cycles are complete!

Meh. We stopped coming when it was filled with antimaskers. A man who appeared to be a manager or owner was always in talking to people without a mask even after the mandate. Its too small a space and youre there too long to allow people to do that. We go somewhere else now to avoid it. Sorry. The app was cool and its close to where I am so I was disappointed to see this.

A wonderful experience the whole way through I was hysterical when my kitty peed on my white goose down comforterI was assisted by a wonderful lady that work there help me step-by-step with the process of cleaning and now the thing is completely gone if you have oopsies in your sheetsI advised to quickly get your sheets clean as soon as possible! Very happy with the cleaning the pricing and the experience!!

When I first started to come here the lady on the weekends is nice so I came back. Bit each time I came back I had to clean out the washer 😒😔.It took me two weeks to come back this time because I felt like I should not be the one having to clean out the washer machines. Today is the last straw though, not only was the attendant really rude but was only worried about whatever it is she was watching. I told her that someone left something in the washer and she was not caring, I had to explain to her that I wanted to use the washer then she slowly walked over to get the items. Then I asked for something that I could clean the washer out with she acted like I was bothering her (like Im not doing her job by cleaning them out). Forgot the most important part when I came in of course I was looking in the washing machines to see if they were clean or not, she asked me as I was heading to get quarters can I help you with something like as if she really wanted to help me but wanted to see if I was just getting quarters to leave which I should have done. I told her no Im getting quarters because Im going to wash. I really dont think people should have jobs that they dont like doing because then theyre bad attitude rubs off on other people. Today was not a good look for Tucson laundry centers on swan

I dropped off my laundry here and have them do my laundry when I went to pick up my laundry the next day I noticed that all my white clothes was missing when I brought it to the ladies attention she told me that she found my white clothes in a washer and dried it when the clothes was returned to me there was a lot of my white clothes missing the further more told me that she would let the owner know and that he would get back to me but here were going on a month later and still I have not got a call back from the owner to find out how hes going to take care of all my clothes that was missing Im sorry I would hate to post this bad review but I have called several times and I just keep getting told that he will get to me as soon as he has time well I think a month is more than enough time to get back to somebody that has lost closed due to dropping off laundry if this is a service that theyre going to provide they should pay more attention to all the items that are dropped off and returned everything that is dropped offUpdateThe owner Victoria of the laundromat got a hold of me and reimburse me for everything that was lost she was very professional and sympathetic I appreciate her for resolving this issue as soon as she was able to and I will continue to do business with this place

Havent need to do laundry at a public place in ages. Didnt think about a washer hook up when I moved. Went to this place and I love it. Instead of one load washers there is 3, 5, 7 & 10 load washers. Most of the time I put it all in a 7 load washer and use 2 dryers I am in and out in a hour and half or less. I would love to have one of those washers when I move. They are the bomb

Seems like the same, no matter which laundromat u go to .. ppl like to monopolize carts and machines . The laundromat in general is clean, and machines seem to work well, and i dont mind paying a little extra for that reason .

The machines are nice and new and supposedly are supposed to fit multiple loads, but I could only fit slightly over one load in the three load machine. That makes it much more expensive because Im practically paying 2-3x what I would elsewhere to do the same amount of laundry. I miss it when the past owner was there. I would come back if it were more affordable.

Hello I am a Buddhist, I do everything I can to be nice, and to spread positive vibes every where I go. I do this so that way we both have positive impactful days. Sami works at this landromat. I had to leave for one of my meetings and was coming back before she closed. When I came back she had everything wrapped up folded and taged. She said she did it so l, she wouldnt have to do it if I didnt come back when she closed. Thats it thats all, and thats why I plan on bringing more money to this laundromat. It is always kept up and clean. There is an attendant on duty. It was quite busy when I went in. But I seldom go in on a Monday. The middle of the week is a little less people using the place.

We are amazed by how cheap it was to do 8 loads of laundry, in 1 machine for 8 loads was $10 and to dry in 2 dryers was $5 and we payed by phone which helps during this coin shortage, totally recommend for families 😁💯

We came all the way from Oregon to do our laundry here... Ok not really. But we needed too since we had a long vacation stay in Tucson. The machines are brand new and the lady who works here this evening was very nice to us.

This place use to be great with the past owner the staff working there now are awful and watch over you like wardens its fustrating.... they make you put your laundry in the 4.25 machines. I make minimum wage I dont have 4.25 to spend on 1 load. I will never go there again I will drive farther and go some where else. I dont even want to give this place 1 star cause they are even worth that but this review thing makes me. Please save go elsewhere dont give this money hungry place your hard earned money.

I am deeply disappointed by this laundromat. The previous owner was friendly, helpful, and kind. The current management do not care if their machines are in working order or if they eat customers money. Added to that, they do not have hand towels or a means of drying ones hands in their bathroom. They do have a staff person present who is polite but not helpful at all. Overall, this is no longer the friendly neighborhood laundromat that it once was. Despite being conveniently located near my home, I will be reconsidering this as my regular laundry. Save your quarters and time; go someplace they care.
