So this place has become my regular favorite laundry Mat, a lil update driers now thin for 5 mins per quarter, thank you owners!Always clean, Ive been here twice this weekend. And its ALWAYS clean and has a welcoming vibe. Come do you laundry, the attendants are always nice and the machines are worth down doing the money

Staff is Friendly and the prices are good. They just need to add more time on the dryers or a set price something lol thats the only down fall because some dryers give you 5 minutes some give you 4 minutes per the Quarter. They should all give the same times I believe but other than that. I only go to this laundry mat in Tucson.

I did not realize how filthy that my clothes have been washing there. The dryers hardly ever work right. I found much better places. You need to fire worthless repair people. ****some of the machines were bad and not 1 dryer worked right out of 9 that we could use on the attendant side. I complained often. Try going to the laundry room at the 8300 block on Broadway. This place is great. Clean and all machines work well. Just saying,, I am about to leave Arizona. But if your customer looks around a little, he will not come back.

Overall, yes, the place is clean, the staff friendly, atmosphere cordial and so forth and so on.After reading numerous reviews and the owner replying with such praise as to their new machines I chose the new 55lb Maytag (@6.75). Before beginning I had asked the staff about it having a prewash. She assured me yes, so I tried loading soap but found the prewash dispenser blocked off allowing soap only to be placed in the 2nd chamber which typically would be the wash chamber. (Prewash, wash, bleach, Fab. Soft being common). I queried with the staff and she said she would be over. Well, young lady was being hammered what with wash/fold service so after over ten minutes I simply went ahead and loaded soap in 2nd chamber fed the quarters and commenced to getting. I thereafter informed the staff that the machine does not have a prewash and she again stated yes, and to feed soap into the first 2 Chambers. I told her the first one was blocked off allowing only the second. She again said shed be over. Another 15 minutes goes by and shes still slammed. So, joyfully I paid for the highest wash available which should have come with a prewash but since owner failed to list proper instructions AND blocked off the prewash soap dispenser (thus giving no credit to the fact that owners staff cant always break away for every peon like me as owner apparently believes) I will get my clothes washed with only the prewash of detergent placed into machine.OWNER: your staff are human, they have customers to deal with and will never be able to cowtow to morons who simply are confused by your lack of covering your bases. It should not be too much to hope that this will be a learning experience to you to BOTH a) have fully informed staff by informing them you blocked off Chambers, b) be compassionate to both staff and customer and list simple instructions so that people with 2 braincells can know where to stick what.(Hmmm? Pun intended?)Staff, you were great and maintained composure dispite clearly being overwhelmed.

The staff is friendly, the facility is clean. Some machines down but overall a good experience. I go at least once a month.

Love this laundromat since they have a wide verity of sized washers that are cheap to use and work great. The driers are a good size as well where you could fit up to 2-4 loads in them. The only thing I’d say I wish they had was an AC. It’s not a very comfortable environment when you have sweat dripping off of you. Other than that though, this is the laundromat I’ll always come to.

She was the biggest help and very kind. Would recommend this place to everyone. She kept it very clean and organized. Loved it

Probably my favorite laundry mat, almost every machine is in order, plus they are putting in new machines, its always clean, and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly.

Machines need to be wipe down better and there is no signs for social distancing or how many people allowed in at a time. Fairly clean could be better

Easiest laundromat to deal with. Quick. Painless.

I sadly but three stars Ill try to fix that. This store allows people to bring horse blankets covered in manure. If you notice the pure volume of the manure spread throughout all the machines a staff member will verbally assault you. If youre looking for a clean laundromat and friendly courteous go somewhere.

Vast selection of washing machine sizes ranging from your good ol standard capacity top loader to the Super Load machine. Used the whites cycle and unlike what some other reviews were saying it filled with a full tub of hot water so there is indeed hot water here. Another plus was there were more than enough rolling baskets for everyone. The premises was kept very clean and brightly lit. My biggest complaint and why Im not giving it 5 stars is the swamp coolers werent working right so it was almost unbearably hot in there. Get those coolers fixed and this will easily be a 5 star laundromat.

This place is full of crack heads and street wheres

I spent 13.50 on two the huge washers. Wasnt a bad deal. Got to the drying part. 4 minutes for a quarter. I split the remaining quarters out of 20.00, between 4 dryers. I still didnt have enough money left to dry them entirely. So now I have 8 huge comforters to take home and scatter across my house to finish drying them. Clean and people are nice, but drying isnt cheap.

Great place just wish they were open 24/7. Would make my life easier.

This wash has changed little on the last 15 years, which is because they have found a formula that works. Jo has always been kind and friendly to all who come in, and has several great stories. Any job would be lucky to have her as an employee. She runs this place very well!

Every time I have gone here its been super clean and easy going. Tonight I went and the older lady working there was super sweet. She told us which dryer works the best, gave us tips on getting stains out etc. Even made sure my fiancé remembered the soap since he was about to walk out the door without it. Also, they have a vending machine which has worked every time Ive gone in there, centipede and a racing game. Which both work. I know its just as laundromat but when someone is that nice and genuinely caring it makes you wanna go back and back again.

The price is right and the place is clean. There is an attendent on duty. Plenty of parking.

Good washers and drivers, but it was so hot in there! No a/c nor ventilation. I wound up going to my car to wait for my laundry because I couldnt take the heat. Thats really my only complaint. Machines were reasonably priced. I used different sizes, and cant recall exact cost of each. Sorry. Employee was nice and helpful, though difficult to understand at times. She had some difficulty understanding me, also, but we managed.♿ parking right in front and wheelchair accessible. Public WiFi available.Enough carts for everyone, which I rarely find elsewhere. Its an ok place. If I go back, it will be in the early morning or late evening. Or Ill sit in my at again...

Rude attendant and machine did not work but you cant get your money back. Also didnt put an out of order sign on it so others would lose money too. Attendant didnt listen and accused husband of calling her a name, which he didnt.

Sign says open till 11pm I arrived at 10:10pm ju neededto dry one load of laundry not wash but was told the store was closed tho the employee was still finishing loads inside ad well as another customer not upset I understand with the craziness going on recently that times are shortening that places are open but they could possibly put up new signage saying the temporary new hours or at least take down the ones saying Incorrect times of business

I do like this place. Ive been coming to this spot since Ive moved to the east side of Tucson. Ive tried other places and yikes.. I like this spot since most of the time the machines are in order and there is a attendant on duty. Plus wifi. I come and do my laundry and Im in and out within an hour and half. Weekends are busy. Tucson should have 24hr laundry facilities but its not happening. This place will get your laundry needs done.

Very clean, machines are clean, work grate & not expensive at all, they also have a dry cleaning there as well as counter person on duty during working hrs so if theres ever a situation problem U only have to go to the counter, TV, music, vending machines for drinks, snacks or laundry needs, one of the better laundry mats in town by far..

1st time back here in many years. 1st impression clean and spacious! Attendant was very friendly and helpful. There are quite a few people here it is Saturday morning, yet I dont feel crowded.

The washers are in Variety of sizes, that is a plus.

This place is great! I go here to do my big loads of laundry. The manager is friendly. She saw me with all my baskets and clothes and she even offered to help me take my things to my car. The place does have a few machines that do not work, but they are quick to fix that as well. They have a super load that I want to say fits up to 3 loads in 1, a smaller one that fits 2 loads, and of course the regular 1 loads. The dryers are by the quarter and are 4 minutes. Overall it is a great place, only bad thing I guess is that the times I have gone it is like the AC is out and it is sooooo hot.

When I first arrived I was thinking that this place was a nice place BUT I was mistaken. I tried to use the triple load industrial machine but it took my quarters with out starting. I went and informed the person in the back that the machine was not working and that I had to switch machines. The women at first did not understand what I was saying because there was a language barrier. I took her to the machine to show her which machine took my quarters and she told me that I was lying that the machine does not steal quarters. She then told me to move my clothing again to the machine. In order to not cause conflict I did as she told me. She then informed me that the machine locks and that it would count my quarters. I then put in more quarters as she suggested. After noticing that that machine did not count for the quarters I put in I told her that the machine did not account for the quarters that I put in and she said but it is working and that the machine does not steal quarters and that I must not have put in the quarters. She was watching me add in the quarters and then tells me that it did not steal them. I will not be returning to this location or any location that is associated with this company.

This place has the WORST customer service their washer machine left my clothes dry in the middle of the washer machine, asked attendant for a refund she had to call the manager he said that I put to much soap idk how that relates to not being wet in the middle of the clothes he wouldn’t let the attendant refund my money cause he says now to much clothes in the washer. When the attendant said she puts that amount of clothes in the $4.50 washer and I used the $7.00 washer but that was to much I will be glad to call the BBB about it

Vending machine supplies were not well-stocked. Washing machine didnt work. It left the detergent in the detergent tray. My load was basically washed with just water. A waste of $4.50 and my time. Many machines out of order.

When i got here i loaded my first load into the triple machine i notice something was off it was not filling up with water notified the employee working sweet lady she came over and fixed it. So then the machine started ithen noticed it was rinsing for about 30 mins i then notified her again she came over to the machine i had then told her i just want my clothes she called over her so called boss who was ignoring me and the employee he finally came over turned off the power got my clothes off and refunded me my money as im waiting on my other loads i notice the employee working her butt off doing a customers laundry and another customer goes to the counter and he very rudely calls her over and says you need to handle this now completely rude and unprofessional all while he is siting on his ass watching t.v

Thieves...the dryers give you5 min for25 cents and dont get hot. I dropped10 dollars and the drunk homeless people they let sit inside stole it and refused to admit they took it...shady and gross. Go elsewhere

I feel this place is over priced, no hot water and dryers do not work had to bring all my clothes home to hang dry.

I did not like using the facilities here. Everything is to in bad condition and the machines are not good quality to use. I would have gone somewhere else but did not have time to go to another laundromat. I will not be coming back to this one.
