Had a dryer that accepted payment, started then stopped and reset itself... staff on-site refused to even acknowledge the issue or offer refund... they basically left me screwed

Staff can be helpful. Its been in business for a while. When some thing goes down with your washer & dryer at home, it a plus to have this Thrifty Wash service.

Its a nice place to wash clothes. They maintain the machines quite well. Its definitely still a typical laundromat it gets very busy you get nice people that are courteous that realize were all in there we got to try to get along and then you get very pushy arrogant people unfortunately but all in all its a lot better than a lot of laundromats that Ive had to deal with and Im glad that they maintain their washers and dryers. The nice thing about that laundromat is they do have a place to go to the bathroom a sink to wash your hands or if you need to add water to prep your clothes, they also have a vending machine for drinks and then in vending machine for snacks and luckily both those machines are priced fairly a lot of laundromats have really expensive prices for trying to get snacks out of vending machines and luckily this place is not like that. The workers there have always been polite and courteous to me. Ive only had one worker not so polite or helpful Ive only run into that person twice luckily. The workers sweep up and mop up constantly maintaining the areas around the washers and dryers which is very nice.

Its ok but expensive fries are $0.25 for 5 min and regular washers are $2.00 more that anywhere else

The machines don’t dryThe machines eat your money, bums walk in and beg for money, and the owners don’t reimburse you when their machines done dry your clothes.... I was told to just use another machine after I lost 2$ in a machine that didn’t dry my clothes..... the manager just said tell us so we can fix it but they didn’t fix my problem but they fixed the Mexican persons issue...I will not be coming back... they help their own but if you aren’t Mexican you don’t get assistance

Closest to my house and Im thankful it is! Whenever my washer acts up I always go here! Its very clean, really good amount of folding space and plenty of washers and dryers! Affordable and everything is always working. Never had an issue with my clothes and everyone just minds their business.

Thrifty Wash? More like Shifty Wash.I gave the owner and machines the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time these machines leave a permanent white film/residue made of my detergent and whatever gunk floats around the pipes. I cant wash my clothes here again.

Kinda needs a good scrub inside - lots and lots of old machines that look as though they may not do such a good job of cleaning. The staff person was very nice - and he actually madenit a pleasant experience. Many No redund signs everywhere. Hmmmm?

I was very happy for the cheap wash and time efficient machines since, as a single mother of to, I try my best to get things done. I was almost finished folding nd about to get to the minor mess my kids had made (I make them clean up because what you learn young, sticks), when an employee charged out at me complaining of the fact that customers have to see my kids mess. Im sorry I dont have 8 arms to take care of everything. I was under the impression I was a customer at that point. It must be so hard running a laundromat with two employees on duty giving out the bathroom key. She kindly asked me to refrain next time. Dont worry, rude lady, there wont be a next time.

This place is close to my house and easy to get to on the bus. I know the owners and one of their employees and they are very nice people and willing to help you with any problems you might have with their machines.

Dont really like this laundromat, the I guess her name is Elsie, always breathing down our necks when were trying to do our laundry, yelling at my husband because he closed a washer door a little bit harder than she thought he should of, she gave him grief about the amount of dog hair left in the washer when he laundered the dogs blankets, and on more than one occasion, machines ate at least two dollars, and they DO NOT reimburse at all, also the last time we were there, it was so hot in the laundromat we couldnt hack it because they cant fix the coolers.

So the girl starts closing half the side at 8 and it suppose to close later. She doesnt want to stay after and clean so she does that. Which sucks because the other side is where the big washers are at and you cant wash blankets in the machines that are available.

Horrible laundromat. Washers don’t wash clothes properly and the customer service from the worker is non existent. Machine took $2 and she blamed me and said they weren’t responsible. Wish I could give it no starts. Won’t be coming here again.

If I could rate this place no stars that would be ideal.. I usually come here to dry my clothes and have no issues until this evening I arrived at 10:20 pm sign said still open and hours Sunday is until 12am.. I walk in and there is a man cleaning floors.. It looked like he was getting ready to close so I asked him if I can just dry my clothes then he asked how many loads? I told him about 4 to 5 and then he said as long as you dont wash then I mentioned the hours on the door saying open until 12 am then he said I know but since theres really no one here I wanna leave already. Im sorry but to me thats rude and not how you run a business if you wanna go home earlier then change your hours.. Its not my fault no one is using your facility at this time if your hours say till 12 am and its not a holiday then stick to your hours and dont complain

Offel service, they witnessed a machine take my coins and didnt refund me or offer to get the machine going for me since i already paid . now i dont ask for more quarters if i lose them in the machine because I dont want to have to tell the little old nana off

They have a card you get stamped. 20 stamps gets you 1free wash on a 3loader. Machines wash kinda ok
