My first time in Tucson location I felt that the lady who treated my face didn’t listen to me at all. I told her that the laser is not the correct laser and she ignored me. I told her to do both my lip-lines she didn’t she said she did but I always fell the laser and pain in that area and I know she didn’t. She didn’t do my cheeks and she just ignored me while I was telling her about how from the other location they have to use a stronger laser because I am not loosing hair after 14 treatments. She didn’t double check the leaser heat. And I know she did wrong laser because even with my appointments they kept telling me that they must be every 6 weeks but when I said no the lady behind the desk check again and saw that I was right. I can not say enough of how ignored I felt. I want to understand that some people are way to strict and they can only do as they are dictated, but she mistakes this business with her own. I am sure that the company wants to give a good service

Ive been coming for over 3 years now, unfortunately I have not seen any permanent results nor do I feel I will. Ive only had 1 review since starting my treatments, not very accommodating since they are only able to schedule reviews a certain time and day and going to school ft and working ft it made it hard. Staff is nice.

Simplicity has been great trough out my whole experience. I received laser hair removal on my chest & abdomen. I purchased the membership on Groupon and I attended for 18months. It was my first time thought it was pricey until the end of my sessions when my hair wasn’t growing back. For sure worth it!! All the staff are cool my tech was Jenifer and she’s amazing! Overall experience was great

I haven’t started treatment yet but Sage helped me sign up and figure out what areas are eligible for treatment. She has answered my myriad of questions quickly and completely! She is super helpful and if the treatment works as well as she does I can’t wait to see the results!

I very rarely write reviews but I have to get the word out about this place! First of all the ladies are so friendly and professional. Initially I was very apprehensive about getting laser hair removal but after meeting with the technician (Caitlyn) and being educated about these treatments I was able to make my decision to commit. Jen and Pearl are also amazing technicians! They all make me feel at ease and always check on my comfort level. I am having fantastic results and am so glad I decide to finally do this for myself! I was diagnosed a couple years ago with PCOS which causes hair growth in unwanted areas and it’s very hard to manage and get rid of. Choosing Simplicity Laser has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only are my results effective and working, the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and kind. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or ashamed in the clinic. As a plus size women, it can be nerve wracking but this team is the best at making me comfortable with getting treatments. They do everything in their power to make sure I’m comfortable during treatments; very gentle, Sanitary and non-judgemental. They have amazing prices and packages and there’s always promotions. They remember me by name each time and always engage in conversation about my life which makes me feel special each time I’m in. I’ve been a client for about a year-and-a-half now and I can say Simplicity Laser has boosted my confidence like no other. This place is so great! The staff is really knowledgeable, nice and friendly. I signed up for 3 areas and after the first session I already seen results. At each appt they always go over all my questions and what I should expect. Great deal for the price! Highly recommend.

I waited to write this review- I’ve been going to Simplicity for 2 years. I know everyone is different however, it’s hard to believe that I’m not completely hairless after 21 underarm treatments & 13 brazilian treatments. I don’t know of a single person who has done this many treatments, ever. I’m very disappointed, feels like money wasted. Additionally, up until 6 months ago, I noticed there’s a spot in the Brazilian area that the hair was very think as if it’s never been treated before. I schedule a review & I’m told that there’s one areas in the Brazilian that cannot be laser due to sensitivity. How come I wasn’t told this at my consultation? Why am I finding out 3 treatments before my contract is over? I personally wouldn’t recommend Simplicity just because of my results. Everyone is super friendly, nice, they made me feel welcomed each time. Really do your research before signing up. I will not be reviewing my contract and I’ll be going elsewhere.

I have been going to simplicity for about a year now and I have waited to write a review to see the long term results. Overall, I am very happy. I have had 7 sessions of underarm treatment and I have 70% less hair than I used to and it is finer as well. (I have very black body hair). I am also 5 treatments into my brazilian treatment and I have seen about a 30% reduction. This could be due to hormones or the fact that several times I misunderstood the guidelines of clean shaven and shaved the day of my appointment. Dont do that. The treatment actually works better if you have a little stubble, so shaving 24 hours beforehand is the best idea. Thats my only advice. They dont really sit down and explain the process with you at simplicity and I am still a little weary of the fact that they recommend 12 to 16 treatments to see full results when other places say 5 to 8, but I havent gone anywhere else, the price is right, and I do see results. If youre on the fence, try one of their packages and make up your own mind. Thats what I did.

Awful place, they totally waste your money. It takes several treatments to see results. Their settings are very very low. The clinic manger is awful she was absolutely no help or any assistance. She was very rude to me and snippy when I asked questions about my treatment. Just don’t go here trust me! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Do not use them! I went to them for two years, and when I decided to stop service they charged me 200$, when I dident sign a contract! And then they charged a credit card if mine for another 100$ when it was not authorized!

The girls that work there are very pushy with sales. When I walked to the front to reschedule I had said I wanted a sunscreen, both the receptionist and tech aggressively took control and both started showing me sunscreens. Once I went to pay for the sunscreen I herd the 2 girls bickering over who gets the sale. It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable like I am just commission to them. They definitely need to learn how to act professional and take better care of customers.

I hate Simplicity Laser so much. I really feel taken for my money. Except for about 2 in-person staff members- I find the team to be rude and inflexible. After an 18 month contract, at $80/month, I’ve seen unreliable results. Staff does not listen to my concerns and are totally inflexible to my requests (I think I know my body and hair growth pretty well). You can tell they are a corporate run business with with business (not client) centered practices. They are focused on my money. They were also totally inflexible during Covid and the time I could not attended during then pandemic. I WISH I COULD HAVE MY MONEY AND TIME BACK. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANY ONE.

The Manager Pearl and her staff are beyond amazing! I have been going for little over a year and I LOVE my results so far. The scheduling hours are very accommodating for all different life schedules. They are always willing to answer any and all questions about the process, your results or other areas you may be interested in. Very inviting, professional, and always kind. They are up front about expectations and if the level of pain is too much they offer options to help. Every time I walk in I am greeted by name. Every time I have a treatment we have true genuine conversation a while the procedure is happening. I highly recommend Simplicity Laser to any and all people.

No availability to book an appointment for seriously 2 months, all the while they’re cashing in on your monthly membership. This time the excuse was holidays but it’s not the first time I’ve had this problem with them. Oh and if you want to cancel 200$ fee. Save yourself the frustration and sign up with a company that can supply their demand better.

Refusing service to frontline workers simply for working the frontlines then not offering a refund without a $200 fee. If you kept your business clean and took proper precautions it would not be an issue. Disappointing. I will never give my money to this business.

Best place ever!!!!Big difference in the hair growth and honesty its almost gone... Jennifer made my experience with this place is the best. However, she was the one I started the treatment with and I was scared because I always hear that laser treatment is painful because its heat and she took the time and explained everything for me and how the process will be and how I wont feel the heat ... She is sweet and the most kind person I dealt with. Through the treatment she keeps asking me if Im doing okay and if I need a second because sometimes I get sensitive around my mensural cycle. I told two of my friends about this place and they are happy with the result just like the way I am.

I’ve been seeing Rachel for my treatments. She thorough and fast. She makes me feel comfortable each time. I have had great results. I would highly recommend seeing her for any treatments. This place is the best when it comes to laser hair removal. I have been to places in the past where I got burned from the treatments.

So due to covid 19...I havent been able to come on for over 2 months which is fine. But now they are not allowing any healthcare workers in within 24 hours. The thing that makes me angry is that this WAS NOT included on my voicemail and I have a 45 min drive to get here. I feel like I am being punished for taking care of those are fighting for their lives.

Everyone there are extremely profession and so friendly! Grace helped me when I first walked in. I have had laser hair removal in the past. Ali puts the other company to shame! Ali talked to me as if I was a friend of hers. I was able to ask her anything. She is super motivated and projects the love for her career. The laser they use is awesome. In my past experience I felt and heard the machine with every click. This laser just feels like it rolls over your skin. I didnt really believe that she did anything at first. I am writing this the day after my first treatment. I have no pain or swelling. I would recommend this place to everyone! After 6 sessions in one small area, I’ve seen little to no results. I also developed a small bumpy red rash after my second session that took about two weeks to heal. They’re very pushy! They will try to up sell you an expensive monthly membership every time you go in to see actual results. The girl doing the service will “offer” it and so will the girl that checks you in and out. Even after you say no, politely, several times. They will even try to push you to buy a gel/lotion for extra sales. I asked if it speeds up the process or if it helps lessen the hair in any way, their scripted response was something like “it’s a restorative gel for in between treatments.” Aside from the lack of results, my biggest disappointment has been the service. It’s VERY corporate. Facility doesn’t feel like a spa to me, more of like an urgent care clinic. No way to reach your local facility without calling their 1800 call center - sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. I used a Groupon deal to try them out and boy do I feel like my money and time don’t matter. You are just a number and your session is very rushed, 2 minutes - tops. If you have an emergency or can’t make your appointment you can “buy back your appointment for $20” which is a different way of saying, there’s a $20 fee (even if you pre-purchased the package through Groupon like I did). Since the appointment is so short (2 min) I took my daughter with me once (the facility is kind of far and we were running errands so I didn’t feel like it made sense to run all over town for a 2 min session) they made me feel like I brought in a dog to their facility. She cannot be in the room with me (understandable) and she cannot wait in the lobby or outside/near their facility. Something about “for insurance purposes”. I work across town and was happy that they offered evening appointments, traffic was horrible one day and got there maybe 10 - 15 minutes late. I was hoping to talk to them and still make it in, it was still about 5 minutes till closing and instead they had closed shop and left for the day. Had they at least worked the full shift I could have spoken to someone in person about my situation and had a reschedule and a good experience. I spoke to the manager the following day and she was not very helpful or accommodating, she did tell me that if the last appointment of the day is even a minute late, their staff is allowed to leave early for the day. I was beyond excited to try them out, I had been wanting to treat myself to laser hair removal for a long time. I purchased two Groupons at two different facilities and used them around the same time (different parts of my body) and the results and service were far superior at the other facility, they even let my daughter wait in the lobby!!! Mom’s are not appreciated here. Please go somewhere else! I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review before. Tucson is a town that thrives on local businesses and we’re used to a very high level of service. This place is horribly disappointing.

However, they are all great and make sure you have everything you need. Ive been going for about a year and have had no issues with my treatments nor the staff. This is my third appointment with them and they are fantastic! They are flexible (I added areas last second), completely understanding and explain everything to you. If you have questions or concerns they have no problem taking the time to talk things out with you. Surprisingly, the laser removal process isnt even that painful. Extremely happy with my decision to go through with this (all started due to a Groupon deal) and highly recommend.

I am interested in getting the full body for 1 year laser treatments, but I am weary after reading all the negative reviews. It seems there’s a lack of customer service and appreciation when people are spending so much money. That’s where I have a problem! I am also noticing a lot of the negative reviews are from minorities, possibly with a darker skin tone than Caucasian and it makes me wonder if there’s a racial issue here. I also noticed that the owner doesn’t reply to the negative reviews to try and resolve the issues with their customers, but only respond to the 5 star reviews which shows a big lack in customer service. It’s quite sad that a business would operate in this manner rather than show customer appreciation to have loyal customers that would be willing to vouch for simplicity by word of mouth. I know the owner will not respond to this review based on prior reviews I’ve read, so with that being said I will not waste my money and time with a company that can care less about my experience and is only here for the money with something so intimate as laser hair removal. I will be looking elsewhere.

Best experience EVER. Staff is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I went in with old lady facial hair (you know, the dark kind that crops up when women get to a certain age), and I felt a bit like a mildly bearded lady. Zap goes the laser, and over the course of about 10 months, it was GONE. Not the white hairs of course, but all the rest. No mustache and no beard. Why didnt I do this 15 years ago? Highly recommend.

Service is friendly and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable with any procedure. It is clean and looks very nice walking in. Laser removal works great as long as you follow their instructions and recommendations. Will continue my treatments with them for sure.

My treatment went fine but I wont be renewing with Simplicity again. My reason is their cancellation policy. I was about 10 min. late for an appointment due to some road work being done on the street for the 2 blocks before the store. Now, mind you, I had driven down the same street 2 days prior and there was zero issue or notification of any. They wouldnt take me and re-scheduled but I ended up unable to do that appoint. and tried to cancel. New schedule was for a Tuesday and I tried to call on Sunday but they arent open on Sunday so I called again on Monday and was told that I would lose a treatment because it wasnt a 48 hour notice.They dont give credit when theyre late but are quick to dock you. For a 10-15 min appoint its a little over the top.

I was not impressed with either my experience with this company nor my results. I previously had areas treated by ideal image and had great results. I ended up trying simplicity because I thought it could save me money. But I ended up spending $2000 and none of my treated areas are completely clear. Even the areas they were just retreating have more hair than areas that had never been treated. Extremely disappointing. In the long run I think I would pay the same amount at simplicity as I would ideal, it would just take much longer at simplicity to get the same results. I also wasn’t really impressed with the team that worked there. They always rushed appointments, I felt they were dismissive when I would tell them areas they had missed. And just generally left feeling negative about my experience there. Had several instances where I was contacted to reschedule because their equipment broke and it would take weeks to get back in. And if you ever have to cancel it will take at least a month. My warning is that although this seems to be a good deal, you end up paying for months we’re you don’t get seen because they are too busy, they are not aggressive with treatment as I had to request they turn the lazer higher several times because I wasn’t seeing enough results after 1.5 years of treatment. Their goal is to continue treatment for as long as possible to continue charging you. Where ideal is aggressive (in a good way) to get you results within a set amount of appointments.I wouldn’t recommend this business to my friends or family.

Jennifer was not as polite as these reviews say I had to write a real review not a paid review. Don’t go here! If we all stop going and not deal with the fraudulent work here they will have to shut down.

Heres the facts. Laser hair removal does not take a year per area. 4 or 5 treatments is all it should take. Simplicity simply doesnt want it to only take 4 or 5 visits. They want your money for as long as they can get it.Please just go somewhere honest.They simply do not use the equipmentat the power needed to remove hair.We call this bait and switch you buy a service at what you believe to be a reasonable cost and then they convince you that it will take more time and upsale you for much more money.Please dont fall for this, go elsewhere.

Rachel was my tech today for my very first laser appointment! I was super excited and a little nervous but she explained everything in depth and made me feel at ease! I’m so excited for my future appointments.

Staff was very accommodating when I arrived late. The staff who did my laser was so knowledgeable and, I had such a great experience today I felt like I needed to give her credit for walking me through each step and, truly went above and beyond to make my experience so great! I have had a few sessions done but, not more areas and, she customized the settings due to my chart questions I answered. For anyone waiting to try laser dont wait! I cant tell you how long I wait because I am always so careful and afraid of trying anything. My appointment was at 4:50 today if that helps! Thank you.

Amazing staff, always friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I have gotten amazing results and would recommend Simplicity Laser in Tucson to everyone! Anyone who is looking for great hair reduction in those stubborn and even not so stubborn places would benefit from the amazing environment and simply beautiful staff!

$20 fee to reschedule an appointment is ridiculous, especially when you call the day before to cancel due to being stuck in a snow storm in another state. They already take $99 a month and still want to charge me $20 more. When I can’t make it when it’s out of my control and they show no empathy is when I’m not happy with their service.

I had a great first experience. Clinic is clean and service was fast and explained clearly. Staff was very friendly. I was so impressed.

Have been going to get laser hair removal treatment for over a year and every time its a great experience, Jennifer is always nice and patient . I would really recommend coming in to have treatment done you will not regret it.

First of all they have the most affordable price for hair removal out there. Already there is a difference after one treatment. This company is the best.

The laser hair removal doesnt work. It looks like its working, but thats only because youre shaving on a near constant basis. Stop shaving for longer than 7 days and all the hair grows back just as thick and black as it ever was. Cant make an appointment? They charge you $20 on top of your monthly membership fee. They dont remind or warn you about the missed appointment fee, they just charge it. Show up on time for your appointment? Well then you wait 15 - 20 mins while those that showed up after you get taken care of or better still, you sit outside in the heat because they ALL TAKE LUNCH TOGETHER AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. What business does that? None that I know of but Simplicity. Decide, after a year of laser treatments, that their laser is useless? They charge you $200 to stop receiving treatments. Yeah, thats right, they charge you $200 because youre going to stop paying them. PS They also list ALL of their locations under one with the BBB so I cant even specifically review or lodge a complaint against the location on Swan Rd in Tucson, AZ. I have to review and lodge a complaint against the one on Speedway instead. Lame.

I’ve been going for a while. I just saw a tech named Ally and she is probably one of the best people there. It was a wonderful experience, Thanks to her knowledge and attitude.

The service is good, but beware of the billing dept. once they get your credit card they never stop using it. Get everything in writing!!

I had the worse experience, service was horrible Jennifer was one of the rudest snarkiest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’m reading these reviews and it sounds like it’s family or friends. My hair is still there after completing my treatments on top of that I was treated roughly. Don’t go! Go to another place
