I saw Vanessa on Aug. 20, 2021. I was a few minutes late and she was clearly annoyed and acted as if she was doing me a favor just seeing me. She didnt introduce herself when she approached me and mentioned twice, during our session, that I was late and she would have to cut our time short because she had another appointment right after mine. She started our session by suddenly zapping me in the face with an instrument and then said, thats what the laser feels like. She didnt even prepare me or explain what I could expect! I checked, after my session, to see if indeed she had another appointment. She didnt! She was just standing around to the side of the hallway as I went past.Even worse, although I told her I did not have either product she told me to put on my skin, she did not seem to care. She didnt offer to put anything on. I had to call on friends to bring me some products. Needless to say, I wanted nothing more to do with her but had already booked my next appointment.A few days later, I called and asked to speak with her supervisor. Elizabeth answered the phone. She was so kind, polite, and professional that I felt bad that I had gotten upset when leaving a message earlier that day. She promptly and professionally scheduled me with someone else. She very skillfully de-escalated me to the point where the only thing I could do was be nice to her in return. After speaking with her I felt so much better and had changed my mind about cancelling my business with 360. After my visit with Laura, the Cosmetics Supervisor, today I told Elizabeth that she was an outstanding employee and said I would hire her in a heartbeat if I had my own company.Today I had a session with Laura, and what a difference! She was so nice! She carefully and thoughtfully explained everything about the process and what I should expect. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. AND she put some product on my face when she was done. What a relief to find two such amazing people. Try this place. If you have an unpleasant experience, ask for a supervisor. It will be worth it!Thank you Laura and Elizabeth

I love the ReNew360! I cant say enough good things about this place. Everyone there is so friendly and Dr. Hu just makes the package complete. Id highly recommend this ReNew360! The services offered and the expertise along with the staff is the very best.

Dr.Hu & her staff are all absolutely FABULOUS! If youre looking for a new place, this is it!I recently attended a Botox & Filler Happy Hour, I received an invite viae-mail & this was my first rodeo with ReNew 360.Im not new to fillers, the previous place I was going was just ok. So, when I received the invite I figured why not?!To my surprise, her entire staff was kind, knowledgeable & professional!Laura is such a wealth of knowledge! She was amazing! She answered so many of my questions. At Renew 360 they offer so much more than just fillers & botox, there are so many new treatments that Dr. Hu is providing.I met Dr. Hu & she is absolutely lovely, she has this very fun & fresh approach to esthetics, she looks so beautiful! Seriously, you should see he skin! She shared with me new ideas & treatments, she recommended a couple of things Ive never even heard of. I left feeling like my old place was in the Stone Age & was super impressed. Ok, fast forward a few days... I looked in the mirror this am & I swear she took years off. YEARS!Im a very busy professional, I normally dont write reviews but Tucson needs to know this is THE place for Aesthetics.***** If I could leave 10 stars I would !*****
