EWC’s mask policy is ridiculous. Customers need to wear one when they walk in but remove it for a lip wax? Staff said it would no longer be a requirement for fully vaccinated people but it still is as of July… this policy fuels vaccination scepticism.

Leah has been my eyebrow service professional for several times now and I dont plan on changing her. She has been a mvp and I 100% recommend her to any friends, family, or new, future European Wax clients. Kind, skillful, attentive and makes you feel incredibly comfortable during the service everytime. 5 stars!

Love this place! All staff I have encountered are super friendly and accommodating. Products are also good (I mostly get the scrubs/exfoliating products). They use hard wax - only complaint is that sometimes it runs a bit too hot esp on more sensitive skin areas. First time customers get free wax and I always recommend to everyone I can 😊

I had a very mediocre experience with my last visit so I decided not to tip as I always did (have been a customer since this location was opened), however Front Desk pressured me to tip.

Arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment at 10:15am. Waited outside until 10 mins after my appointment. Called the number and was told that the manager called out. The scheduler had a note saying the manager called to let me know and left a voicemail at 9:28am. I received a call from a restricted number and NO voicemail letting me know. EXTREMELY unprofessional! My only option was for the other 1st Ave office WAY on the other side of town. Also, appointments are shown for Sundays on the app, but apparently they are closed on Sundays.

Went in for an eyebrow wax to the Park Place location. With all the craziness of Covid, the ladies were so nice and professional. Danielle was my waxer, she so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with my brows when finished. Always a great experience when I am there. Thank you ladies!!!

Claudia is AMAZING. So friendly, so professional, and fantastic at what she does. Over my 10 years of waxing I have tried multiple waxers at multiple locations (EWC and otherwise) and I have never found someone that even compares to her. When I go in for my appointment it feels more like having a catch-up coffee date with a best friend rather than a painful waxing appointment. This girl is a huge asset to the company and deserves a raise. Thank you, Claudia, for being so wonderful!

Professional and relaxed

Great experiences here, Ive been going for about 6 months. After trying a few people I highly recommend a waxer named Amanda. She does a great job and minimizes the pain well.

Amanda is undoubtedly the best wax specialist in Tucson. Her technique is exceptional - she leaves no hairs behind while managing to keep skin free from irritation. Beyond that, she is professional, compassionate, and funny! I recently moved away and must say I will never find another like her.

Valerie is amazing at what she does. I have tried other places, other therapists within EWC and no one compares. I get a Brazilian done with her. I always buy the pass to save a little cash, and because I know Ill always go back! As long as Valerie is here I will always go!

Love, love, love this place. Ive only had one experience here that wasnt perfect and even though it sucks my brows are a little crooked from it, the new girl I saw is able to fix the problem. Theyve got great prices, wax women & men, and all super nice and professional. If youre looking for a new place to do your waxing def give them a try.

I got my eyebrows waxed for the very first time here and it was complimentary. Right when I got there the ladies were kind of like salesmen trying to pressure me into buying products and packages to get my brows done in the future. I dont like feeling pressured to do things I dont want to do, It was definitely awkward and made me feel uncomfortable right off the bat. I got my eyebrows waxed and left the salon, I look in the mirror and I know they say sisters not twins but these eyebrows werent even related! I went home and plucked the best I could to match them up. The next morning I woke up and had little whiteheads all above my eyebrows, I figured it was probably normal, I washed my face, they all popped but looked a little irritated. I went about my day, night time rolls around I couldnt help but notice the pimples were all back and white again. This is not normal for my face I dont get acne hardly ever and definitely not like this. The lady that waxed my eyebrows even complimented how nice, smooth, and clear my skin was. The next day I wake up and the bumps are now huge, irritated,extremely red and little white heads everywhere, again! Today is now day four, I woke up and they are still there extremely red, irritated and white with pus. my skin is so bad around my eyebrows I literally want to cry. Im beginning to think maybe its infected because every morning and night these little red bumps fill back up with white pus, like a whitehead but they wont go away. Sometimes I will get a pimple here and there but it will be gone and the swelling will be gone by the next day. Ive never had any acne last this long or appear this way and keep getting white over and over with no improvement. Its extremely upsetting and scary I dont want to go in public I cant even cover it up with makeup.

After receiving a call from the EWC manager concerned about my experience, I decided to give this establishment another chance and glad I did Moira did a fantastic job, she was pleasant, gentle, the wax was a comfortable temperature as well as the room temperature perfect. Its rare I give a low rating so Im pleased to be able to edit this review. Its the customer service from one person that can make a difference.

Great customer service. I love that I can go to someone reliable for my waxing needs. The privacy is also a huge plus. Separate rooms for sessions not on display like Benefits brow bar.

Ive gone only a couple of times.Pros:Ive never had my eyebrows worked on by anyone else but myself before so I was a little nervous. I now have been there twice and both times Cameron has been amazing! I feel very comfortable around her. She has amazing customer service and excellent skills with eyebrows.Cameron you are awesome and cant wait to see you in a couple of weeks. I look forward to walk in and get pampered.Cons:The front desk people arent as friendly and kind of intimidating to confront. I wish there were magazines I could sit and read.Once in get into the room i feel more relaxed. I love this place and Cameron is awesome.

I guess its hit or miss. The place is very clean and the staff is lovely. I didnt like the sales pitch. I Dont mind being educated on deals and whatnot but it was super lengthy. My eyebrows the first time were great! Beautiful shape, painless, awesome. Just came for my 2nd wax and YIKES. My shape is horrible, it still burns like crazy. My hair hardly grows on my eyebrows so this sucks.

Best location Ive ever been to! I highly recommend you try this wax center. Fast, efficient, clean and friendly. If youre a first time customer you get 1/2 price on a brazilian or a free eyebrow. Definitely stop in if youre nearby.

I went in for underarms an full Brazilian wax the worker who took me was amazing she’s nice I felt comfortable The under arms turned out fine but once I got home I noticed I had a good amount of hair left on the Brazilian like stubbles an some long hairs honestly for $100 it should be nothing left at all kinda bummed about it

It is the waxer Tashua that gets all 4 stars. The receptionist today had a total attitude and if it were not for Tashua, I would never go back there. I didnt get the receptionists name but she was rude and snotty and if I acted like that at my job, I would get fired.

I clean the one at park mall its a very nice place floors bath room and windows are easy to keep clean, they do not do to much food waste in the trash, their focus is on cleints, not eating. Its young nice place...

I was really nervous to get my full Brazilian done but Meg was really cool and listened to me. She took her time during my freak out moments which I very much appreciated. Next time I will know what to expect and wont be as nervous. My husband went in with me and it really wasnt an awkward experience at all! Thank you!

I’ve been here a couple times and both times I saw the waxed Sara. She’s really professional and did a good job on my eyebrows so they didn’t look feminine. The girls that check you in are nice too.

I went to get Brazilian at the park place location, typically when I get my Brazilian they hurt with excruciating pain but I Kid you not the waxer Courtney some how managed to wax me pain free, it almost felt good. I was very impressed and my skin was not irritated after. She pointed out that my hair grows in different direction so she really knows what she is doing. I recommend anyone whose biggest fear is the pain of waxing or anyone who is constantly feeling discouraged when they go get heir waxing to try Courtney.

I wasnt sure what to expect when coming in there for a Brazilian however my experience went well. They place was very clean and the people who worked there were very professional. They shared with me tips and products to avoid ingrown hairs and they were knowledgable in everything I asked about. The process was a little nerve racking at first but they made me feel comfortable so I was able to relax as time went on. It was a fairly fast process and I will be going back.

Sara is your girl! She is a master at eyebrows and makes a Brazilian go by without a breeze. Been going to her for a while now and just can’t say enough. It’s a great location and is super clean!

Very pushy people, the service of waxing is good but they keep selling you other products and they didnt even ask if you want to purchase, the girl just took the product off the shelf and gave it to the cashier. They do it to every client. They also keep asking for you to get their packages. This was a turn off...

Kira my front desk lady was very kind. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. I got checked in and ready to go in less than a minute. I was there for 45 minutes waiting until I finally asked how much longer the wait would be. She said they were running a little behind and the wax heater was having problems plus there was another person waiting before me. It would have been nice to know 30 minutes ago that they were at least an hour to an hour and a half behind schedule. I finally just told her to cancel my appointment and didnt even put in an effort to make me a return customer. She is done with her today.

The wax specialist I had was really kind and helpfull she really did make me feel confident. The room was secluded private and relaxing. This was my first visit and I wasnt quite sure what to expect but overall it was a good experience. My eyebrows werent perfect but they were alot better than when I walked in. The prices are alittle high but I guess in this case your paying for the privacy and relaxing bed.

I went in for a full Brazilian wax and underarms . I was pretty nervous about Brazilian since it was my first, but the Lady assured me it will be ok. The wax was very hot but I assumed I was just being sensitive.She was extremely friendly and we talked up a storm. After She informed me I had a few stubble like hairs left and once all my hair grew in all at once??? Even though I hadnt shaved in a month just to get this done.she was great with my underarms no problem. Once I got home I went to take a look at the Brazilian wax and noticed there was more then Few hairs left. There was actually long hairs that were left as well. Im sad to say but Im highly dissatisfied since I had to struggle to pluck that left overs hairs.After spending almost 100$ I expected my wax to be much cleaner.

I used to book all of my appointments at this Euro Wax Center, and it was great, but I feel that the service has really gone downhill recently, for various reasons. For my last appointment, I had asked for my usual waxer. When I came in for my appointment, not only did I have to wait an extra half hour, but my waxer had been re-assigned to someone else without my knowing. Being waxed is a vulnerable experience, and you’re trusting someone with your brows, etc., so I was very disappointed. Moreover, the manager kept repeating that this was why she was hired—apparently this particular European Wax Center has been having a lot of issues with customer service recently. I will not be going back, and do not recommend this particular wax center (although Euro Wax generally does a good job).

I stopped in last minute for a back wax because were going on vacation, and I have to say compared to other places Ive been this hurt way less and went by very fast.

I drove 30+ mins because i was going out of town the next day and wanted to get another bottle of their lotion however they were CLOSED! it was 710pm and they are supposed to be open until 8pm. i wasted this drive and if this is how they operate business i will no longer go there!

NOT 9-6!!Also, TBH I havent been to this new location YET, but my sister has and I have been to their other locations in town, and we all have had WONDERFUL experiences!! They use a unique, great product...unlike any other regular wax. It doesnt make you red or have a reaction immediately afterwards and it doesnt hurt as much as regular hot waxing with strips can. They are all extremely professional and the best part is, YOUR FIRST WAX WITH THEM IS TOTALLY FREE!! And whenever I refer someone there, I get a $5 credit towards my next service. They offer great package deals and other products like brow gels and even a special restoring serum that helps your brows grow back fuller and thicker if youve had issues with them in the past, like I myself have had.Try it yourself, I mean, its free anyways...so theres nothing for you to lose. Fast, friendly, work done very well!

My first visit there was a complimentary bikini wax. I was very pleased with the service but didnt go back for a while because I was too busy. Fast forward about 11 months and Im wanting to get my eyebrows and upper lip done, they ask if I would like the same esthetician as last time and I say sure. They schedule me for noon, I show up right on time but my esthetician is running a little behind. At first I think no big deal, but after 30 minutes goes by I get pretty upset. I finally an seen 35 minutes after my appointment. Not only am I seen late but I walk out with (no joke) two completely different eyebrow shapes and she waxed within my brow line, so now Im looking all kinds of awkward. They ask if Id like to come back in 4 weeks and I say sure, thinking she can hopefully fix this mess. Well, fast-forward 4 weeks (which is today) and I adore up for my 11:00 appointment, they tell me my esthetician is running about 15 minutes behind, I say okay Ill go next door to Starbucks and be right back, I come back at 11:13 and the woman at the front desk tells me that my esthetician took back another client and its going to be another 15 minutes!!! At this point Im completely fed up. I have a small baby and I cant just sit and wait. Even if I didnt have a small child, it is just rude and bad practice to treat your clients this way. I do not feel valued as a customer and I have taken my business to Wink n Wax on Swan where they see me on time and give me even brows.

Go see Jamie for your Brazilian! She is so fast and makes it so comfortable to be exposed she is friendly and always tells me about what products will help my ingrowns, Ive been seeing her for about 4 months now, and I havent had one since! Thank you Jamie!
