This is the best Chuze location and it’s all because of the amazing staff! I went this morning to do team training and I was really nervous. I’m not the most fit and I’m really shy when it comes to working out. I took the team training class with Frankie and he was so kind and attentive. Also, the guy up front (I didn’t get his name but he has light curls) was so sweet too and encouraged me to go in. I’ve taken a yoga class with Savannah and she is amazing and attentive as well. And I can’t forget about Rachel!! She’s amazing and she’s very helpful. The staff up front is amazing!!! I don’t know any of their names but they are soooo kind. Thank you to all of you! If you are nervous about taking classes or even how to use a machine this Chuze is the best!

My gym, clean, friendly staff, mask optional, and full of people who want to live their best life and be their best self. I dont ever feel judged when I walk into the gym. The restroom staff is quick but thorough. I do see the staff walk around regularly to maintain cleanliness on the equipment, which makes me feel even better about working out here. Tucson mall choose fitness is my gym.

I hadnt experienced this new location but became quite fond of it once I asked for and received a tour of the digs. Plenty of space and equipment to serve the needs of members. I recommend the More membership, as you have access to pretty much everything in the house (training sessions/trainers and some classes are extra). Great gym and great people providing great services - definite 5-star.

Very clean gym they have a pool sauna hydro massage tanning and a super friendly staff

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it is so darn popular now that the pandemic guidelines are looser. Even non-peak hours are busier than usual. However, everyone is practicing proper wipe downs and sanitizing their stations. If you want to get a 1hr workout, give yourself 2 hours so you can spend 15 minutes to find a parking spot, use the locker, find available equipment, and wait your turn to use the weights. This is by no means a turn off, I highly recommend this place, Just give yourself more time than you expect and if you get your workout done sooner then great! Otherwise, you wont be rushed if it takes you an hour longer to do what you came to do.

Been going here for a few weeks now, and other than issues with some of the patrons, Chuze has been the best gym Ive been a member of yet! Excellent equipment, great amenities, (relatively) cheap shake bar, and a friendly (Mask-wearing!) staff team! I would like to see a return to 24h and for a less lax approach to mask wearing amongst customers but realistically there is only so much that can be done.

They are very polite and helpful. And their drinks they make taste awesome. I had their chocolate thinny mint and they have add ins too. The only part that made me and my daughter sad was that the guest you can bring with can not use the pool. She was all excited to take me to her gym and us go swimming together but I was not allowed in I could only use the basic equipment.

Love working out here but staff is not enforcing protocol here. I have found on more than one occasion customers tying up more than one equipment by leaving there belonging and or water bottles in one equipment to go use another and expect no one to touch the equipment they have there stuff on. as they switch form one to the other I hope staff can start monitoring this behavior. I have let it go, but will address with those that do it directly in the future as this has privilege written all over it and I as a paying member should not have to deal with the few that are doing this!

Exceptional gym. All the weight equipment you could ever need (squat racks, dumbbells, barbells, etc.). Staff is always very friendly. Highly recommend.

New facility. Ive just joined but Im happy with the amenities. Theater room is nice and loud enough to hear over running treadmills

Very helpful staff. The people who work out there are not judgemental at all. Very clean equipment, no one yelling when they lift weights, very nice.

I love this gym. The Aqua zumba, cinema, so much to do, kids club, Amazing. Awesome staff. So affordable.

Used to be 5 stars, but after covid the hours switched and it is no longer 24hrs. I had to take my business to Planet Fitness as Chuze is closed before I get off of work. I really like Chuze better than Planet Fitness, but being open 24hrs is more important to me.

Great place!! Trainers and staff and really amazing... Much better deal than orange theory ($150.00 Month) take the class at chuze 30 a Month AND you have the rest of the gym at your fingertips... No brainer....

Been a member for years. Its a great facility, friendly and helpful staff, membership options and childcare are affordable. New location has everything you could ask for unless you are looking to ball. Pool, wet and dry saunas, showers, great selection of cardio machines, though I cant speak toward the spin cycles as Ive yet to use one, olympic platforms, plenty of free weights and space, a smoothie bar. Its a very member centric facility and the other members are always friendly. One of the best commercial gyms in town.

Fantastic gym! My husband and I were interested in this gym for all of the things they offer which is hard to find in Tucson. I was particularly interested in their classes such as hot yoga and bootcamp. For what you pay, its totally worth it. I just cant wait until they open the hot tub and the pool again.

When I think of my ideal gym, it’s Chuze. I love Chuze. I have the premium plan which has so many great amenities, AND it’s still half the price of my old gym. The staff is great. Dylan, the General Manager, helped me sign up, and gave my friend and I a tour of the entire gym. Amir made me an amazing smoothie and answered all of the questions I had. I’m super happy with Chuze and I recommend it to all.

I like that it is near all other shopping centers. You can swim, enjoy hot saunas, and much more. The assistant manger ashley needs a spiritual awakening on how to deal with clients and guests.

The Chuze on Oracle is close by and has all the services I want. I was planning to join this month after a year of not going to a gym...then I found out they are no longer observing COVID-19 protocols so ... no thanks. Any business that fails to protect its employees and clients and risks contributing to community spread is totally unprofessional. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Fridley service more selection then other chuze gyms hopefully other chuze get similar equipment hopefully go back 24 hrs and others gyms be in trouble

I love Chuze Fitness. The employees are so nice. I wish they were in Phoenix also so I can go to Chuze Fitness when Im up in Phoenix. Please consider opening a gym around Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa somewhere anywhere up there. Theres no competition for what you offer for the price!!! I dont want to have to go to the other one. 😭 (whining l &Crying like a baby)

I signed up with Chuze Fitness with a friend back in January 2020 since they were offering my membership for $10/month. The member who signed me up stated that its only going to be $10/month for the membership as well. Couple months down the line, coronavirus happening, I get hit with a $42.44 charge. Called them in about the charge and the individual said it was an Annual Fee that I was never informed about; this is apparently hidden in small text on the contract. This is an important tidbit since I cant refute the charge even if I wasnt informed of it, I feel this is the SKETCHIEST business tactic a company can do. Canceling my membership ASAP and never considering Chuze ever again.

Super nice gym! Lots and lots of space, cinema, pool, steam and sauna rooms! Plus a smoothie bar (kinda pricey but still delicious). The hydro massage chairs are the best!

I am writing this review after a run in with one of your team members:Once they opened the new location, the gym became worse. They allowed so many new members that you cant get a workout in during the evening hours of the work week. They removed all of the good cycles that they had in the old cinema (which was also a team training type room) and now only have 2 in the main area.They dont allow you to use the equipment in the team training room outside of team training hours which makes absolutely zero sense (what if you cant make the team training hours due to a work schedule?).. Why was there never an issue with people using the old cycle room outside of team training (spin class) hours? The saunas are not hot like the old ones either.Its pretty obvious that there is now a corporate initiative that is only concerned about profits. Considering a new gym now.Since I cant reply to your comment, going to edit this review here:You say non peak hours are from 5pm to 9pm, are you kidding me? Those are the peak hours. Maybe you should count the number of check ins you get during those hours.Nice job avoiding the use of equipment in the team training room I mentioned.

Nice gym with new equipment. If you avoid peak hours then the gym is not crowded. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Membership is being processed even if you don’t use it. It’s is a contract I get it but after 3 years of being a client not missing 1 single payment . and 6 months of no use because of COVID I was being charged without being aware of it suddeNly. No notification whatsoever and no I have not changed my email. The guy I was talking to hung up. They just wanted to cancel going forward the annual fee was taken from my account 5 days ago without me even noticing. And they said i had to cancel 10 days before they charged me. No money was returned . 5 days common. With the gym having limits still and charges don’t stop . This is not okay I’m continuing service or else the 40 charge is for nothing but next year definitely looking for another gym that actually cares about their clients.

I love this this gym its very clean the staff is very nice they tried extra hard to sanitize everything and keep sanitary wipes to help keep everybody safe and healthy. The best gym Ive ever been to two thumbs up

Worst place that you could imagine only one in the sauna thats ridiculous what if I want to converse with my friend three times the attendant told me I cant put my shoes on the wood seat as they would mar the surface and I pointed out my rubber shoes couldnt hurt anything overly attended by the attendants who are too many and too critical I wont be wasting my money at their stupid rec centers Ill stay with LA fitness and be satisfied

Love this place, the employees are awesome! And this company actually cares about making things better the facility is always clean and taken care of and is a great positive atmosphere. Chuze has been my medicine... Recovering from back injury.. I started yoga classes and they have been awesome! Savannahs my favorite yoga instructor, try it! The only thing is that the facility can get busy..but the people mind their own and in the last 10 months going usually 5 days a week I have never had an issue with anything or anyone. Oh the new smoothie bars are awesome too!

Very loud music with heavy beats is not an inviting environment. It feels more like going to a wrestling match. The gym caters to a macho male customer.

Extremely clean and the service is great. For sure the best bang for your buck in the Tucson area. Perfect for both beginners and experienced lifters.

Love the location and gym but some staff not all (savannah has been super helpful always and very friendly when I come in) are extremely rude and don’t seem to be helpful with those that come in and want to use their app to look at some of the gym features online classes and it’s been a month. I take my gym time serious as to why i don’t mind paying the membership and each time I go i buy extra like smoothies and ChuzeFitness merchandise. You would think some of the staff would be a little more friendly to those that pay good money at the gym they work at.

I love this location!! Great Gym clean clean clean. Equipment is NEVER out of order. Showers bathrooms spotless and Staff is very friendly and helpful whether in person or on the phone. Greets you when you walk in They say Good bye when you leave. Cant wait for the new location to open!!

I love this gym due to how simple and clean it is. No overly fancy workout machines and complicated workout routines to choose from. Iv been coming here ever since they first opened. I really enjoy coming to workout here also for its atmosphere! I recommend Chuze!!

Super unhappy. I paid for a year up-front, but two months before that year ended, they (Chuze) started emailing me that I owed them money. They werent reminding me that my year was almost up, they were trying to say that I was behind on payments. They emailed every day for weeks until I threatened to call the BBB and health department on them. Im not sure how many other people theyve strong armed like that, but this is an extremely crooked company.Not to mention that if theres even a few people in there, youre pretty much relegated to a tread mill. There can really only be one or two people in the cable machine area and free weight area. Pretty small areas with little options.

This location as well as all the other locations are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They offer group exercises and have the basic free weight setups. They are currently in the process of relocating to a larger facility that will have more to offer their patrons.
