They are putting out good efforts to provide a COVID-safe environment for exercise. Masks are encouraged, as is social distancing and multiple conveniently placed stations for sanitizing the machines are scattered around the room. There are many of most of the most popular machines, which makes distancing easy without causing delays due to waiting for a machine to be free. Staff are pleasant, courteous and professional. The facility is spacious, clean and well lit, and provides free wifi.

Moses was excellent answering my question in the middle of the night. Honestly didnt expect to speak to a human. Hats off, was definitely the reason I signed up and havent looked back. Keep it up

I do love this location staff is really polite and even the gym members are willing to share equipment. Facility is kept near and clean and they are attentive I have no hesitation to say this facility does an amazing job over all 🙏🏼

Nice facility over all.No classes and hard to cancel your membership. I would’ve canceled and started back up again when I could afford it but it’s not worth it, will find a new gym that is more flexible and understanding of financial hardships.

Planet Fitness is a good gym to begin. I like that they are open 24/7. If you are looking for a good place to workout at anytime, this is the gym to go to.

Great environment to go work out in. Still not too many people so easy access to equipment.

It’s a very nice facility although they have they have the slogan LUNK for slamming, grunting etc…. and alarm goes off. It should also include “HOARDING” for the alarm. Staff never walks around they just loiter at the desk.

This is a much better place than the competitor across the street. There are not as many free weights but the customer service makes up for it. I was finally able to get my employees a decent rate for a membership. The employees there are proud of their work and it shows.

Excelent facility! extra large lockers, plenty of machines and equipment! Also the on site shower facilities and massage chairs brilliant idea. Only problem is the entry is done by an app that doesnt work or a key chain tag keeps breaking would rather have a standard membership card

The best nice clean place comfortable

I prefer working out at the gym, it makes it easier for me to workout away from home, go and go get it done. Planet Fitness makes it easy to accomplish this task. Wearing a 😷 is something different but, only a minor inconvenience. Being in better health always worth a little effort and endorphins are always a plus.

Great covid controls. Although this gym requires members to disinfect the machines and equipment after each use, I have seen staff members walking around with Lysol bottles fully disinfecting every piece of equipment. People in here is respectful and they keep their face masks on while working out. Always clean and friendly environment.

Clean facility and nice staff. Great in the mornings and weekends. Packed in the afternoons of the weekdays. Maximum dumble weight is 60 lbs.

So here is my experience with planet fitness and Covid 19. The first time they closed down, I was a new member and was not able to complete a full months membership before it was shut down. When it briefly reopened, both my husband and I were never told it reopened and were able to go one day before it once again shut down. This did not stop them from charging my account 80 dollars for one day of use. Now looking at my account I realized they once again hit my account when it is suppose to be suspended. I called and the line still says it is closed. How about you cancel my membership and refund my money. This is unacceptable. I cant reach anyone to dispute this. I cant even return to the gym when it does open because of my asthma and inability to workout with a mask on. This site is crooked.

It was great to get back into the gym!!! Masks are required as you know but this time without the option of taking it off during your workouts. So my suggestion is get one that wont shred or a sports mask with exhalation ventilation and enjoy getting back into your routine!!!

This is a clean and wonderful gym. I just rejoined and just a little disappointed in the new hours. Closed at 7 pm on the weekends. I hate that i cant get a evening workout after running my errands on my days off. Other than that, I like the gym.

This is a clean clean gym, new state of the art equipment. No attitude there all there for same reason to Better yourself !!! Some employees can be alittle more into a better attitude. Like maybe walk around and talk to people, kinda get more friendly. Show then proper way to use the equipment. Also they say no talking on cell phones when working out. Some people are on there cell and sitting on equipment. There are people waiting for that machine !! Come on move it ! This is why employees should make more rounds. Lets Go PF.

I joined this gym during their $1 sign up special and was explained how the membership worked. I was under the impression it was $1 on top of the monthly fee. To my surprise, two months, later I was charged $39.99 for an annual fee. Which was not explained to me at the time of signing up. I don’t have a problem paying that amount but this is something I would have liked to know at the time of signing up. I will say the staff here are very friendly and do a great job of keeping the gym clean. Busiest hours tend to be 6pm to 10pm. It gets packed and you have people who are hogging machines while on their phones and talking so I recommend going at an earlier time.

I have been a Planet Fitness customer for a couple years, awesome gym but a very busy location. You can definitely tell this is a new location based on the layout of a couple of the special areas such as the stretching area, there isnt enough room to comfortably stretch with the over sized equipment. Also the main workout floor seems kind of cramped. The awkward waiting area for classes seems out of place and the cooler isnt near the front desk. So when your looking for something to drink you feel super watched like the front desk expects you to swipe a beverage. All in all a good location in a network of awesome gyms.

I love going here. This site is busy but not in an uncomfortable way. They let me steal too many tootsie rolls and even tho they havent hired me i keep applying and coming back.

Love it here. Always clean and the people are always friendly. Have been to a few other Planet Fitness locations and this is my favorite..Even if its a bit out of my way Ill keep coming back

24/7 showers!!!.. 7 days a week 24 hours a a day...just in case I have to explain the 24/7 showers comment...that aspect alone insures my continual membership.....but they have way more to offer than what I utilize or take advantage of.

10 out of 10. All the planet fitness I have gone to have been very chill and very fun. Of course you should go with a friend or workout buddy but if not then the atmosphere is always very warming. The staff at the one on irvington near chik-fil-a is the best one I have ever met. He is fun and very professional. He seems to like his job so thats always a plus.

To much work

So far the environment is way better than Chuze Fitness. The music is low key, no arrogant body builder types using the circut equipment for multiple sets. Rules are doable and feels like they will be enforced. Location also way better than Chuze Fitness. But it is the machines that are outstanding, best Ive ever used. Multiple kick your .... ab machines. Just need to figure out the Total Body thingie.......

First time there the guy that helped us was not very informative did not give us information on anything just took our picture and that was it! So was disappointed to start with.

Ive been a member of planet fitness for years and Ive never heard of a no gym bag on floor policy but needless to say Im an upcoming IFBB competitor and if theres a no bag policy I expect THE STAFF to say something at the door. Professional staff will immediately address it right then and there. Well I just had the red head chick with curly hair tell me she was going TO CANCEL my gym membership because THE STAFF didnt take my bag at the door. Uhhhh Ill be contacting corporate. Lost a member that represented your club extremely well.

Some people were not adhering to the Mask rule. Would hate for them to have to close again because some few mess it up for everyone else. Management notified and immediately took care of it. Hard for only 2 people to watch over entire gym fro the desk.

I went their yesterday for the first time and I workout for about 1hour afterwards I go shower and realize something very awkward from the mirror in the showers!! I video taped it ...this isnt just me this mirror isnt a mirror PLEASE GIRLS AND MEN BE CAREFUL WITH THE MIRRORS IN THE SHOWERS GO HOME AND SHOWER INSTEAD OR DONT COME HERE AT ALL
