After calling multiple veterinarian offices that were full/booked, I called VSCOT to have my male cat examined on a Thursday morning. Maverick was in a great deal of pain and had blood in his urine. I was able to bring him right over, and they called within a few hours with his current status, possible diagnoses, and plan of care. Most importantly, he was on fluids and pain medication. I was able to arrange a visit on Friday, because he was in a shelter for over a year before I adopted him in 2017, and I didnt want him to think I was leaving him. He immediately calmed down, I spent an hour just petting him gently telling him I loved him. The staff was very friendly and considerate of my concern. The Doc on staff called every morning at 9am, gave me an update, answered my questions, and said I could call to check up on him, which I did. He was able to come home on Sunday morning, and he was so much better, and so grateful. As expected, the bill was on the high end, but worth it as my baby needed care immediately and without a 40 minute drive to a less expensive urgent/emergent veterinary hospital. I canceled my trip out of town to stay home with him and make sure he had his meds, and he is doing so much better. I appreciate the professional yet compassionate care that Maverick received.

This is one of the premiere emergency veterinary centers in Tucson.Open 24 hours, they deal with pet emergencies like venomous snake bites, poisonings, catastrophic illness and broken bones. The doctors here are very capable and the staff tend towards being some of the best.Their high degree of expertise comes at a price, indeed, a very steep one. They require a deposit of 70+ percent down once a treatment plan has been proposed. You will get most excellent care here, but bring your credit cards.

I Reluctantly signed the paper under drestress.I paid 800 dollars that night and have sense asked for his medical records several times and they say they emailed me the release of information for the records but have yet to receive anything from them.He is doing well now and they would have killed him.

This place is unwelcoming and full of sadists. You need to hire people to vet your employees. Your staff should be choosing employment with you, to help animals and their families. Instead, half the employees I encountered were incapable of listening, sarcastic, condescending, and down right sadistic. Losing a pet is traumatic enough. I dont need to be traumatized further by a bunch of women who derive pleasure from my pain and otherspain. How disgusting. And I couldnt even leave until I payed my bill which they took forever to prepare! I was a prisoner in their little web theyve built. DANGER! DO NOT ENTER!

We were referred to them by our vet when we were informed our dog needed emergency surgery that they could not schedule in house. They took the time to coordinate with our vet and got our dog in for surgery the same day, and honestly saved our pups life. We were a nervous wreck while our dog Leo was under their care because of the urgency and never going through something like that before, but I dont think we encountered anyone on their team, regardless of the hour of the day, that didnt make me feel at ease when I called for updates. Even the doctors took the time to call us and gave us honest and detailed updates. Although they were clearly busy and dealing with other emergencies I really felt like they cared and provided our dog with the best care possible.

I have had several of my dogs treated there for emergencies (after a horrible experience at another emergency vet service much closer to me) and everyone has been wonderful. My 9 year old German Shorthaired Pointer is there now getting treatment for a rattlesnake bite. Due to Covid, I had to wait in the parking lot, but the doctor kept me imformed and I will be able to pick her up later today after she gets the anti-venom. It has been a stressful morning, but I am grateful to know that this service is available to pet lovers in Tucson. I have to drive 40 minutes to get there, but it is worth it.

I rushed my puppy Milwaukee into VSC on La Canada/River early Thursday morning. Milwaukee had an object lodged in his small intestines and was crying, not drinking/eating and was vomiting. They took him quickly and ran the appropriate tests. All the while I remained in my car. They were very informative whiched eased my worried mind. When it was confirmed he ahead an obstruction and needed surgery. I could not pay that amount. This is an accredited hospital with specialist that can perform any emergency that comes their way with the state of the art equipment. The whole staff that assisted in Milwaukee’s life saving process was above and beyond in every aspect. Not only did the doctor call around to a place that was in my budget Dr. Philips arranged for the new place (which will get my 5 star rating as well) to receive all the x-rays and test results that were previously done. She arranged for them to have everything set up. All I had to do was transport him from one place to the next. No repeating myself all over. They were informed and ready with the guidance of VSC Dr. Philips who showed that Milwaukee’s health was more important than the hospital’s pocketbook. If I had the money to pay for his surgery there I definitely would have. All I can say is Thank you so very much from Milwaukee and myself for the love and care that goes into every furry and human client..

My experience was completely different than all these five-star reviews. The staff was impatient and rude and showed no compassion for my dog who had sudden onset lameness. I called from the parking lot like you were supposed to but for some reason my phone was not connecting. So I carried my dog to the front door and stood there knocking while the staff behind the front desk ignored me. I kept knocking until they came to the door and were very snotty and said I had to go back to my car and phone in. I explained my dog was paralyzed and I was really scared for his life. The staff finally let me in and put me in an exam room and sharply said you cannot leave this room you cannot walk around the lobby you cannot go to the bathroom. They said you have to wait in here and it will be a 4-hour wait. It was early in the morning and when I arrived there was only one other car in the parking lot so I didnt understand the long wait. After that it was all about money to them. I felt like I was at a car dealership! Instead of beginning with x-rays and a valley fever test, which I had to suggest. They immediately jumped to doing an MRI and possible spinal tap. They wanted a deposit of 100% payment of $4,400 up front before any services were rendered. They tried to upsell me to the most expensive and invasive procedures - the MRI required anesthesia. When I declined I was treated like I didnt care about my dog. I insisted on only x-rays and the valley fever test. X-rays were normal no fractures or abnormalities and the valley fever test was negative. One month later my dog has made a 100% recovery and Im super happy I didnt spend thousands of dollars. Overall my experience with them was a nightmare!

Two years later my dog ruptured a disk in his back and decided it was too painful to proceed with treatment options. We (my dog and I) were both treated with the upmost respect and empathy. I have been unfortunately to many vets and emergency vet clinics in Tucson, and this is the only place that has time again given my pets unparalleled care and treated me in a very caring and empathetic manner. I have never felt swindled or like they were trying to create reasons to unreasonably charge me, and they are the only clinic that will give you advice or counsel when asked for their opinion. Emergency visits are never fun, I’ve had the misfortune of having to put my beloved shar pei down at this facility… and I am so grateful to how considerate and supportive the staff was through literally one of the hardest moments of my life. My dog (16 y/o border collie/lab mix) suffered a seizure a few weeks back. The ER that took care of her recommended an appointment with the Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson and their neurologist, Dr. Ko. I had no experience whatsoever with specialists in the Vet world, and honestly felt scared and out of my depth when making the appointment.I just wanted to understand what was best for my pup, and do whatever I could to make it happen. From the very first phone call up to the email I received today summarizing her test results, the combination of professionalism and compassion displayed by every employee I spoke with has been off the charts. I cannot emphasize how much of a relief dealing with such dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff was enough. Every possibility was examined with a full picture perspective: not just how to find out what happened, but also how different tests and meds could affect her quality of life, and whether or not results would translate into feasible treatment options. My appointment was entirely with Dr. Ko and Elena, a tech on his team, and they deserve to be named for their amazing bedside (or pet-side in this case) manner. I spoke to a couple different people on the phone in the days leading up to the appointment as well, and I feel confidant in saying the kind of positive spirit and assistance we got from Dr. Ko and Elena runs throughout the facility.5 Stars for sure, and all the blue boxes checked. As I said, I dont have much experience with Vets or having tests run, but from what Ive read their prices are in line with the market, and more importantly there was no pressure as to what needed to be done. Dr. Ko was honest about what tests would cost, and broke down which ones would be less risky to delay if necessary. They got me in quickly too, with only 2 or 3 days turnaround from call to appointment. If your pet needs a neurologist, definitely make a call to Dr. Ko. And if they need anything that would be covered under the range of services offered here, take them to Veterinary Specialty Center Tucson. They will do right by you.

My one year old dog began exhibiting problems with her front leg. Upon taking her to my regular veterinarian, xrays were ordered and my dog was found to have dysplasia. I was then referred to VSCOT for a consult where I met with Dr. Moore. He ordered a CAT scan and the dog was found to have dysplasia in both front elbows. After discussing with him the treatment options available as well as the expected outcome of each, I selected arthroscopic surgery to be performed the next day by Dr. McCally.Throughout this process VSCO/ maintained open lines of communication with me regarding my dogs condition and her procedure. The surgery was successful with a reasonable prognosis for her future, and, just over a day later, the dog was almost fully back to her old self.I can not recommend VSCOT highly enough, not only because of the depth of knowledge and experience there, but also because of the sincere compassion shown by its personnel, not only by the veterinarians, but also by its vet techs like Bianca, the front desk and the business staff.

I brought my mum here to bring her dog in for vomiting and diarrhea. Not only were the receptionist kind to my mom when checking us in. We spoke to Shannon who came out to get our pup, my mum had a number of questions in which she seemed happy to help. She told us it was going to be at least 4-6 hour wait but they would check for vitals to make sure she was stable. Being over an hour away going home was not an option. My mum is elderly and also on a fixed income. The doctor who was incredible also managed to work out an estimate to work with her income .Overall, yes it was a very very long wait but we also saw several emergencies pull up during our visit. Her pup received great care and they did the best they could. A couple days later and her pup is better and back to normal. The reason i am writing this review is because when picking up. We witnessed a Karen yelling at the receptionist and banging on the window. cursing and insulting her about the weight time. I came across this picture on social media and it reminded me this incident. Being here this weekend made me realize that the vet field is overwhelmed and how sad is it that people continue to be mistreated the same people that are only there to help our furry loved ones. Writing bad reviews because there dog is stable and could wait to see a primary vet while they have animals in hospital who are literally dying...they are tired of dealing with rude ungrateful and plain stupid ignorant people.I had a great experience apart from the wait time but i hope people are able to treat Vet staff with kindness, understanding, and respect. They had my lethargic and dehydrated babies all day just to charge me $600 for labs, all inconclusive btw, saying that they have a “stomach virus”. After i told them i WOULD NOT be spending $1700-2000 to admit them overnight for a simple stomach bug, they notified me that they had not administered IV Infusion since i dropped them off around 1pm, it’s now 8pm, and they recommended to do an IV before sending them home. When i dropped them off, it was obvious they needed IV because they were refusing water and had all signs n symptoms of dehydration. It truly saddens me that people who claim to love animals so much, would let my babies sit there all day, untreated, in obvious need of attention. I’ll definitely be making an appointment with our local vet, i only came here because it was an emergency and they were the only ones who would see us. Our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. Upon arrival, late in the evening it took more than 15 minutes after calling in to the clinic to get someone out to our dog. Later I learned that dialogue that should have happened about the status of my dog’s condition would have been used to determine his severity. Telling them that he was having trouble breathing, wasn’t sufficient. The biggest concern from the staff was asking us five times whether we could afford to pay for the rattlesnake antivenin. It definitely was not getting our dog in for care.Later that night when I called in to make sure they were going to care for my dog by paying the 80% deposit, I was again asked twice about if we could afford to pay for it. At that point I let them know that as they saw in our family record when they pulled up our account that our tower dog had had her knees redone by Dr McCally and paying for the rattlesnake care was barely 20% of that total.I was told that I would receive a morning call from the day vet who would take over his care. I called for an update in the morning and no one could answer my questions about my dog: how much antivenin, how was the latest bloodwork, etc. I called back at 10am and was told the vet was calling owners. Still, no call. At 1pm, my personal vet called into VSCOT.I was frustrated by 1pm and spoke with Gabe, who is their complaint specialist person. He took a photo of my dog, which was great and called me back to provide some info after 1:15pm (not morning). Then he proceeded to tell me that a snake bite is considered serious and he didn’t know why we had to wait so long. He’d inquire. When I returned the next day to pick up my dog’s collar, that they misplaced, he said he had looked into why it took so long to get my dog into the clinic and it shouldn’t have been an issue because my dog was deemed stable. Apparently his staff people told him they had asked those questions that I previously mentioned that really they hadn’t.On top of all this, they released my dog with a huge open, bloody, oozing laceration above his eye from the snake bite. No e-collar, no caution about his using his claws to rip the wound open further. Luckily our family vet saw the photo I texted of his wound and instructed me to get an e-collar to prevent him from damaging the wound further.Don’t use VSCOT for emergencies. They don’t care and they make lame excuses that could cause harm to your pet.

Review for Dr. Ko and JennaJust considering taking our 7 month old puppy to the neurologist is very stressful but we could not ignore what our little pup was going through. Dr. Ko and Jenna were very conscientious of this.We have had to see several specialists for our puppy in the middle of the pandemic. Dr. Ko was the only one to make a point to come outside in the Tucson heat to talk to us eye to eye. We really appreciated this gesture as we had so many questions and concerns to review. They were both very compassionate and also very very informative and non-judgmental to our questions and concerns. They even gave their honest opinions when we asked for them.We were very impressed with the care and attention that Dr. Ko and Jenna provided. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has an animal with neurological concerns. We have been to many human medical specialists, we came away from our meeting with Dr. Ko and Jenna wishing that the human specialists we have seen were as compassionate and understanding as Dr. Ko and Jenna.

My beautiful dog had just had puppies and was acting very strange, it was 3 o’clock in the morning so we took her to this clinic right away. It was very dramatic - she was Panting and out of it. we knew something was very wrong. When we got to the vet they took our dog from our arms and took her to the back, for a second we felt like everything was now going to be ok. She was in caring and competent hands. We thought that they would help us make her better. One of the text came back to the room and said that her organs were failing due to a depletion of calcium from her body. It was a complication from feeding her 7 puppies. They said they could give her a shot that would reverse this and restore the proper amount of calcium her body required But first they needed to have a $1500 deposit before they could administer the shot.Ok, at this point we didn’t have it but wasn’t going to let our dog suffer so we woke up family members and friends to get some financial help from them. (it’s 3am) we did get very close but ended all a couple hundred short of $1500. We begged them to please bill us for the rest we even told them we would be able to bring the rest back the next morning before noon. They would not budge! said they could not do anymore without the full amount. The tech brought our Maya girl back to us and told us they couldn’t do anything and they were sorry.!!! I was shocked!!!!we went home and watched our dog die a Long horrible death...😡😭 this place would not guve my dog the life saving medicine she needed because of a few hundred dollars.I have never been so heartbroken or disgusted with this business and it’s employees and how they handled the situation. This clinic COST MY DOG HER LIFE AND THE MOTHER TO 7 PUPPIES for the few hundred dollars. After the experience I had with this clinic I think they should be out of business and I would certainly NEVER recommend taking your animal there unless your very wealthy and can come up with a large amount of money at a moments notice if needed.Forever scared by what They made my dog go through the horrible slow death.

Worst vet experience of my life. Longest wait times of my life. Still waiting for my cat to be discharged almost 2 hours later when all they need to do is input charges. My poor cat is just sitting in there probably thirsty and starving and stressed. His blood sugar levels were incredibly high and the vet told me to give him half his dose when I got home. Well Ive been here for 3 hours and she told me that maybe an hour after I got here and by the time I got home it would be waaaay to late for his dose considering it needed to be done at 8am. They didnt even offer to administer for him, just wanted to run more tests and not actually give him what he needed most. Currently still waiting in parking lot. Finally after calling for the thousandth time, they said they can email discharge papers and give me my cat back now and I can pay now.

I wish I had seen Shealynn Giltner response before I came here. I have a 13 week puppy and came in due to dhierra and vomiting. They told me the Parvo test came back negative but still wanted to take my puppy back to run some tests. After waiting 5min and realizing I can just take him to my primary care vet I told them to bring him back to the car. They then told me they would only charge for the Parvo test because there were multiple dogs in front of him and that would be it. Receptionist puts me on hold and then tells me that I would have to pay for a brief exam when he wasnt even looked at. Terrible they would operate this way and take advantage of sick dogs in need.

Dr. Cortez did the best she could. COVID rears it’s ugly head. If it weren’t for diagnosis. Our fur baby would not have been released from the torture that presented itself from valley fever. She did us a favor. We were able to seek professional advice today elsewhere and we could be with him as he crossed over to the rainbow bridge. We probably couldn’t have been with him if he stayed at this clinic. She knew that. Thank you Dr. Cortez we didn’t get that until today.

Ive had many good experiences here with my 3 dogs who have since passed. However, after my latest experience, I will definitely not return. I brought in my dog with a huge abcess on her head. They refused to treat, and said I should take her to her primary Vet, which I understand. I couldnt get an appointment with her primary for over a week, or any other non-emergency vets either. Her signs worsened the next day and I brought her back. Staff seemed incredibly annoyed, but they decided to treat her. Her discharge paperwork stated that they had lanced, drained, and irrigated the abscess, and that the abscess was left open to drain. After picking her up outside and not speaking with the doctor (covid, I get it), we took her home. I examined the abscess in good light and saw no indication of it being lanced or drained. The only wound was the original drainage point from me squeezing it before I brought her in. I called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes, only for them to confirm, condescendingly, that they had lanced it. I called again the next day and asked to leave a message for the doctor to call me back at her convenience. Instead, the woman who answered the phone conferred with the doctor and told me that she had instead done a needle aspiration, and that Id need to go to her primary for any further treatment. The woman was very nice, and apologized to me for the error in the paperwork, but to me they falsified the treatment record. Saying you did a procedure when you did not is unethical. I had a lot of trust in VSCOT before, but the experience ruined them for me.

I was frantic to receive care for my baby girl who sustained an injury playing with our Great Dane puppy and subsequently ended up loosing all mobility in her hind quarters. After taking her into another vet hospital days prior and being told she just bruised something, I was shocked to see her three days later literally dragging her legs behind her. As I dropped her off, I was sure I would have to put her down as she was in such bad shape. Then Dr. Ko and Jenna, by the grace of God, entered our lives. After having recently put down my dane with mast cell cancer, I was not prepared to loose another dog within three months. Dr. Ko, being highly intelligent, honest and empathetic, explained the prognosis and what he believed he could do to help her. He was very forthcoming and understanding and I trusted him completely as I could see his experience with this type of injury was unparalleled. My baby received the highest level of quality care from nurse Jenna who kindly took pictures and updated us on what was going on every couple of hours. I have never had such an experience with any vet, whether here or in CA, and certainly not with the staff as I had here. They saved my dogs life and offered a kind ear and incomparable care. My baby is mobile, healthy and happy once again! I will never use another facility in this town. Dr Ko and Jenna have my unwavering gratitude. I highly recommend them in a time of need!

If you cant handle my problem, dont tell me to drive 80 miles, then tell me to wait several hours!!!

My great pyrenees gobbled down a whole tray of chocolate brownies. OMG! I have heard chocolate is dangerous for dogs so I had to get him to the vet. Due to the pandemic my regular veterinarian was not open so I tried VSCT. Unfortunately Covid made my visit difficult as I could not go in with my big cuddle monster. The staff was very understanding and courteous. My boy went right in with the tech wagging his tail. I guess Im glad I didnt go in because they had to make him puke up my brownies. They kept in contact with me by phone so I felt much better. A little while later they brought him out and he was good as new. Great staff and super quick service. Ill definitely use them again if Koda cannot stop eating my desserts.

I brought my dog in about three weeks ago. I really appreciate all the staff at this hospital whom we dealt with...from the front desk to the veterinarians and vet techs and other support staff. Special thanks to Dr. Vishkautsan, Dr. Klaus (sp?), Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Pharma (sp?) who were very compassionate and kind and provided me with daily updates. The entire staff worked so hard (24/7) to take care of our sick pets whom we love so much. Although my dog did not make it, I know he was in good hands at this facility. Folks, please remember to set aside special funds designated for pet emergencies as I found out. In order to take good care of our critically ill or injured pets, the facility must have excellent staff and technology and all of this cost money to maintain. Thank you, VSCOT!

Today is April 7, 2016. I am my dogs advocate and am informing the public of a horrible case of negligence during her stay at this clinic. This is a long story but I will summarize as best I can. November 2015, I took my 15 year Pug in to have a herniated disc removed. After Dr. Alcott reviewed her scan, I was given a price range that it would cost, between $3500 to approx. $5000. I was told that I would have to pay the high side before I left just in case he ran into something unforeseen. When I picked her up, it was an additional $1,000. He decided to remove another disc. No problem, I wanted him to do what was necessary. Hed call me daily for updates, each time informing me that shes a whiner. I told him she never whines, much less barks... I was puzzled that he always mentioned that. Much later, I figured out why. After close to a week, I picked her up around 8pm. She looked horrible but I didnt understand why. Dr. Alcott gave me a rosy outlook for her release, although he said that they thought her pupils werent dilating properly and that I should bring her back in 10 days to see their Ophthalmologist, Dr. Kubai, but was also told that she would be on her feet in no time and walking by Christmas... He did tell me that his biggest concern was her kidney function and that I should have her on a Renal formula. Outside of that, no other conversation about her eyes took place. I took her home and tried to get her to stand and walk but she crashed right into the wall. At first I thought she was losing her balance due to the surgery -- but it was because she was blind! First thing the next morning, I took her back and told Dr. Alcott she was BLIND and I refused to take her home. NOW, she was treated as an emergency patient. The Opthamologist was now in the loop and recommended she stay another week because she need about 6 medications dropped into her eyes every single hour. NOBODY would explain why my dog was damaged. I did a lot of digging and finally learned through an emergency room doctor that my Pug scratched the membranes off both of her eyes after surgery and developed a severe corneal infection. She was not used to having ointment in her eyes and her head was not coned after the spinal surgery. She was blind due to layer upon layer of scar tissue. Because she couldnt walk on her own or go out the doggie door like she used to, I have to take her out several times a day, each time cleaning her thoroughly. All of this with an uncomfortable cone on her head. Funny, the cone was so important after the second hospitalization but not after the spinal surgery... My dog lost 25% of her body weight and I equally lost weight. I missed Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, weddings, dinner invitations, etc. I have been robbed of my freedom due to Dr. Alcotts decision not to consult Dr. Kubai, the opthamologist. Because of her new disability, 5 months later, she still barely gets around and my freedom as I knew it is now over since she needs constant care. Back in December, I called the hospital administrator Judith and she would not return my calls. So I called the CEO in Connecticut and he put me in touch with the Sr. VP, Hal. Hal made things happen and had the medical director, Dr. Bene contact me. At this point, Judith was not involved. Dr. Bene treated me like I was trying to hustle him, he was rude and condescending and actually told me that my dogs eyes were damaged in MY care (overnight after the disc surgery). I dont think I can properly state here just how angry I was to hear this, but I told him that his doctor was negligent and he wanted her out of the hospital to make room for more back surgery patients, $$$$ -- she was taking up valuable space. I finally got the hospital to admit wrongdoing. Dr. Bene, the medical director, offered to give me free medication and Dr. Kubais care until her eye issue was resolved. Today I received a FEDEX letter notifying me that they will no longer treat my pug because I objected when the staff tried to charge me. Her eye medication alone is hundreds of $$$ a month...

Took my dog in at 5pm because she was not feeling well. First they said her vitals look good and we said we will like to take her home. Then they changed their mind, said the doctor wants to check her throughly. We obliged and were aware of the 3hr wait.5 hours later, no call. I called them and told them I want to pick my dog up since they haven’t even got to her yet. 5 HOURS!!! Then, I arrive and they take 1 more hour to get my dog to me.All of a sudden right as we pick her up the doctor decides to check her and thinks it’s better if she stays over night. YEAH RIGHT! another 5 hours of BS!!??I feel guilty having her there in the cold hospital for 5 hours for no reason. When she could’ve been at home doing the same exact thing! Except with her family in her bed.Extremely obvious money grab.

Please DO NOT bring your pets to this location. Travel to the east side to Pima Pet Clinic On speedway Blvd or Southern AZ Veterinary Specialist On Broadway and Prudence. I was at this location on Memorial Day and I’ve never witnessed so many pets die in one day ever.!!! They charge a lot with the wrong diagnosisDo the best for your pet by taking them to a better facility. It’s worth the drive give them better care the staff is very unfriendly and some techs don’t have compassion. I saw a girl Technician pulling a dog by the leash and getting angry at the dog when she was trying to lead him back to their owner because he was pulling. Another technician holding a small dog all wrong with his neck on her arm she just looked unhappy to be working there. I don’t think the staff is compensated correctly or maybe the building owner just doesn’t follow up with the staff on treatment and processes to be sure they are providing quality care since it’s an emergency location most people think they have no choice so they get stuck waiting there. I’ll never go there again I regret not driving further to get my dog better care. He deserved better treatment then an antibiotic RX that didn’t help he needed oxygen and they are so behind in equipment and treatment that they couldn’t give him any further help. They made me believe I could take him home and see my vet the next day since they needed to get us out of there and try helping the next patient. We waited over 6 hours and it took the girl in the front one hour just to check me out. I’ve never experienced such bad care especially for a helpless animal that can only be diagnosed by a veterinarian because I didn’t know what was going on or what to do. I took my dog there to get help but that didn’t happen. I filed a complaint with the AZ Dept or Veterinarians so I hope they will investigate further.
